Location is good, the balcony is not private Some residents use as corridors ( the layout is old ) . The maintenance team is awesome and staff friendly . Those were my sincere impressions . The property is not new but well kept .

The rent is too high. The parking is terrible. The courtesy officer does not do its job. There's dog crap everywhere. The neighbors are loud, random people walk at night there have been a frequent of car burglaries lately.

They was amazing they helped me with all my problems. They went above and beyond. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and the kitchen was decent but could use some upgrades in the appliances.

Satisfied in our stay in the complex. Alicia Dela Rosa has been very helpful in all our needs and very accommodating. Easy to deal with. Complex is quiet and seems safe to live in. We have not encountered any untoward incidents.

This is the first apartment I have lived in since college, over 20 years ago! So far, I am comfortable here. The apartment layout is efficient and feels spacious. I like the high ceilings and ceiling fans. The cabinets are dated, but they're solid wood and good quality. The appliances are clean and functional. I would have appreciated a washer and dryer in the unit, but I did purchase my own. The grounds are fairly well-kept, and I look forward to using the pool!

Good but quite old property. Overly priced. Sometimes mosquitos are the real big issue. Overall good but still require refurbishment and renovation of the apartment. Waterflow is also not good. Probably need refurbishment.

My children and I love The Pavilions! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The staff is wonderful. We are looking forward to summer so we can use the pool. Being able to have our fur babies is one of the reasons we chose The Pavilions. Providing doggy stations is a plus!!

I don't think renters are interested in reviews prior to the person living in and experiencing just how the management operates. However, as far as renting, the team was very kind, informative, helpful, and provided all information required to make my decision to make this my home away from home to work.

Complex is nice and staff are great. The maintenance staff are very quick when it comes to anything needing to be fixed. Complex is in a very good location with everything within minutes away from the complex. Great complex for single to small families.

Good community with little to no activity late at night. Office staff sends out frequent updates and reminders. Rent is easy to pay online with no issues. Landscape is kept up with often. Would recommend to others

Prompt service. Maintenance always help when I need them. Office employees are helpful and friendly. Dog park is a big bonus.Nice to have a fenced in safe area for dogs to run free. Is usually kept mowed and clean.

Sometime the maintenance is slow. The pool has table, chairs; but it does no have umbrellas. Good apartments in general. Streets are always dirty with small stones and nails; I had 2 nails in 2 tires, them got flat.

Pavilions has been so Great! I consider them family. They are fast at resolving every maintenance issue, and problematic neighbors. It's such a great community to live in and quiet. Everything is well kept, and the entire staff is Great, I Love them all. :)

Extremely nice staff, very helpful, on top off all maintenance when needed, clean and safe apartments to live at. Online website very convenient when looking up apartments. Online bill pay is the best when you don't have time to stop by the front office to pay for your month's rent. Decent amount of move-in specials.

Very satisfied with maintenance staff, office staff, and residents. No issues thus far, I had a brief hiccup when moving in but the apartment manager called me and resolved it right away and assured me that any issues I have she's just a call away.

A very quiet place, maintenance works quickly to take care of any issues. The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. My only problem was there is not enough parking on the weekends in front of my building due to visitors taking up resident spaces

The staff provides numerous activities for the residents. They also make community outreach a priority here at Pavilions. The amenities are exceptional and well maintained. Rarely as it is maintenance is very professional and timely.

Great community and location. Friendly staff. Apartments are well managed and landscaping is also taken care of. Pools are clean. Move-in was as easy as it could be. Apartment was clean and all cabinets, appliances were in good condition.
