Great staff, if I ever had a question, I received a answer in a timely manner. The apartments have great floor plans and have a lot of room in them. They have a very nice community center and gym for everyone to used.

Pavilions has been responsive to any and all maintenance requests that I have made. The grounds are in good shape and the grass is mowed regularly. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, including follow-up calls to ensure that maintenance has been completed to my satisfaction.

Ciara was awesome! She kept us informed of the application process in getting our apartment and answered all questions, very professional and sweet as can be. We feel so at home here. We love our apartment! The neighborhood is clean, quite and I feel very safe with all the safety features that these apartments offer compared to others in the community. Also more affordable then others!

I love living here! The pool and clubhouse are very nice. I enjoy the workout room too. I like the fact that it is so quiet! The floor plan, high ceilings and color palette are just perfect for me. The bathrooms are very large and i love the flooring! The staff here are so friendly and helpful! They are very prompt about taking care of any needs.

The leasing staff is very welcoming. Ciara is amazing and made sure all my apartment needs were met before moving in. The maintenance staff even fixed our off balance fan which I find is a nitpicking problem. I was actually just pointing it out in the move in papers.

Overall good, somethings could be inproved on. The so call gates for our security is hit or miss, do not feel like they add any security. Would much rather have a more updated doorlock that doesn't require an actual key.

Has been fairly good. Rent has increased but improvements have been made to appliances, exterior, parking lot. Maintenance is usually very good, often respond to me same day. Wouldn't mind seeing some more shrubs around pools, for little more privacy/ quiet. Many walk by to get mail.

This is by far the best living experience I've had one my own. The staff, neighbors, quality of the apartment are so welcoming. The clubhouse, dog park, laundry room, pool, and landscape are all in top shape.

I rented this apartment at a very difficult time in my life. The staff and maintenance crew have been extremely helpful and friendly. I am 74 years old and it means a great deal to me to feel safe and not have to worry about upkeep.

I love the community because it is very quiet and the staff is amazing. They are very helpful and always have an answer to my questions. The community is also beautiful. It is also a safe community and located close to schools and shopping.

Very nice quiet place. Pool was great for the kids. Fitness room was always clean, enjoyed going there. Have restaurants, Walmart and sports academy made Pavilions a nice central place to stay. School in the area was very tolerant with my Austrian son.

Overall , it has been pleasant . The apartment is nice and cozy , with good appliances . Maintenance is outstanding . Every request made to maintenance has been expedited that day or the following day . All staff members are courteous and kind .

Move-in process was seamless, most of the paperwork was handled with electronic signatures, and the final paperwork was prepared and ready for my signature upon arrival. The apartment was presented as advertised and had been cleaned and prepared for my move-in.

Overall, this is one of the best places I have lived. The staff is nice, maintenance is always helpful, and the property is well taken care of. The size of the apartment is also very nice. I like the spaciousness for it being a 1 bedroom and the convenience of the location.
