Service level from office staff needs to improve so they're more helpful & friendly to residents. We were locked out of our apartment because of the poor paint job (door was sealed shut) denying us access to our unit. Office staff never apologized or offer to pay for our hotel!

Not a good experience. Apartments are outdated, appliances are in terrible condition. Poor communication and empty promises. Loud neighbors, roach infested and mold issues. Water bill is outrageous.

Started out great but now it feels like we keep losing out more and more

These are a great mid range option. The exterior was just updated and hopefully the interior is being updated since my apartment was old but still a good option for us. Quiet and fine neighbors. Unfortunately it feels lately with the new parking permit system that we are being threatened and at risk for having our vehicles or that of any guests towed. There are regular reminders, and I really don't see where the issue lies. It feels like a money grab and perhaps like the towing company is related to someone in management. Extra facilities like the gym also need to be updated, the pool table in the club house etc. The club house is now being limited due to vandalism etc. We get we don't want that but they should try to catch those involved and not punish the community. any extra perks are usually over by the time most people get out of work. There are also great tacos on Mondays from a local vendor but the parking gets out of hand for those coming to buy. The maintenance is timely with my requests and ladies in leasing office have been nice with the little interaction I have. Not sure if all these threats are from management, or them.

Everything is great, but the parking situation has me looking for another place. Implementation of parking permits did nothing to help the situation, just made it inconvenient to have guests. I am not from the area and have family visit, they have to park at Walmart, which is ridiculous.

Beautiful, quiet and livable living accommodations. Great office staff and maintenance team. Defiantly can count on them when needed. Located next to shopping centers and schools. Safe neighborhood with gated exits and entrance.

Very well taken care of and beautiful location with many close amenities. It's awesome one thing that stood out to me the most was the fact that there is 2 swimming pools I've never seen it in any location before.

I have been pleased with my stay here. I can always call the office if I need to and the staff are there to help. If I have any issues or concerns they are handled in a timely manner. Parking is and probably will always be an issue.

The community is calm and quiet. I love how close everything is from restaurants to grocery stores and the community is growing. One thing I would like to see changed is the parking situation. I live in building 3 but because of how late I get out of work there are times I have to park all the way by the main office or in the very back of the apartment complex. If at least one parking spot was assigned per unit it would be perfect.

The amenities are very nice and clean, affordable living, and our property manager was very polite and knowledgeable to the questions we had. Apartments are also well maintained and looks like a great place.

There is a pretty serious roach infestation. They have a fairly frequent pest control treatment schedule in-place, but honestly the bug sightings get WORSE with each treatment. We also see a spike in bugs each time a neighbor moves out and maintenance cleans an adjacent unit. I really think the primary cause for the bug issue is the fact that the apartments are not properly sealed. Water damage is prevalent around outside-facing walls, the windows are drafty which leads to indoor mold growth during the wet months, and in my own unit the front door has a pretty big hole where it doesn't meet the floor properly (I've watched bugs waltz right in through said hole). These are all things I reported in my move-in checklist two years ago, but I suppose they're not so easily fixed. All that said, the staff members (particularly maintenance) are wonderful, pleasant people. And the rent is manageable.

It's had it's ups and downs, but overall it's been good. The buildings are looking a little shabby with some areas having outside mold-could use a good power washing, some areas of grounds could use upgrading- they aren't cohesive. People are nice, maintenance is good and so far we have had good neighbors.

It's a really nice place to live. Neighbors are nice & friendly. The community in general is awesome. Only work needed to be done is the response time to issues. It took 2 months for them to get my window fixed after maintenance shattered it.

Very quiet community. Friendly tenants. Helpful maintenance staff. Could use another closed in dog park for the dogs to run but normally just an all around great place. Tenants from sister complex do use this sides pool and parking spots which can be annoying but no assigned spots so can occasionally be hard to park near your apt but they do offer garages if you can get one as they are usually full.
