Acceptable. Except for one nosy problematic neighbor, this is a great place to reside. The locked gates make for a safe place, the grounds are kept as well. The pool gates need to be fixed. It is a dangerous problem out of 4 gates, 3 are broke and locked, if a problem would occur inside the pool area, there is only one way and one way in.

i just moved to another apartment and everything went smooth. I love living there. I have lived there for over a year and plan to stay. Palvilions at Northshore are amazing apartments to live in, quite and very dog friendly inside and out.

It's a place to sleep and shower. People move in and people move out. Hard to establish a relationship with anyone. This is supposed to be a secure gated community but the gates are open to anyone at anytime!!!!

Quiet, well kept community, nice courtyards and facilities. Like the outside space and additional storage. Maintenance is professional and courteous. Additional amenities include pool, fitness room, and clubhouse. Currently enjoying calling this quiet friendly community home.

The Pavilions at Northshore are not only lovely, but incredibly well maintained. They provide such a positive environment that it is truly like being "HOME ". This facility is welcoming, relaxing, fun to live here. The Fitness Center is an excellent bonus!

Management was very nice and friendly and tried to help as much as they could since we moved from a different state. Some of the apartment needs to be fixed better. There is patchy work done. But overall it is very nice and well kept. The amenities are very nice and everyone seems helpful.

My experience has been good but some improvements could be done. The maintenance staff is great. Ladies in the office are always respectful but I feel they need to follow up more. The grounds could use some improvement. The main pool needs some maintenance.

Apartment fits my needs perfectly. Convenient location, staff is very professional, very helpful. Complex is well maintained and very quiet. I would highly recommend the Pavilions to anyone. Portland is growing and is a very nice place to live.

Friendly people. Relatively quiet. Safe area. Responsive maintenance. If you can swing the price it's nice. The only complaint I have is about the valet trash. $25 a month and I don't even use it. They claim they can't take off the fee. Otherwise a great place.

I do love living here. I have always felt safe. The staff has always been helpful and considerate. They listen if you have an issue. I would recommend living here to anyone. My stay has been a positive one. Thanks for the years.

I have enjoyed living at these apartments. The prices are reasonable and overall it's a very quiet place to live. It does feel like home. I haven't lived in an apartment in many many years before I moved here and I'm glad that I chose these out of the ones in Portland! They have a fitness room that is open 24/7 that I've used since moving here. No need for a gym or a membership to somewhere. It is a wonderful place to live if you're looking for somewhere here in Portland.

The staff and ladies up front Cynthia and Mary are the best people to work with. Every possible question I had was answered quickly. The moving process and application were a breeze with their help. 5 plus stars!

Great location - everything is close by. well maintained complex. Any maintenance issues have been solved quickly. It's has a nice club house and 2 pools. The area is quiet and safe. I would recommend the apartments.

This apartment complex has a nice community feel to it. Nice pool areas and cute layouts for each floor plan. Work orders can be hard to get fulfilled at times, so definitely make sure to keep yourself and the staff accountable when you have any issues!

The main problem here is the office staff, they seem to be careless with the tenant's problems. Minimum problems could take 1 year to be solved, and they change their policies without no previous advice. The place is nice and is well-maintained, but the office stuff requires a whole renovation.

Really enjoy living here..apartment is beautiful and spacious. At the moment neighbors are great...only issue I have is parking space.....we have 3 handicap spaces and I believe that's alittle too much because I only have seen one handicap vehicle

Move in and most of the first year was rough. Communication sucked, I never felt welcome and there were many mistakes that caused a lot of frustration and most of the office staff was unfriendly. Things seem better but we will see. The Maintenance team is amazing

Loved the whole place, everything about it! I felt that the unit was exactly what I am seeking for long term residence. I am living in another property across the highway that has been a nightmare in all aspects. Would love to be allowed to live at the Pavillions.

Mostly good. Parking is difficult. Puddles on sidewalk when it rains. Not enough information given when office will be closed for holidays or trash pickup will not be available. Trash compactor not emptied on weekends. Laundry room is dog smelly. Can't do laundry because of smell.

My experience here at Pavillion has been good. I did have issues with my apartment being dirty when I moved in. My first maintenance request wasnot a good experience. The maintenance man came in and started complaining that my work order was not a emergency. He said next time do better. I said the lady in the office entered that work order, not me.

Quiet, clean, could use work on residence cleaning up after pets. Lived here for a year now and no concerns with location and apartments overall. Close to school for my kids and even allows them the ability to walk home.

Good apartment complex but not the best for how expensive it is. There might be a better value apartment complex somewhere else. Pest control doesn't seem to help much so I would recommend having your own spray and traps. I would prefer they just limit pest control to only come when someone asks for help if it would reduce rent costs.

It's been a great experience, a great change in pace, atmosphere/ climate here is very welcomed, refreshing, revitalizing and rejuvenating. No other properties here nor surrounding coastal bend areas has what northshore pavilions offers and brings to it's tenants. This really is an amazing apartment community to be apart of.
