Easy to communicate with. Well maintained property. Answered any questions and concerns I've had. I love that the apartment is clean and furnished with appliances, the air conditioning works great and the fans are clean!

Community is kept up with pretty well, amenities are nice. Can be over priced for quality of units offered, quality is also not consistent across all units. You're expected to clean on move out and offer services (for extra, of course) but they won't actually make sure your unit is clean on move in. Quite a few additional fees on top of rent. Maintenance is pretty quick, office is responsive.

Had an fast response and had no complaints about the work. Needed the water hoses for the washer looked at because cold was hot and hot was very hot. Maintenance came in and switched the hoses to how they should be. Thank you!!

It's nice here. Sound doesn't travel between units much. The neighbors are nice. The staff is responsive. Plenty of parking. I like it, we would stay except we need more room for our growing family and apartments don't offer value for size once you get above one bedroom.

Wonderful office staff, beautifully apartments, timely and productive maintenance staff, and great neighbors! Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. Love the pool in the Spring/Summer and all of the monthly activities they put on .

I absolutely love living here at NoBu Station. I've lived here since it was first built. I love the friendly staff and excellent and quick response from the maintenance team. The office staff work so hard to put on great social events and weekly food trucks! It's a fun place to live.

Since living at these apartments, I have experienced mostly positive things. The grounds are kept very clean and maintenance is very speedy in responding to issues needed to be repaired. One thing that I would note to residence in the future, is don't always assume that the noise you hear may be the apartment directly above you, below you or adjacent to you. The sound travel through the air ducts and I learned that the hard way. But overall I'm very satisfied living here.

I have lived here three years and have been happy. The office staff is very helpful and are very prompt to help with any issues. The maintenance staff is very polite and handle repairs promptly. Sync at Nobu Station is a very good choice if you are looking for an apartment.

Home away from Home! Really loving my stay here in Sync. Nice Surroundings, Shop places near by, Schools etc. Feeling always secure. Good neighbors. Support Staff is cool and always on toes to help you out. Definitely recommended!

Things that need improved at this complex: Don't let trash pile up around dumpsters and recycling dumpster; Inform other tenants not to throw trash on top of dumpsters; Replace old worn carpet before your tenants move in Properly inspect the units and make necessary repairs before tenants move in Preventative pest control instead of reactive Be prompt about fixing the gates Clean up the landscaping, there is so much dead that needs removed Yard treatment to eliminate the weeds Actually fix the items that are reported Put a noise barrier up between Bulverde and the units Don't install the cheapest appliances

The leasing office staff were very nice. They followed up with us throughout the application process and then made sure our move in was as smooth as possible. The community is huge but surprisingly very quiet and we have no problems with parking. The location is great with HEB, panda express, Dunkin Donuts and Marble Slab Creamery all down the road.

Office staff are very helpful and always polite. Contractors that built apartments rushed the job though and it shows - paint work is bad, dried paint on carpets, dripping paint on doors and framing etc., outlets are also placed in weird areas.

I have no lived here too long, but it's been great. A few minor things here and there but a great place to live. The 24/hour gym was something I looked for in a apartment complex. Everyone who works here is very inviting.

Great Service from the office personnel. Everything was easy on the move in process. Community is clean and has a lot of dog parks which is nice. There is a good amount of parking space which is really convenient.

The apartments are well kept, it's nice and quite . The staff at front office are nice and if anything comes about they will resolve the issue in a timely manner. Good community. The front office also likes to have events through out the month for residents.

complex has unique floor plans and good parking. The front office is super friendly, very responsive and always hosting events. The only downside is the walls are very thin and it makes it easy for sound to come through from the apartments that surrounding yours.

Apartment is spacious, clean, but requires little maintenance during move in. The community has a nice pool and fitness gym that needs to be slightly updated but still very functional. They have plenty of community events and food truck events which is an awesome amenity. Location is awesome need a lot of food and a HEB. Love this residence.

Management is one of the best that I have dealt with! Apartments are nice, great location! The view I have out of my aparment is probably one of the best, every evening I have deer right out my patio.

The management is friendly and responsive. Any issues get addressed as soon as possible and the maintenance team is very professional. The location of the community is conveniently also close to many grocery places, restaurants, etc.

Overall it's been a great experience. Maintenance handles tickets in a timely manner, leasing office has employees that are very knowledgable and the community is well kept. My favorite part is the pool! I will be here for a while! They're amazing!

Overall happy with the complex. Still not a fan of the quality of the dog park. Also feel the cost has gone up far more than it should have compared to other communities. But I have enjoyed my time here overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better first apartment. The maintenance team is always responsive and efficient. Everyone at the front office is super sweet and helpful.I'm very grateful I found these apartments and plan on living here for a while.

Our experience from exploring the community to signing the lease and moving in has been excellent. The leasing office staff have been very helpful and accommodating. We are not sure about the maintenance service yet, as we have submitted maintenance requests only recently. We can occasionally hear noises from upstairs. Probably our downstairs neighbor can hear our noises. So far, the noises are not excessive after one week. Both security gates open fully together and are not separated by ingress and egress. This can allow cars coming into the community without any security checkpoint. This is a concern.
