This is a beautiful complex. Nicely maintained and security conscious. But beyond that, the staff goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to be helpful and conscientious ! During Hurricane Harvey they personally made the rounds cleaning out our refrigerators and taking every step possible to ensure tenants' would not be faced with any more unpleasantness than necessary. WHAT A TEAM!

I have a good experience here at the Pavilion Northwest. It is quiet and the staff is gresaat as are the maintance men. My only complaint was the raise in rent this year. I felt $100.00's was just too much.

We normally do not live in apartments. Since we are on assignment with our company, we thought tis the best option. We are glad we did and this apartment complex is well maintained and clean. The staff is helpful and for us it was important that it was crime free without a lot of noise and young out of control renters.

I highlyi recommend renting the Pavilions at Northshore in Portland. The apartments are well kept and comfortable.. definitely feeling at home. The grounds is always well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the neighbors have all been kind. Great overall!

Nice gated community in nice neighborhood. Community is very quiet and well cared for. Close to stores and restaurants. Apartment has huge bathrooms and is a nice neutral color. Pool area and exercise area are very nice and clean.

Cost of rent is not so economical but the experience with neighbor & staff is so far so good. Except what happened last Jan2017, my car was bumped in parking lot but nobody admit, so until now my bumper is damaged.

I've lived in a couple of apartments over the past few years and I have to say this one is top notch. First off, the management is absolutely great! They were always fair, super friendly, and never hesitated to help when they could. The maintenance crew ranks right there with them. After I would submit a maintenance request, I never had to wait longer than a day for the problem to get fixed. I would put it in at night and the issue would be resolved by the time I was home from work the next day. As far as cosmetics go, the place looks great. The pictures on the website don't lie, it actually looks that good. The apartment seemed to be well insulated too which is a plus. I very rarely heard my neighbors. The perfect location is just a bonus. Living here you literally have everything you need within a 5 mile radius without sacrificing the quiet community. Golf course, running trail / fishing (Sunset Park), Walmart/HEB, schools, a plethora of restaurants, movie theater, car wash, community center, etc. If you're looking for an apartment with good management, a good location, nice swimming pools & facilities, friendly staff, and a family feel then this is it. I would live here again in a heartbeat.

Due to work we move around a lot and have been in many apartments in different cities. We lived at Pavilions at North Shore for 2 years and I loved the experience. This is the best area in Portland and very close to Corpus Christi. The facilities are pretty and well kept, the area is quiet and safe, neighbors are courteous. I was most impressed with the management and staff. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. They put a lot of heart and effort to create a sense of community among neighbors though various activities during the year. If you have a question or issue they are very fast to respond and resolve it. If you have a maintenance request they are very efficient. I truly recommend Pavilions at North Shore without any hesitation.

We are a senior couple and were living in one of this apartments for almost 5 years. The manager (Amber) are her staff were so nice to us and helpful when we needed anything. I have been here for almost 4 years. The staff, especially Amber, have been so nice to me since day 1. Great apartment, very well insulated and very modern looking. They have an excellent maintenance staff and are always there in a heartbeat when something breaks and it gets fixed FAST! The price may be a little pricey for some, but you pay for that in safety. Very safe town, and even safer apartment community, no riff-raff to worry about. I'd rather pay more for safety than pay less and get my car broken into. Finally...with a pool and palm trees that look like this (see picture), your drink tastes that much better.

This place is truly a gem! The girls in the office are wonderful, Phil in maintenance is very knowledgeable of the Portland area, and we just adored Raymond in maintenance. All staff is very welcoming and helpful. You don't have to worry about bugs or mold because it is so well maintained. We had looked at several apartments in the area and this was the best by far, plus they do month to month rental which is very convenient if you are from out of state and looking to buy a home as we were.

I recently spent two years at the Pavilions at North Shore. I must say that the staff were extremely helpful and always responsive to the tenants needs. I dealt mostly with Amber and Heather and they were always cheerful and professional with everyone they met. The maintenance staff is there all week and they do an excellent job of keeping the place in top shape. There were times when they would hand out coffee and snacks early in the morning at the gate. I thought that was really nice. When I was shopping around two years ago the apartments at the Pavilions gave you more square footage for the price. The complex is away from the interstate and in a quiet neighborhood. It is a gated apartment complex so I never had people knocking at my door trying to sell me something and I always felt secure. The pool area was recently upgraded and is one of the nicest pool areas I have seen. There is a golf course just around the corner from the apartments. Portland is a growing town and there are a lot of new stores popping up. It has an excellent small town feel and only a 15 minute drive to Corpus. I had to leave the apartment unexpectedly and Amber and Heather went out of their way to make the move effortless. They really understand how to run a business and how far customer loyalty will get you! In a nutshell from the Birdman, I would highly recommend the Pavilions at North Shore.

My husband and I lived at the Pavilions at Northshore for 4 years. Our experience was great. We loved our large 2 bedroom apartment. The staff was wonderful and treated us with respect. The maintenance crew was very friendly and quick to respond to our repair needs(which did not happen often). I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants a place to call "home".

My husband and I lived at the Pavilions at North Shore for two years and it was by far the best "living in an apartment" experience we have had! The management was above and beyond amazing.. They tended to any need we had in a very professional manor and always made sure all of their tenants were happy and taken care of, (not many places do that anymore)!!! Everyone from the management to the maintenance were always nice, welcoming and ensured our time there was nothing short of great. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a place to live, to consider their apartments before anywhere else!! We had zero issues living there, and had we not moved out of town, we would still be there. Amazing and gorgeous place to reside!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived at North Shore Landing (The Pavilions) for over a year. I just recently moved out because my assignment in the area ended. Otherwise I would still be there. The apartment was very nice, with new hardwood floors and nice appliances. Maintenance was always very prompt (same day service ) for any issues that arose, although I rarely needed maintenance . The building is sprayed regularly, and I always received advance notice. The ladies in the office were very professional and friendly, and were always upbeat and helpful. Best apartments in the area by far. I highly recommend this place. You will also enjoy the pool and well equipped workout room.

My husband, my young child and I have lived here for almost a year and we just renewed for another year. There is not one employee here that does not go above and beyond their duties. They have never once been anything but perfectly gracious when dealing with them. The maintenance and grounds crew are on point!!!!! The apartments are spacious and open. They have two gorgeous pools and a very nice gym. You can tell when people take pride in their jobs and it is obvious that they all do. I wasn't a fan of apartment living until I moved here. The surrounding neighborhoods are very nice and we have amazing schools in our district.

The staff came out to meet residents at the gates to provide doughnuts, coffee, and juice! How cool is that? These ladies and gentlemen are wonderful and all winners in my book. Every and any issue I have (which aren't many) has always been handled professionally, courteously, and with a smile. I feel the love!!

Excellence!! The entire staff is very professional and friendly; Thinking back out of all the places I have lived, Pavilions is and was the best experienced for me. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and very well kept. Communication was great as well, I had to get the place while traveling in other locations in Texas, as soon as background checks and so forth went through you were notified (TY Debbie) and the system moved on. Peace of mind.... Parking is exceptional, there is always a good spot to park close to your abode. The garbage dumpsters are strategically placed and Pavilions has a recycling program as well. The one problem I had with a condensate pan(air conditioning) was handled in a very timely manner and no problems after that. Inspections are carried out for the safety of all/pest control,fire extinguishers,fire alarms etc...Very good access to local eateries and grocery stores. I never did experience any crime there or around the Portland Texas area. Very safe place to live... Matter of fact: I no longer live there, however; I had some issues with the postal service about mail not being forwarded, talked with staff and they went out of there way to help me out, checked the mail box and got me the mail I was missing.(TY Debbie) Thank s Again All

I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the staff located at Northshore Pavilions. I have lived in the complex since December of 2013 and have been shown time and time again that the people employed there not only do an excellent job, but actually seem to enjoy it also. Anytime time I have had a problem, albeit they have always been minor ones, the staff treats it and me like it is their number one priority. I have an elderly parent living with me, and I feel confident going to work each day knowing that such caring individuals are around should the need arise. Any time they see us around the property, they acknowledge our presence, they stop and talk to my mother when she is out smoking her cigarette, and even when they had issues with that, they handle it with great respect. I haven't lived in a community like this in over 30 years, and I am happy to have found your community. It is like coming home to family every night. The staff of Amber, Heather, Debbie, Sarah, Felipe, and Raoul ( I hope I did get those last two right) are great ambassadors of your property.
