Great community. Staff is great, kind, helpful and the maintenance is usually on their game. The only complaint I have is the rent keeps going up every year. I know they are In a competitive field, especially with the oil field workers. If they'd lower the price of the garage or just throw the garage in free as a package then it would totally be worth staying another 5 years.

To make a decision to move after being in one place for over 20 years was very hard for me to do. But after numerous visits to various places The pavilions of North shore was the choice I decided to take. The staff is wonderful they made the move very easy for me.

The overall community appears properly maintained however when viewing the apartment unit it needed to be power washed and had spider webs on the outside. There are cockroaches and bugs that I constantly find in my apartment. The walls are quite thin so it's easy to hear neighbors.The office staff seem nice and helpful. And maintenance helps with your problems about your apartment.

This was a luxury living complex. It is now under new management as a temporary housing facility. Compares to gated hotel living. We have lived here 5 years. Paying for luxury living yet not the same.

I have enjoyed living at Pavilions for a little under a year, we love the dog park. Parking in our area is very good, our neighbors are all so friendly. I like being near Walmart and academy and all the restaurants in Portland. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

Price is not reflective of quality - cupboards and cabinets are lowest quality. Floors/ceilings/walls very thin. Should be insulated better. Parking spaces need to be painted or clearly assigned to specific units.

Community used to be top notch in management and maintenance. There is constant turnover of staff now and the quality of the property has suffered greatly. Property is not maintained as it used to be, rules are made (sometimes on the fly) and obviously not enforced. Property is rundown and not maintained. High rent, low quality service.

This community is great! Friendly neighbors, friendly staff. The apartment is in wonderful shape. Clean and modern appliances. I love the fact that it has 2 bathrooms too. That way my wife and I, have our own bathrooms.

Is a quiet community, its clean it has dog space wich is perfect for my dog. The staff members respond very respectful. The gym is realy clean and quiet. It is very accesible to go to places. I recomend it.

office need to fix the problem soon. neighborhood very loud, neighborhood played the music at 8pm, neighborhood need to respect other neighborhood. apartment need to assign parking #. when calling for maintenance, order did not fix correctly.

Management is poor and there is a high turnover rate in the office and units. Repairs are put off as long as possible. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. There is NO security and the access gate has been broken for months. Basically anyone can come & go as they please.

So far the office staff has been extremely helpful, maintenance is very thorough and on top if their requests, the grounds appear to be very well kept. For the most part most tenants respect the rules and it's a more quiet community than ive ever dealt with in Corpus. I'm very pleased with the major difference

Maintenance requests take a long time to be completed. Also raised prices on garages to 95.00. Charge me 95.00 for water! Very expensive for apartment living. It's quiet and has nice green space though.

Good experience dealing with maint. issues, fitness center, quiet area. Need to make sure contracted lanscaper/mowing removes cut grass, blows into pool and tracked into residence. Cleaning of fitness center floor.

The community has been friendlier than I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the guest bath gushing water upon moving in and the problem was fixed in an ok amount of time.

We just moved in to this apartment that we could not see first because we were moving from out of town. The appliances are old and need to be replaced. The mirrors are rusty. The day we came to move in, there was water damage on the kitchen floor and livingroom carpet. The whole apartment had a funky smell. Although the staff quickly took care of everything, it still did not sit well with me. We had to stay in a hotel room until the apartment was ready. The neighbors have loud boom music all hours of the night AND early in the morning. On a positive note, the apartment is roomy and the staff is great.

Pavilions at Northshore is a great community to live in. Plenty of amenities and friendly helpful staff. Location is secure so your family can feel safe. Overall a great place to live. Plenty of businesses in walking distance.

Nothing to say right now.There is a staff member that is not very friendly. She doesn't ever say by before she hangs the phone up. The grass is to high and the people with dogs don't pick up the dog poop. It was great at the beginning.
