I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My husband and I were in search of our new home. We fell in love with this community from the first time we came to view. The staff are all so friendly and so welcoming. Jessica went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to be living here and call this home. We've seen many apartment places and can truly say that this is one of the utmost best. Sure, they have their little down falls too, but overall it's night and day compared to what I have seen out there. I personally think their prices are reasonable, for what you get. I'd highly recommend this place! Also, it's in a prime areas with everything around you! So why not stay here??? We truly happy.

Overall very satisfied with move in. The only complaint I have is that the carpet had a couple stains on it which were clearly visible as soon as I walked in to check the apartment before signing. It has since been re-cleaned and taken care of. The vents are very dusty and I don't think they were cleaned beforehand. Some dust on door frames.

I have lived at Sync-Nobu Station for almost 8 years. It is in a great location and the apartment features are comparable to others complexes around here but with a lower monthly rent. The units are very well insulated so you don't hear normal everyday activities coming from neighboring units. Overall the entire site is a quiet community. The office staff is professional and friendly as is the maintenance staff. The community is very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to lease in the North Central/Bulverde Rd. area. My grocery store, pharmacy, auto mechanic and most of my medical sites are less that 5 miles away.

well unfortunately , so far not too good. the apartment was not ready at move in and has a faulty alarm system, and is missing a fire extinguisher. maintenance is not being completed either. hate this because i was excited to live here.

It’s gone down hill !

I had a really good experience initially when I moved in and a couple of months to follow. I don’t know what’s changed or if there is different management or what the case is but they do not prioritize things that are important to do. Like take care of maintenance requests. I have had work orders since June 19th and we are almost done with August and still nothing has been done but the work orders were reviewed. We have not been reached out about anything but the office has time to send complaints through emails on unnecessary issues. The apartment is not what it used to be. Maintenance is horrible. We’ve been patient because we were told they were understaffed, but it shouldn’t take three months + and still nothing. You have to basically hound them to get some thing done. I referred 2 friends to this apartment and one of my friends have had really bad issues with their AC not working and cockroaches in the apartment. And my other friend moved into a bigger unit, and they did not clean or fix anything that was broken from the previous tenant and gave keys away for them to move in knowing the apartment hasn’t been touched, and still had the indentions from the furniture from the previous tenant and still made them wait 2 weeks to move in, which is very unacceptable.

Move out Warning

We needed to keep our kids in the same school until the school year was over. We decided to rent a one bedroom apartment at SYNC at Nobu for three months. We DID NOT live in the apartment. We just paid rent. I took pictures and did inventory and emailed to the main office. The apartment was dirty inside and the balcony had bird poop all over it.No big deal for us since we weren't living there. Fast forward- Time to turn the apartment back in. Well they did the walk through and we informed them we didn't live in it. Everything seemed fine. Well they sent us a bill for $70.00 for power wash for a carpet never used. Then we are given the whole thing (it is in writing). We didn't sign our inventory form that magically is not available to them bc you have to come in and have leasing office and you sign it TOGETHER. Amazing how they follow protocol at the end but not at the beginning (where papers need to be signed) So *****WARNING**** if you decide to rent here: * You will get a dirty apartment * The only clean and nice place is the leasing office *You WILL get charge power wash for a carpet not used and a service never done.( I did get a dirty apartment) *The interior of the apartments are really worn down *They are quick to send you to collections for the power wash scam. I am sure they have a few others up their sleeves. *Make sure Leasing office and you sign the Inventory sheet at the beginning. (They will pretend they never got it) ***I hope my experience helps you ;)

My wife and I are here temporarily while repairs are being done on our house. If we were still living in apartments I wouldn't be renewing my lease. The communication from the staff was great before signing our lease but after signing the communication isn't the best.

The unit is run down as well as all the appliances, carpets. Nothing works properly and are very very old and used. Pay too much for having to constantly put in work orders. Some are over a month old and still broken and not working.

Been here from September 2015 1 bedroom to current 3 bedroom 2 car garage unit . Live it here but needs paint. Unit 7101 next door needs wood trim nailed back up above the garage door . Wood trim has been hanging down for 6 months or more . My rent in 1 bedroom in 2015 started at $890 a month in January of 2023 it was $1,100. My new moved in January apartment/ 3 bedroom 2 car garage rent is $2305 plus $70 Management fee. So do I like it here? yes

Maintendance and New Manager horrible service

I have been living here for about 4 years and like about 1 year and 1/2 this complex started to have a lot of problems with maintenance I was without a dishwasher for 6 months and they kept telling me I need to wash the dishes by hand first, which I always did the residue of the dishes. So, it took 6 months to discover that in fact, something was wrong with the dishwasher. Ever since then every time we place an order there is a problem with the maintenance they come angry and they don't do a good job and also they are confrontative and leave dirt behind. I really think this complex customer service is in decadence and it needs to be reported because my stove almost cut on fire after the maintenance guy walked out of my apartment even when I told him there was a problem with my stove. I do not recommend anyone to live there!

The service here was rude. The sales man there didn't appear to do any work. I called no one answered, I showed up and they rescheduled my appointment and told me they had called me. I checked my phone and email and had no missed calls or emails. I also of course had no way to contact them. As an apartment in this price range, it is asking way to much to not even allow a simple tour.
