I've always enjoyed living here. The area is fairly quiet and safe, and the staff is friendly. It's a newer development, so everything up relatively up to date and in good working order. The apartments are well furnished, and they have a large number of floor plans to choose from, to fit anyone's needs.

Very well maintained property and friendly Staff. Community is located close to intersection. Style resort pool and cabana people are friendly, also very quiet to live and well recommended if you looking for a nice place to live.

Great apartment, amenities and staff. Staff is always professional, courteous and prompt to response to any issues I may experience. The trash issue near building 16 is a concern, just wondering what the issue is?

I just moved in January of 2018 and from the time we got a tour a couple months back up until now it has been nothing but an amazing experience. Every individual that has helped us in the office has been helpful, nice, and quick to answer any questions. It's also extremely helpful when someone answers the phone right away, which has been done every time I've called. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!!

Awesome to live here. Love the staff always friendly willing to help. Property clean and maintainance good. Sometimes I am of the opinion that the gym could be cleaner and also the dog excrement was not cleaned up when we showed our friends the property. But we very happy here it's just some areas that needs work

The staff has been amazing. Devont? was so helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Jessica took time to go over my personal preferences and help me find a floor plan that fit me. The over all complex is very clean, and quiet, everyone here has been extremely welcoming.

The office and maintenance staff are outstanding. They all work very hard to ensure their residents are happy. The property is beautiful and the amenities are great. They regularly schedule activities for the residents and have food trucks available which makes dinner prep super easy. The location is great as well. Garages are available which makes it seem less like apartment living. Price is comparable to most other apartments but the staff and service is what sets NOBU apart from the other apartments.

I'm very pleased with my experience living here. It's been safe, clean, and overall positive. The office staff and maintenance crew has always been friendly and accommodating, and if I wasn't purchasing a house, I would continue to live here for years to come.

It's been very pleasant. The front office staff are always helpful and promt when we need assistance. The fire department is prompt when an alarm goes off for a period of time and the neighbors are very friendly. It's a very safe great community to live in.

moving in was a breeze. finding the perfect home was an exciting experience. Ally was very helpful and prompt as was the rest of the staff. maintenance takes care of tickets fairly quickly and with positive attitudes. the landscaping is gorgeous and we love our front door pool view.

Ambience and units are really awesome. some minor issues with the management (office- maintenance). We were referred her by our friends and we are quite satisfied. Appearance and condition of community grounds, landscaping, and common areas is awesome.

I have enjoyed living here and feel safe and comfortable. I would prefer a different flooring instead of carpeting which looks as though it has been used for awhile. The maintenance requests have been answered very quickly!

The people upstairs are always stomping and nothing has been done about it. The community as a whole is absolutely beautiful but it is hard to enjoy my home when the people upstairs are constantly creating noise. I've called the main office phone plenty of times and I still have to deal with this neighbor.

Being a new tenant, one has a tendency to observe, watch, and report things which might impact the community. So far, all of the employees on staff have been tremendous to work with and will assist you as quickly as possible. The only concern I have and one which needs to be considered is the speed in which tenants travel within the community. There should be a designated travel speed while on the grounds for all vehicles.

Staff is always very helpful, pleasant and service problems addressed in a reasonable time frame. Nice community, poor noise reduction between apartments. Overhead noise is as if there's no carpet, can hear people talking at times. Fun residential gatherings.

Nice clean community with great office staff. Great amenities like pool and fitness center and spacious units that feel like home! The location is perfect with everything you need within 3-5 miles at most. We look forward to staying here for a long while!

When I first moved into the apartment, the transition was easy. All of my questions were answered and the work orders put in was completed in a timely manner. Everyone is nice and the environment is comfortable.

Not what I expected. The unit was dirty and some appliances weren't working. I have never moved in to a apartment that wasn't ready for move in when I moved in. Several work orders were requested. The Property manager has not contacted me yet.

I love this apartment, beautiful buildings and community. Neighbors are pleasant and quiet. We keep to ourselves and so do our neighbors. I think the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is great, work well and fix problems. We had issues with the dishwasher upon move in, but the office worked with us to get the problem solved. The only downfall is there is lack of parking per amount of residents. Particularly in the back of the community. We sometimes have to park very far from our building because of no spaces. Otherwise this is a great place to live with a great location.

I love this complex, the location is near heb (about 2 mins drive), 2 gas stations, fast food, a gym, and much more. It is away from the bustle of the city but within easy driving distance. I work on fort sam and its an average of 15-45 mins commute depending on the time of day. The staff is always friendly, the apartments are great. The maintenance completes requests promptly. The only thing is the clubhouse closes kinda early, but once they got parcel pending that solved the issue of waiting for packages. Love it here
