The community is very well kept with nice clean and spacious amenities. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Apartments are nice built, spacious and up to date with renovations. Neighborhood is great area too.

I've lived in Nobu Station for almost 4 years now and mostly satisfied with the community. Front office is courteous and prompt to any problem I have and maintenance have always completed anything I needed done.

Nobu has been an amazing place to call home for me and my daughters. Grounds, front desk and amenities are a plus. Me and my daughters enjoy walking around the well kept complex on our way to the pool.

I have lived here for 12 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The gounds are attractive and well-maintained; the front office staff is friendly and professional; the security is excellent; and the location is great.

I love living here. It's a quiet community and neighbors for the most part stick to themselves. The amenities are great. There is a lack of trash compactors/garbage bins for such a large community. I feel safe living here and will be referring friends.

I was pressed for time therefore I advise them that I needed to view the apartment asap without the tour and she made that happen. The apartments were beautiful and well lit. The rep was able to get back to me with answers to my questions. Great job

Loved getting to see it! And I'm fired up for the chance to move in this week! The apartment was amazing and I'm excited to see the members of the community. All of the rest of the amenities, apart from my place are very nice.

It's not been good mainly because of the upstairs neighbor. The small bathroom didn't work for me either. The tile and tub seem very outdated. I had some delayed maintenance requests but it is not too bad.

All is good except that this is the 4th time the smoke alarms go off in middle of night No one answers the courtesy number. Firemen that came said I need all new smoke alarms as these are outdated. Expired in 2023.

The community is well kept and quiet. The apartments are centrally located to different restaurants and shops. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and get requests completed in a timely manner.

It started off good in 2018 when my son moved here but in the last four years it has gone down and it's sad. You see the trash is all over the place, it's hard to get things fixed and now I'm just overall not happy.

Maintenance has been a problem, particular in communication. A fan had a speed issue. Either they looked at the wrong fan or never entered the apartment in the first place. The dryer is only two years old.

The complex is nice. Its a nice area to live. The staff are nice. The amenitites are nice. Its just a very solid and nice place overall. Personally would recommend these apartments to live at. At the least take a tour.

Overall good experience. There's a few things to address, but I do get the impression that the management is working on it. In particularly the hiring of more maintenance workers and the remodeling of the complex.

I recently moved in, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The staff made the entire process?from paperwork to move-in?so simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. It truly feels like home already. I'm so glad I chose to live here! ??

The apartments are very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The application process is a little much due to certain programs they use for the approval process which can be frustrating. However the overall experience was good

I love living here! From moving in a few years ago to now, the service has been impeccable, the community upkeep has never wavered, and the neighbors are still as nice as ever. I'll keep renewing as long as they let me!

Jessica was extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process, as well as allowing me to tour. My unit move in and picking up my key were extremely smooth. I really was looking to move quickly and the perfect unit was available for me

We love this community! Super quiet with friendly staff who respond very quickly. We feel safe here and so comfortable. We love all of the different things we can use here as well, and plan to stay for as long as we can! :)

Not good. While living here my dog was bitten by a rattlesnake living under bushes in the backyard of my apartment. I placed a workorder to have the bushes trimmed several times and still its not done

It's a good place to live been here since 2018 and I would not of stayed if it was not a safe / good place to live. They have upgraded my townhouse over the years. I have vinyl floors downstairs instead of carpet and all the carpet upstairs was replaced. They did forget to change out one bathroom to the new vinyl but that's not on them.. it's more on me for not telling them and never noticed til recently. Erica and staff have always been nice, I keep to myself and just kinda go with the flow.

The community is very well kept, and work orders are processed quickly. I've only been here a year and have only had to submit one work order and it was done that very same week. The community is clean, maintenance is kept up with and the neighbors are great. The pool is cleaned every week and is beautiful in the summertime. The fitness center has great machines to use and a good variety considering it's an apartment gym.

I really enjoyed my visit to nobu, jessica and all the staff were very helpful, i look forward to to being a resident at nobu gor years to come, all the amenities were great and the community is easy access to alot of eateries amd also the hyw. Commuting is great to get anywhere's around San Antonio

Great community, that is far enough away from the congestion of the city. Close to all your basic needs but also an area you can have some fun in. Easy access to major loops and highways. Love calling this place home.
