A downstairs neighbor violently struck our shared ceiling/floor several times before eventually accosting me in the parking lot and slashing my tires. Neither police nor office staff took action of any kind in regards to this neighbor, but leasing agents did offer to move us over one unit. We would have to pay the increase in rent and take care of moving expenses ourselves. We agreed on the condition that this unit would have equal or greater shelf/cabinet space, a built in bookshelf like our old unit, and up-to-date and working appliances. Our leasing agent (Anna Marie) told us that all of the above would be guaranteed with the new unit, We asked to view the unit before move in, but she denied this request, telling us that "it wasn't ready". We were forced to make the move in just 72 hours after this interaction. Once inside the new unit, we found less cabinet/shelf space, missing bookshelf, and broken A/C, microwave, and laundry appliances. In addition, the paint job for the entire unit was unfinished - at times showing additional splotches of sprayed paint on appliances that did not require it (light switches, shelves, baseboards, etc.). No management in the past two years has been able to adequately help us with our situation, and we're currently paying an additional $400 per month as the only recourse for escaping our abusive neighbor. This neighbor moved out within a week of our move, a fact leasing agents knew about but directly withheld - especially when asked beforehand.

The staff is very helpful and is quick to answer when questions are needed! The overall community is nice! The units are taken care of and up to date with appliances and the interior design! I was excited to hear that the community also recycles, which hasn't been my experience at other apartment complexes!

Living here has been pretty amazing. I have a perfect morning view when I wake up, the property grounds are pretty well maintained, and I feel secure having packages delivered with the storage lockers available. The staff is very nice and attentive. They do work hard to make the community fun and inviting.

Effortless move-in. Beautiful area, quiet and clean. Lots of nature, birds always singing. However, the location is right by a busy street and you consistently hear traffic. With that being said conveniently, HEB is right down the street.

I have been living for 4 months and my experience has been very good. It is a very nice place to live. If you have your family, it is very quiet. In addition, whatever you need, they are there for you.

I've had a wonderful experience at Sync at Nobu Station. I would like to recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place. Prices here are reasonable compared to other apartments and their units are taken care of.

We just wish there were more incentives on renewing our lease. Whether it is a few upgrade options, or rent increase not as high, or waiving the fee it costs to renew our lease and move to a bigger apartment on the same community.

Very quiet community, there is always a lot of parking available, and I have had no issues so far. When my A/C went out they worked hard to fix it. I will be looking to renew my lease when the time comes.

AMAZING LIVING!!!!
I DO ENJOY LIVING HERE AT SYNC @ NOBU!! THE STAFF IF GREAT!! THEY HAVE ACTIVITES AND GAME NIGHT HOW COOL IS THAT!! THEY ALSO LET FOOD TRUCKS DROP IN ON RANDOM DAYS!! OH AND THE NEW GYM IS LIT!! I LOVE IT!! I AM GOING ON YEAR 2 OF LIVING HERE!!

Quiet. Considerate. Pet friendly. Professional staff. Lots of walking paths. Office is open on Saturdays. There are appliance and water issues upon moving in, and office staff was NOT aware of my appointment made with Maintenance staff, especially in dealing with a water issue. Customer service is good though. Unfortunately, maintenance is short staffed.

It is well located, the neighborhood is quiet, the amenities seem to be good, personally I have never used them, the price is good, the apartments are good, do not expect to find luxuries, it has large green areas, the staff is not efficient.

Not a luxury apartment building. Horribly run down community, old appliances that frequently break off. Air vents leak and stain the walls. Carpet throughout the apartment. Feels "cheap". Pool is never up and running during summer months. Management is horrible. Colleen is incompetent at her job and does not try to be better.

The overall move in process and documentation for the lease was fast and easy. The professionalism displayed by the leasing agent Ann-Marie was exceptional. Every question was answered, and each email was responded to very quickly. Very happy with my overall experience.

I chose this community because it is close to where I work, and I also compared the prices of the surrounding communities. This is very cost-effective, and the most important thing is to have a school bus.

Comfortable apartments, friendly staff, generally pleasant community. Issues get seen to fairly quick. Only REAL issue is rent has gone up almost 1k/mo since I first moved into my 3 bed townhome in November 2017 (currently January 2023).

Good so far, we love the floor plan. We wanted something with an open feel and this apartment has exactly that. We also love the view from our balcony. Our balcony is nice and spacious too which we love.

Should not be marketed as luxury apartments unless can keep up with the property. Floors outside apartment are nasty and vents were not clean upon moving in among other cosmetic issues. Upkeep property.

Mold was found in the pantry during the move in inspection. Apartment floors were dirty. I believe that the poor lighting in the apartments make it difficult for both staff and residents to see especially when it comes to cleaning. Also I have notice that many residents drive at a very higher rate of speed especially when there is a known presence of children and people walking throughout the property.
