Great community. Management and staff are excellent to work with. The maintenance team are very professional and any work orders are handled really quickly (I've only had very minor issues). Property looks good and is well maintained. It's a pleasure to live here.

Thus far, it has been a dream location for this Veteran. The Management staff is truly understanding and professional. This is a good place to begin again after 27 years in the USAF and relocating. I am very appreciative of the support I have received since contacting this property. Excellent Job!!

Beautiful atmosphere from my yard. Prices are way higher than upgraded apartments next door and in the area. Rent goes up substantially every year. Started at 1100 and now at 2000. Walls need to be touched up with paint and floor rounds were never painted and floors coming up

So far my experience at my new apartment/community has been great, I Iike how their are BBQ pits and a open yard great to throw football ,ect. My apartment has welcome home feeling and my balcony has a good view.

We moved in pretty recently and so far we are Very pleased with the unit and the grounds. The staff is extremely friendly which is very very nice, any issues I had were fixed by maintenance in a timely manner, and they even left a note of what they had completed. I have a dog that I don't kennel unless I need to and the staff was very accommodating by calling me before hand and asking when a good time to come was. The only thing I would say is that walls are very thin, and someone in our building plays music pretty loud at night, it is muffled just walls are pretty thin.

The staff members were really sweet and they were helpful very communicative they take their time and make sure that the application in was processed I also like the community because good transportation and people are really sweet friendlyAnd I also want to recommend it to family and friends

This community has been outstanding and I really enjoy this living complex. This community has a great workout facility and playing area for kids and pets. This apartment location provides immediate access to the highways and shopping .

Very Nice and friendly apartment complex. I've Been living here for about 5 months and have never had any problems with neighbors or finding parking. Highly recommend!!! Keep doing a wonderful job keeping the apartment Complex safe

The apartment complex is close to shopping and has good schools in the area. I feel that sometimes corners are cut for the sake of time or connivence. I wish the construction site next door wasn't happening since the dust gets in the pool and dirties the cars. But all in all it's a fine place to live.

I love it hear. The office staff is amazing and the community is quiet. It feels more like an home than an apartment. Minor issues hear and there, but it is handled promptly and efficiently. I recommend Sync and Nobu

This community is great! I previously lived elsewhere in San Antonio and was drawn to Sync for the larger floor plans and the neighborhood feel. Pricing is super competitive and it would definitely be difficult to find something with the same quality and size at the same price. The complex itself is pretty huge, but well maintained. Maintenance is super responsive. The only negative is all the construction going on right now around the property. It's pretty loud and causes a bunch of dust to always be flying around.

It's a great place. Nice people working here. Easy going community and easy access to HEB, banks, and pharmacies. I would recommend. Pool is pretty sweet, and the local neighborhood dogs are pretty friendly.

I've been here just under a year, and love this place. Nice part of town, close to airport and McAllister Park, close to HEB and LA Fitness. Complex is very new and well maintained. Pool and shared spaces are nice and well-utilized. Staff is friendly and responsive. Price/value is also pretty good. Only things I would add are video surveillance on the property, a hot tub, and a basketball court.

Moving from another city, I was very nervous about choosing a place to live in without knowing the area too well. However, the team at Nobu made sure they provided me with the information I needed to make my decision that much easier. Thanks to Austin who even provided me with resources to facilitate furnishing my apartment. The apartments are very spacious and have plenty of storage. Thank you to the Nobu team for making me this my home away from home!

Would recommend this place to friends. Close to the highway, and close to Target and HEB. A lot of food choices nearby as well. Office staff has been very courteous, and very nice ever since I moved in.

It's been amazing no issues I love the property. I am very happy living here I honestly can't see going anywhere else .People are friendly and everyone seems to look out for one another. Convenient with everything around us.

This is my first experience to live in apartment, and i'm glad to found a nice place to live. Got a good deal from the apartment and got a nice place too. When first time move in to apartment everything like new so i don't need to clean a lot. Overall i like it

I really enjoy the location/community of the apartment complex. Floor-plans and amenities are nice. Management staff is friendly. Any questions I've had, the management team has answered them and made sure everything was clear.

The move-in process was pretty easy despite the ongoing pandemic restrictions. The apartment is nice and we're right next to nature. My only concern is the scorpions coming in due to heat and being next to the woods, but if you're not that close, I'm sure you'll be just fine! Overall, I have loved living here for a week so far.

Great community at a great location. New modern architecture surrounded by great neighbors. From live-in to dine-in, the experience has always been top notch. The perfect blend for a city slicker to enjoy country living. Could not be any happier!

So far everything has been going well. Office seems very helpful so far when it comes to me bringing up concerns. Lots of resident activity (walking around) which is nice to see. Security seems on par with the area.

My experience with SYNC at NOBU Station has been mostly pleasant. The staff are quick to respond to questions and problems that may need to be addressed. The condition of the campus and common areas are well kept and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining this apartment complex. I would definitely recommend living here to other friends or family.

Viewing the apartment online is an understatement when you actually see it in person. The second I was taking a tour I knew I wanted a place ASAP. Everything went perfect & stress free. I filled out an application the same day of touring & moved in the next week. I didn't think it would happen so quick. Once I moved in everything was perfect. Now it's only been a week & I can't believe I didn't did this sooner. Better late than never.
