So far I love it! Move in was easy the front desk workers are helpful and my puppy loves the park! My husband and I enjoy the GYM and we're excited to use the pool in area B when it's fixed. Everyone who lives around us is so nice and the employees always smile and wave.

This community is a great place to live in Portland. From the amenities to the great customer service of the office staff especially Ciara. I definitely will be looking into renewing my lease here when my lease ends.

The people in the office are great and very helpful. The property is very nice, clean and family friendly. The move in process was easy. There are great amenities like the pools and the exercise areas. I would highly recommend this apartment community to everyone!

The management team is great to work with if you have any issues. I am happy that I chose this community to live in. Neighbors are quite and friendly. The rent is reasonable compared to other locations I looked at.

Well organized and managed. Professional group running the show. Believe the group actually enjoy their assignments. I work late at night and believe the lighting and security are sufficient. Work out facility is well maintained and does have the right type of equipment which should service needs for most of us trying to stay in good condition.

Very good experience from January to now at previous apartment. Hope to have the same at new apartment Hope to enjoy the pool and community with the family moving into Texas. Nice trees. Cooling in hot weather

Very easy move in process. Love the way that the community is laid out. Super quiet apartments. The floorplan layout is way nicer than any of my previous apartments that I have lived in. I plan on living here for a good long while.

I have only been here a few months but I am very happy to be here. Service request have been answered quickly and the work well done. It is very quite in the apartment and also on the outside. Everyone is friendly.

The people that work in the office at the Pavilion Apartments are very rude and unprofessional I witnessed something that happened on Saturday while we were in the pool area the lady that approached my son was very unprofessional and in my opinion should be fired. Thank you for making apartment living very uncomfortable for my son that he will never rent an apartment again. This lady wanted to complain about the noise level. My son had guests from out of town. No matter what opinion or what running she had with my son she could have pulled him aside and addressed any issues instead she made a mockery in front of everybody there and thought it she looks cute. This lady needs to be retrained on how to approach and address issues. We are waiting for Monday to come around to see what actions they will be taken against my son we have already contacted our lawyer. We cannot wait for his lease to be up it will be a blessing. They have an issue with him being in a pool and he rents an apartment there but yet you have employees spouses enjoying everything around the pool using the clubhouse and pool area and they do not reside at the apartment complex. Please feel free to contact me or my husband. Margie or Kendall Eaton .. we do have a video on how she approached my son as one of our relatives recorded the whole situation and it's appalling. It's disgusting how she can still be employed there.

The North Pavilion Apartments are close to restaurants, grocery stores and was close to my husbands work these were all a plus to choosing this apartment. They have 2 beautiful swimming pools and a BBQ Pit to enjoy while keepimg an eye on the kids

Close to stores and dining. Landscaping nice. Apartment appliances need to be updated and Pest control a must. Staff is very nice and thorough on explanations of move in requirements. Staff answers calls immediately and resolves problems.

Fantastic experience. Great people, very nice and helpful. The apartment complex looked to be in a nice area and was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to others. Will continue to rent and would rent again in the future.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Ciara was my leasing agent and was/is very helpful explaining all the perks that come with the lease. It's such a relaxed atmosphere in the office, and we joked around as if we'd known each other for years. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you for helping me feel "at home"!

My family and I were welcomed by Ciera and the rest of the office team. We felt at home the firat time we met everyone and were ahown the grounds. We were set up and moved in quick and easily. Always a pleasure.

The staff was very friendly and had everything I needed to move in ready to go before I got there. The apartment itself was very clean as I was moving in (looked almost brand new) and everything I needed; keys, gate card worked well the first time around.

This community is amazing, the residents are great, the staff is amazing and the grounds are well kept.. if your looking for a home this is where you should start, you won't be sorry. They even have a dog park for the fur babies!

I've lived here for 3 years now. The office staff is always helpful, and quick to resolve any problems I've had. Maintenance is always quick, and always friendly. I love living here, and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Its been a great experience. We would love to stay but our family is growing and we need a 3 bedroom. Great neighbors and office Staff. It feels like all of our children became friends instantly. It was truly a great time living here.

The management staff has been truly awesome. They respond quickly to issues and follow up to make sure that they are resolved. They also put together several events to bring the community together. Always welcoming and friendly when approached in the office or on site. The community is fairly quiet and very well maintained.

We love our new place so far! We have brand new carpet, nice size bedroom, living room, and dining room. A few things need touching up but overall this is a great place especially for the price! We're happy to be here
