EXHAUSTING!

It really saddens me that I have to write this review. I was so happy at the beginning but as time has passed, it’s getting terrible and I cannot wait to move out of here!!! I have been here over a year and having the same exact issues. Noise issues with my upstairs neighbors. I had former neighbors that were super loud, contacted courtesy office with no real change!! Now I have new upstairs neighbors and they are worse! It’s literally non stop all day, they need to control their kids or pets !!! I have to get up at 4:30am MON-WED and 6am THUR-FRI … I barely get sleep and they just got here! No true peace at all. All the front office does is continuously say “call the courtesy officer” … they are not helpful!! This is ridiculous. I even sent video proof of the sounds. I am tired of being kind about this. I have been very passive but they are truly pushing me to a limit where I would rather sleep in my car than in the apartment!

Every experience I've had with Amelia has been excellent. She's always extremely helpful and professional. Work orders are always done in a timely manner and done right the first time. It's been a really quiet community and look forward to the rest of my time here.

Not a good experience, Melissa Jimenez was probably the worst property manager I've dealt with. There is not enough space to explain the story and the maintenance team was very sub par when there was a leak and they left the water on the floor for me to clean up.

A nice community. I've never had any issues with the apartments. The construction next door and the dust it creates is getting old. There is not enough garbage bins for the amount of residents and they are not placed around the complex very conveniently.

It was great at the beginning. Here lately not too much. It's not as quiet. Elevator in our building works for 2-3 weeks than breaks down again. The areas are not clean. Sorry that is just My opinion. They compliant of one plant on patio when I have seen several balconies very cluttered.

I have enjoyed my renting experience at the Park at Briggs Ranch. I truly enjoy the facilities including the pool and gym. The area grocery store and gas stations are nearby. The maintenance crews are friendly and responsive when necessary. I really enjoy my view from my patio deck.

I love living here.. The grounds are kept beautiful. The maintenance team is outstanding. The office team handles issues immediately. What really stands out above other apartments is how quickly they handle maintenance issues. They are out right away. I have lived here for 6 years!!

The lie about how much you're gonna be paying a month for rent. They fail to mention all the other 30 charges that they add on every month. They don't answer their phone, and the neighbors are loud and make a lot of noise every day all day. The gate is not always close some anyone could come in. No one is ever in the office. Etc

Absolutely horrible. The staff is very uncommunicative and unresponsive. They neglect to inform residents of essential community updates and then have an attitude when responding to simple questions. There is mud, wasps, and mushrooms everywhere. The management office is aware of other residents engaging in the use of illegal substances like marijuana and refuses to give any punishments.

My husband & I really enjoy living in our apartment with Berkshire. Our management office has great communication, they read & respond to emails promptly & if they don't answer your call, they DO call back! & the maintenance team is the best! The maintenance gentlemen are so kind & quick to respond & actually know what they're doing!

Was good but management cannot do anything about noisy neighbors (noise all day). I will terminate my lease as soon as renewal time comes. Sad because I have lived a total of 12 years in this complex. I will say that the grounds are kept up and I couldn't ask for better maintenance staff.

All of the staff we came in contact with have been extremely efficient, helpful and friendly (office and maintenance). Also love that maintenance and cleaning is a high priority in this community. We had an issue with our oven door and it got resolved very quickly. We also like that the elevators smell nice, have AC and is kept clean. The only thing we do not like is that some residents drive really fast and do not go around the round about which is a safety concern. Management did put a sign on the round about and sent an email out about this but it seems people are still doing it frequently.

Love the quietness and quick response from maintenance team. The only thing I don't like is the dirtiness of halls and stairs. Lots of bird poop, cobwebs, and dust and dirt. We have a lot filth on stairs,floors, and walls.

It's a beautiful apartment. The maintenance people are great. Traffic is horrible. With the new neighborhood being built there is even more traffic and noise. Upstairs neighbors stomp 24 hours daily and nothing is done. People smoke weed and it comes in through vents and windows.

Very great community and well taken care of with organized emails for maintenance and notices for anything that may happen such as closures of certain things to prepare for certain times of the year and as well as having events!

It's a pretty nice place, if not perfect. It used to be semi-rural, but unfortunately, during the past eight years, the traffic has been getting worse and worse due to ongoing development in the area. This affects me daily.

I like this apartment for the area, the quiet, and the privacy afforded. While the traffic is crazy to get in and out, it is doable. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I have not had reason to deal with the office personnel much, but when I have, they have all been pleasant and helpful.

Loud neighbors, incompetent management, gate is stuck open 3 months of the year but it's a "gated comunity". Neighbors got the cops called on them 4 times in a month for DV issues. Never addressed. Smoke filled units never addressed.

I like that these apartments are close to my job I don't have to travel over an hour to get to work and they are affordable. Since I lived here it's been quiet the people are friendly and I love the amenities.

The community is quiet and comfortable. It is close enough to everything in San Antonio but far enough to feel a sense of "quietness" which I think is very important. Neighbors are quiet, people walk their dogs, there are community "get-togethers", and so much more!

It has been a great experience. The community is welcoming and safe and the staff is very responsible and attentive. If anything is needed, I always get a fast response/action. Apartments are very spacious.
