I enjoy this loving community. However, the cost of rent is pushing me to move into a less expensive apartment. I notice that many good families have left and they have all told me it is due to the cost of rent.

I have lived here for almost two years now. My experience has been pleasant. I have had multiple interactions with the staff here and they are always very helpful. Ashley is usually my go-to staff member as she always addresses my concerns immediately and efficiently. I shopped around quite a bit before signing my lease at NoBu Station. It's one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Wonderful office staff, community and floor plan. They are always there to address my concerns in a friendly manner. My only issue is very thin walls and dealing with loud neighbors. I know to expect this in apartments; so try to deal with it as best I can.

Awesome staff even the maintenance crew, I was offered a drink of water or Starbucks coffee and a dough nut from Dunkin dough nut I needed to move in the next day and they made it happen even on the first floor like I wanted. And at night you place your trash out side your door and in the morning it's gone. This place is awesome!

The community is well kept. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and courteously The pool is fabulous my grandkids love to come see me. The apartments are very sound proofed. Never hear neighbors. Very happy here

The location is perfect because it's easy access to 1604. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The bathroom has alot of space to "walk around" without bumping into the other person who is sharing it.The bedroom is well insulated from the living room t.v.

It has been an enjoyable and pleasant living experience for nearly 3 years. The staff has remained professional and responsive to any issues, as well putting together great events for the community. The general nature of the community itself has been equally pleasant with a shared respect and courtesy amongst the tenants.

I am very picky when choosing an apartment community to live in. Things like appearance, upkeep, and staff are some of the qualifiers I use before signing a lease. Thus far, this community has been fantastic and I am glad I chose to live here. If you are looking for a well kept place with nice features and a warm community, you have found it. Also perfect for young professionals.

Elysian at Nobu Station is a wonderful property. The amenities are kept up with, management responds to work orders or complaints quickly, and the property is usually kept in good order. Not all residents take care of the property and amenities as much as you would hope, but hey, it's an apartment and that goes with the territory. Management does remind residents about picking up after animals and taking care of gym equipment and the pool area, so that's all you can ask for. All in all, it's a great place to live.

I have had nothing but great interactions and responses from the entire apartment staff - reception, property management, and maintenance - everyone has been helpful, honest, and have been enjoyable to talk and work with, I would highly recommend this apartment community

The apartments are beautiful the floorplans are amazing the pool is great along with the workout center, and you can't beat valet trash! Not only that it feels very secure, the staff is very helpful and friendly, I put in a repair maintenance ticket and had someone out in hours. The only dislike is that I can't get a reserved parking spot in front of my building and that there are no storage units available

This community is exceptional in every day. The people are warm and welcoming. The staff is efficient and professional. The community is like living at a resort. My apartment home has lots of cabinet space, a washer and dryer, garden tub, many windows, I adore everything about this living experience,

The only drawback is all of the construction going on. I am still so very sad that I don't get to look off my balcony and see green. I miss the trees. I miss the cows. I miss the deer. Other than the construction, everything is great. I love the pool and the service. I wish that Sync would purchase an elliptical for the gym.

Loved everything, I enjoyed my experience with move in and getting all of my questions answered and everything was done in a timely manner. I can't wait to experience the only property more and use the pool with my children. I also love the parking and community in a whole.

The staff is very professional and responsive to needs. They plan community events each month with different activities catered to families. The property is clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to the only major emergency we had. More businesses are opening nearby so the location is very convenient. We, of course, love our fitness center, outdoor clubhouse, and pool.

Really enjoy the place, downfall would be the residents responsible to abide by the rules of the community with picking up after their pets and keeping their pets leashed when outside of the dog park. Also, the clearing of the dog trash on a timely manner, especially when it is full.

I have lived here for almost three years while I continue working. The community is close to 1604 which makes it easy to get to work and shopping as well as traveling to see my family in San Marcos and Seguin. Office personnel and maintenance teams are prompt in responding to requests.

I am renewing my lease for the 4th time. That says it all for this 5-Star rated apartment property and it's staff. Great amenities including the premiere pool in San Antonio. Located a minute from accessing Loop 1604...you can get anywhere in San Antonio quickly.

It's been wonderful, I love the staff, the complex is well kept. I just wish we didn't have so much carpet throughout the apartments. The vinyl plank flooring in entry and kitchen should carry throughout the entire apartment.

Horrible. 1) to noisy: People really does not care about you or anything; 2) to dirty: "We clean everything once a week." Lie. Its been more than 5 months that I live on building 16, and it was cleaned ONCE so far. Dog's trash cans, always full of s*, insects.. 3) pool: people drink alcool freely at the pool, smoke when inside of the pool and listen to loud music all the time. 4) insects and scorpions: all over the place. 5) courtesy officer: I had a problem with a neighbor upstairs, a noisy guy after 11pm, and for vegeance, he threw food in front of my balcony. Does the place did something about it? Nobody cares. 6) closed gate: always broken. Almost everyday is stays open, and not giving us the safety that we pay for it. Etc, etc and etc. Its frustrating the fact that they smile at you just because of your check, but when you need the basic that you pay for, forget it. Sad...

Lived here for 2 years and had minimal complaints until I moved out. Upon move-out, I was e-mailed a final move out notice that indicated that I was to receive my deposit back. The management then decided to send out a second final move out notice a solid 8 days after the end of my lease and charge me for my carpet. When confronted about the conflicting reports I received, I was told that it was a "system error" and that the first notice was never to have been sent. A system failure on NOBU Station's part is not my problem however, the management did not seem to understand just how shady their business dealings are. Instead of receiving my entire deposit back, as promised in the original 'final move out statement' I received, I was charged $65 for 'carpet stains' 8 days later. Overall, they're okay until you move out. Then it's an all out money grab. Stay away unless you plan on living and dying in your apartment and never moving. Having to deal with management (the leasing girls are always wonderful...management is a different story) is akin to having a root canal. Their lack of understanding about basic business practices is astounding. Also, the front gates will ALWAYS be open. They are constantly 'broken' and seemed to be fixed for 1-3 days maximum before they're 'broken' again and need to be propped open constantly despite the fact that management declares that safety is such a priority. I had my car broken into during one of the month long spans with the front gates open.

Apartments are very nice, spacious and I especially love the "Astoria" floor plan with the laundry room! Unfortunately, the tenants do not seem to be as classy. I took a tour today and was having trouble exiting through the gate (it's the kind where you have to inch closer until it finally opens) and a gentleman (I'll use that term loosely) was entering as I was attempting to exit. He was incredibly rude and started yelling at me that he "Didn't have time for this" and was super aggressive. I was shocked that a grown man would act like this! Overall, definitely still interested in the apartment but it made me wonder what kind of tenants they allow here. You've been warned!

I have been living at NoBu Station for 2 years now and I will say my first year was GREAT!! As for my second year living here was good but the noises i heard from my neighbor makes it the only downfall, so far everything else here has been good I have enjoyed living here and every time i needed something done front office ashley was very great on getting all of my request taken care!

I keep seeing quite negative reviews on this property but I guess angry tenants are more likely to post feedback rather than happy tenants. At first I was a little off put by the office staff but they really warmed up and bent over backwards to address our needs (moving in at an earlier time then their policy rules state) among many other questions we had regarding deposits and fees. We are all human and we must have caught our leasing agent on a bad day, but like I said since then she has been extremely wonderful and accommodating. I absolutely love the community and the finishes in my large 1bed/1bath. I feel like it has great insulation because I can never hear my neighbors and all in all the interior feels quite luxurious for the price and especially in apartment living. One thing that impressed me the most is that my unit came with a washer and dryer, that was a surprise and something I wasn't seeking out, but now that I have it, it is extremely helpful and I can't imagine not having it. Parking appears great, but it does fill up quite a bit by my specific building, but hey you cant be too picky. I have only had to file one maintenance request in my time being here and it was taken care of within 24 hours. One of the maintenance men even helped me change my tire in the parking lot. The location is superb and I am very happy with my residence and will continue to renew.
