The move in process was great, the leasing manager, Cynthia, was very thorough with the information we needed about the apartment. The community is very quiet and clean. Everything around the apartment is near like the gas station, food, shopping center, etc.

communication from office staff is incomplete and not timely. Many residents do not pick up after their pets. Maintenance orders are not addressed in a timely manner nor is their any communication as to when they will be done.

We love living at the Northshore Pavilions. The property is kept nice and clean. Maintenance does an amazing job. Always quick to come do our work orders. Staff is so friendly and nice.2 pools!!!!!!!

Living at the Pavilions at Northshore has been a very satisfactory experience for me compared to other apartments I have lived at in the past. The unit is very modern and up to date. I have enjoyed living here.

Had pest broblem Windows broken out of my truck Forced to get apartment insurance Can't park my utility trailer. My apartment insurance wouldn't cover my broken vehicle windows The grass cuter people blows dirt allover my vehicle every time they come.

The staff was friendly and helpful during the application and leasing process. The property is very clean and well maintained with plenty of parking and nice amenities and the buildings are well layed out with plenty of green space. It is very pet friendly which made my re-location process much easier. So far, so GREAT!

Community is quiet, staff response to existing problems are done in a rwasinable manner. With the gate functioning well, I feel secured that no strangers will be loitering around. The only draw back was on heavy rain my parking flooded but after a short while it's water gone.

Wonderful office staff and the community and buildings are well kept. I moved from a house and was very skeptical about renting an apartment but this experience has been amazing. Thank you to all the staff who make our homes here more comfortable.

So far it has been a good experience, staff has been very friendly and helpful. We have pets and the grounds and the dog park have been very good it has made their move very easy as well. I would recommend this community to anyone

The apartment complex is a very nice and quiet place to live. The pool is nice and the clubhouse as well. The office staff as well are very helpful and kind. There is also a lot of parking spots as well.

Been good overall, would like to see better security. Gates stay open all the time anyone can walk in off the street. Parking is hard to find for the garages are taking up valuable parking spaces and not being used.

Pailivions at Northshore is conveniently accessible to restaurants , retail stores , hotels , emergency rooms because they are within minutes away. The staff is very friendly and very helpful , they deal with issues in a very timely manner.

The Pavilion at Northshore apartments are nice, the layout is great. The grounds are well kept. The staff in office are very helpful. The crew of maintenance is courteous and prompt, overall. I recommend these apartments for price, with great appeal, and atmosphere, for what you get. Much better than some of the other older apartments in the town of Portland, TX.

The overall condition of our apartment is "tired". I'm sure it was beautiful 10 years ago...... But right now it feels old & dingy instead of fresh & light. I have reported this to management (Cynthia & Mary) things like small gouges in the flooring & baseboards being "icky", mirrors showing their age, and so on... I do not need anyone to contact me about the condition of the unit as we've already reported all of this. Some over the phone & others in the original move in sheet. I do want to NOTE that some things are hard to notice immediately as everything is so hectic the first few days that people can't spot everything till they are here a week or so!

It is a very quit place, one of mty neighbors came to me stating my tv was too loud , and I really dont think so for I always think of others before me. I would like to move to a 2 bedroom if possible. See of you guys can help me woth this please. I need an extra bedroom for family visits. I asked for a garage since I came in and never got a response. That is the only thing I was a lilttle upset about it. I love this place see if you can help me . I know my lease is over in july , is there anything that can be done before its due? I now you all can work something out if you really want to. Thank you

I love the apartment, everyone in nice and the staff is easy to talk to. I have dogs if they get free as dogs will do from time to time nobody complains they simple laugh and pet them and make small talk.

It's been okay, we find the rules and lack of space frustrating. Maintenance always comes and does a good job, but we would appreciate a call before they show up. The trash service is hit or miss and there's dog poop in the grass.

Apartments and their grounds always look nice. Apartments and grounds are very safe. The apartments have a beautiful clubhouse with work areas/spaces and a pool table. The biggest problem with this club house is that it closes at 6:00 pm. We wish it stayed open later. We would like an access panel with a code that we could use to enter the clubhouse later than 6:00. Install an access panel similar to the apartment access gates for residents to use after 6:00. Maybe restrict access for times up to 10:00 or 11:00 each night. We work until 5:00. By the time we get home, It is almost 6:00 and we are unable to utilize the facility. As it currently stands, the clubhouse facility is being wasted.

When my wife and I were looking for an apartment we looked around to a few places and they were a couple apartments that were nice but when we came across pavilion apartment we decide it right away that this was. The place that we wanted to live The amenities the service the staff all the best

Has been good. The apartments are starting to show their age and need some updating in the bathrooms. The apartment laundry machines are too small for some of the loads. May also look into a change machine to help.

This apartment complex has wonderful helping people in the office & maintenance workers are also very nice. I do feel the price is a little high, but one thing for sure they will look out for you. The landscaping is always on point & there are plenty of shopping places in walking distance.

Good place to live. I like it. Would live there. Not a bad apartment. Maybe limit the size of pets due to size of apartment. Why do these people have big --- dogs barking when you pass their apartment
