I moved in during the covid 19 pandemic. So having to do everything online was a bit stressful but the staff here made everything easier. The pool is great! And the apartments are really spacious. A fairly new apartment so all the appliances are new as well!

Overall the community is good but the front staff needs more training in renting units and ensuring the units are working and nothing is broken. I have received about 5 messages about a 14.00 fee I supposedly owe but my washer is still inoperable and I felt very misled about the layout of this floorplan.

So far, a great place to live. Quiet. Well maintained by a very nice group of people. Great customer service.. The complex is readily accessible to a major highway which makes iit very easy to get places easily..

We have lived at Sync at Nobu Station for 5 years now. We have moved from one bedroom to two and we love it. The transition was smooth and easy. We always get compliments on our apartment and all the amenities it offers.

The apartment, facilities, staff, and the availability of parking for each building is amazing. I don't see many people due to the pandemic going on, but the people I do see are really friendly. Talking about the pandemic and the response of their management team, they took precautions early and are emailing/notifying the tenants updates, they are willing to work with us (for paying rent) if our employers aren't open, and have the whole complex looking as if we weren't going through a pandemic.

i like it a lot the only issue is the drivers here, they go extremely slow like 3 mph??? or there's the people flying the corner. Also people walk in the middle of the road all the time, kids unattended playing in the middle of the street when you're trying to drive? there's plenty of beautiful grass, play areas and sidewalks but other than that it hasn't been too bad

Moved into the apartment without visiting or touring first and was definitely impressed. The move in process was very easy, maintenance was quick to respond with requests on move in day and the office staff made themselves available even after the office closed since I was traveling from Lubbock, Tx. to move in.

Everyone has been extremely friendly move process thus far. A very friendly apartment community with plenty community perks. Throughout the leasing process it has been the smoothest process I've gone through so far. I am happy to say that this is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have lived at so far.

I have only lived here for a short time but in that limited time I can already tell how much I enjoy living here. The community is very nice and the staff does a lot to ensure the residents needs are met as well as go the extra mile to make the residents happy with things like putting on events.

The office staff has great communication skills with me. That contacted me whenever a possible issue or concern would come up. They work diligently to make sure I feel safe as a deaf resident in their apartment complex.

"My" husband, "our" "White Schnauzer", "Jack", and myself "moved" in the "month" of "December"! "We" love being part of " this" "Community"! "Very" quiet, peaceful, and great neighbors! "Grounds" well kept,( it would help if people clean after "their dogs".) Management "very professional"!! "We" "love" it "here"!!!

Easy, painless move in, great staff, clean space. The staff do a great job so far at communicating with residents and attending residents' needs. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and look forward to calling sync home.

Issues since day one. Cheap stinky paint that didn't cover weird stains on the wall (it took about a month for the paint stink to completely be gone.) Stove broken upon move in. Dryer broken upon move in. Carpeting yellow foam glue exposed in dining area coming out over the carpet edge. Wasp nests in balcony upon move in. Baby roaches in sink upon move in. Stained bathroom floor tiles. Old out dated appliances/fixtures. Light fixtures not centered. Light in laundry room did not work properly upon move in. Missing door stoppers. Restroom door did not properly close upon move in. Leaking sink upon move in. Roof leaked and it took 19 days to fix. These are just some of the reasons why you should spend your money elsewhere.

Overall a nice place to live if you need an apartment in great school zones. However, the management seems to care very little about their tenants, and there is no incentive to stay. I pay for amenities that are broken/unavailable. Everyone lets their dog poop on the community lawn.

Walls are extremely thin. I can hear conversations. Need to knock down old wasp nests and power wash breezeway. Inside need upgrading. Lights are horrible and linoleum in bathroom is drained and horrible

This complex has a well kept, quiet and pleasant environment. It's close to the local HEB grocery store, gas stations, and eateries with easy highway access. I've enjoyed my time at The Sync at Nobu, San Antonio, Texas.

My move in was very complicated due to a number of factors that were no ones fault, but the office staff here saved the day multiple times. The end result was a great apartment with everything I wanted and needed, and I am so grateful for all the help! A particularly big shout out needs to be given to Amanda and Lindsay for being so helpful and accommodating throughout this whole process! Thank you for everything!

I absolutely love living here! Great community! Awesome events! Excellent office team! We love our view here! It's incredible! I always feel safe here, and I love coming home to our community! It's a wonderful place to live!

Friendly neighbors GREAT staff clean, swimming pool area huge and outdoor TV. Food truck available at times. Holiday Activity's for the guest. Washer and dryer provided. Well lid parking lot. Daycare near by.

It's been really great! This is my first apartment and I love my layout and the neighborhood, especially for the price I was offered. I'd definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.

Sync at Nobu is a beautiful complex with near access to an assortment of amenities. I solely came here because of the staff made me feel comfortable and the complex provided a feel of home. With this being my first apartment on my own I feel that I am at good hands with Sync at Nobu.
