This place is awesome, nice place to live a huge upgrade from most places I lot at. Even the apartments are new and updated. I only had on a problem which they fix it on the same day after that they called to make sure everything was in working order. The prices are fair too I mean look at the trade-off went to live friendly empowerment and a new place it may cost a little more.

Staff is outstanding! Professional, and courteous. Communicating with the personnel about any issues or concerns are welcomed and addressed promptly. I highly recommend making Sync at Nobu Station your new home.

I love this community because when they say it's a safe place to live they mean it's a safe place to live. You feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The pool is just beautiful! The fitness room is awesome! And we feel right at home in our apartment. We really enjoy living here.

The office staff is super helpful and friendly every time I stop in, and maintenance generally handles important jobs pretty fast- my heating/ac was acting up and they got to that almost as soon as I'd placed the service request, but I generally change track light lightbulbs myself. The two units I've rented were both in very good shape, though I think that's more to do with the age of the complex as a whole, since the second (current) one definitely has more superficial wear-and-tear.

one of the best apartments. They are very well insured and the area very good . very kind people and they solve your problems very quickly the truth is worth living in these apartments and the apartments very clean and there is nothing of cockroaches like in other apartments and the community is super quiet

I've been very pleased with the community. The leasing staff & maintenance team are always kind. The staff have been extremely helpful throughout my time here. I've enjoyed the resident portal updates added convenience.

I have lived at 4 different apartments in San Antonio at SYNC at Nobu is by far the best. The apartment is great it terms of space, price, and amenities. The staff is excellent and the main reason I have chosen to renew multiple times.

Very professional apartment community! Amenities provided are excellent. The apartment is conveniently located to most of San Antonio. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Would definetly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed place to live!

UPSCALE CLASSY AND OVERALL GREAT COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN. I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND THE SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! I LOOK FORWARD TO LIVING HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

We are getting charge extra charge were never advise previously. Explanation change garbage services therefore, we supposed to pay 43.00 instead of 29.00. No happy about it. Also, the prices of the apartment are extremely high for being in the skirts of San Antonio everything is far away and the square footish for the price is not equivalent

Started out amazing, but the response time for maintenance issues is seriously lacking these last few months. I've noticed a lot of turnover in the office and that is worrisome also. The maintenance staff could do more to let residents know they are not just another job. Let us know you are working on our issues instead of just leaving the order open until it gets closed.

Great secure apartment in a very convenient location, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would highly recommend for any friends or family that I know to move into this apartment complex.

The from office staff was friendly and responsive to my needs, especially with how quickly I need to move. The maintenance staff you see on the grounds and they are easy to talk to and very responsive even with out putting in a service request

I really enjoy it. Good area i love that grocery store and gas station and places too eat are literally close enough too each other. Staff in all departments are awesome. I highly recommend being here yall were happy

NEVER REFER PEOPLE I KNOW TO MOVE HERE. I WILL DEDUCTE SOME RENT MONEY UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. WHY WOULD I PAY MY RENT IN FULL IF I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A FLOOD IN MY KITCHEN. MAYBE IT WILL FET FIXED

Just moved in, but am loving it so far. I have three daughters ages 5, 4 and 1 and our 2 bedroom apartment fits us all just fine. The apartment itself is clean and has been kept up well. Being on the first floor we even have a bit of a yard which is ideal for our family. The amenities are great and the location is perfectly convenient for everything we need. Hello H-E-B! I see you just right down the road ???????

My stay here has been wonderful, the staff is amazing and always professional and beautiful people. The neighbors tend to keep to them self's however most will say hi and talk to you if you see them while walking to your car or near the dog park, my roommate has only had one issue with a fellow neighbor, she's called the cops on him multiple times for his car being too loud which is just simply something out of his control, it's a sports car so of course when it's been sitting all night and starts up it's going to be quite loud, the cops have told him multiple times the lady is just being a stubborn grouch and everything is fine.

when I first moved in the area was kept very clean and there were very clear rules for the residents regarding trash and they were very much enforced. These past couple of months trash hasn't been picked up on a consistent basis, the stairs and concrete need to be power washed and there is trash in the parking lots should be picked up. All of these things fosters an environment for order, rodent/strays, and bugs- all of which I've noticed an increase in. The pool also used to be a main amenity that all the residents were able to enjoy, but this past summer a majority of the chairs were removed and the once that were left were falling apart. Although the pool itself is well kept, if there is only 7 chairs for the whole community to share it becomes somewhat pointless if you can't enjoy it.

The move in was pretty much stress-free and really easy. Monica was so awesome and so helpful!! The whole process went so fast and smooth that I was able to focus on other aspects of the move. The apartment was super clean. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!

The noise level facing the garbage compactor is very high and yet it smells very bad. Avoid any unit facing the garbage compactor. Current apartment manager does not care about the residents and the apartment manager will not advise you about this. There is really no noise ordinance and dog poop and garbage all over the place. Staff at the office is friendly try to help you and same goes for the maintenance too.
