I have enjoyed living at NOBU station. It is very quiet and kept in good condition. The service is reliable and quick. I always feel that my community is safe and I can feel at home in my apartment. A great place to live.

The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The leasing and move in process was very easy and convenient as well. We were able to do everything online prior to picking up the keys which was very convenient

Great community and office staff, the amenities are all as advertised and grounds are well maintained. My apartment was spotless at move in with a little gift from the office! All rooms feel very clean and upscale, huge patio and quiet surroundings. Very happy with the move!

Great location and amenities. Plenty parking space. Friendly staff and neighbors. Quiet neighborhood and great views. Would recommend for families with kids and even older adults. Few improvements needed with cleaning the apartment but overall not bad

My family and I moved into the Sync almost a month ago and so far so good. Maintenance stays on top of the grounds, there's always parking, the pool is clean and the front office is awesome! Like any apartment you will have issues loud neighbors which it's just loud walking our building tends to be quiet after 10:30 on weekdays and you might hear someone watching a loud movie until midnight on weekends or dog poop not being cleaned up. Which the complex sends out notices and reminders about but for the most part it's an amazing community and I'm glad we chose to rent here.

It has been a very good experience. Staff is great and they have events for the entire community. The place is always kept nice. Maintenance has always done a good job on my apt. I would recommend NOBU SYNC to my friends.

We had a very smooth transition, office staff was very helpful in getting everything organized for us prior to move in. Lindsey was helpful throughout, answering all of our many (many!) questions. Everything was completed and/or prepared as promised.

Many residents don't follow dog leash policy nor do they pickup after their dogs. Also community has mentioned they where going to put a wash station for dogs at the dog park and still hasn't. It's been over a year

I really like the clubhouse interior, they provide Wi-Fi, a nice lounge zone with comfortable couches and a TV, there are computers and a printer. You can have some coffee or hot chocolate from a Starbucks coffee machine for free, too. I absolutely love the lawns and scenery, it's great especially if you have a dog to walk or if you like walking. The sunsets look stunning here. The swimming pool is big and beautiful, too. The only issue here is that when you're trying to put a work order in, the maintenance people aren't always able to see it, and you have to remind the front office about your problem. Overall, a great apartment complex & friendly staff. I love living here!

The staff here are awesome. The community so far has been great. The area is great, the surrounding area is great. Everything is close by, highway, shopping, places to eat, and grocery store. The area is quiet which is nice.

It was a pleasantly, smooth experience. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I have visited other properties and there wasn't any experience with staff better than the staff at Sync. I even recommended my cousin to move in and now she's in process.

Good experience moving in but really not the best help when we arrived to get our keys. The personnel was rushing out of the office for lunch which made our process fast and left us with a lot of unanswered questions. We received two set of keys but one set was not the correct set of keys due to the personnel wanting to rush out for lunch.

So far there are no complaints. This has been a wonderful experience. Overall it is very quiet community. They do allow pets which is nice but can also come with its own issues. The pool is great everytime we go there is plenty of space to swim. Overall this is a great place to live if you need an apartment.

very private and welcoming neighbors the ladies at the office are so helpful and sweet. The complex all around is very well cleaned up. The community seems very safe and well protected. This is my first time renting an apartment and it was a good experience here.

Great community, a lot of amenities close by. Food trucks show up regularly with great food, staff is very kind and go above and beyond when trying to help. Sometimes it's hard to find parking when everything is filled so have to park farther away from the apartment.

The apartment is beautiful, but things keep breaking. My breaker box is having issues, and my dryer is a mystery. The front gate even keeps breaking and as a single female I feel unsafe. I never see the security team that apparently drives through.

Staff is friendly to work with, pool could be cleaned more often though. Pet friendly complex, but pet park needs to be better maintained. We've really enjoyed our time here, the online service makes rent payments work orders really simple. Sync is at a great location off of 1604, everything you could need is no more than 15 minutes away.

The apartment was no cleaned whatsoever when I moved in. There were dried contact lenses and dog hair in between the floor and baseboards. It wasn't even vacuumed. Had to call pest control twice over the course of a month in a half due to roach infestation, and when the second time didn't work I had to take it into my own hands. My neighbor threw a water bottle full of needles into my trash bin, no one picks up the dog poop, I absolutely don't feel safe or at home here. I pay $1000 in rent to live in a shoebox that is barley clean and practically un safe. DO NOT move here. I'm counting down the days to leave. I've given up contacting the leasing office and just count down the days to get out.

Quite! no bugs no loud neighbors very much satisfied here and occasional food trucks that come to visit. Heb just 5 blocks away very convenient. McDonald's taco bell popeyes and Wendy's close by. Also pet friendly!

This apartment staff are really friendly and nice. Sometime parking space are not enough at evening time. Apartments location pretty nice and convenient and usually traffic in the morning and rush hour time.

I have been part of this community since October 2018. I first moved into a single, but then had an opportunity to move into a double April 2019. Both apartments are great. The floor plans are really clever. I am particularly impressed with how quiet that the apartments are. I really feel insulated from most noise, and the noise that I do hear is muted and does not disturb me. The staff are amazing. I have had nothing but good experience with the Leasing office. I have found facilities to be very responsive. The location of this community is amazing. I feel I have all the comforts I could ask for. The fire department is literally across the street from the entrance, but, I don't make that point because it is loud. I rarely notice the engine leaving the station, but I know for a fact it does regularly. I can hop onto 1604 and get to 281 within 5 min. There is a very nice HEB a few minutes away. My favorite, there is an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema within 10 minutes, and I don't have to get on a freeway to get there. There is so much more but then this would be even longer.

So far so good. I just moved in a week ago. Despite a minor hiccup with my application, the process has gone well. The place was clean when I moved in and had very little damage which was much appreciated.

It's a clean community. The property is not noisy and safe to walk around with children. The staff are polite and helpful. Turn around time for requests are between 24 - 72 hours. This is a good place to live
