I have had a great time living here. The sense of community is big and the amenities are fun features that I get to enjoy. The weekly food trucks are also a great thing that the complex does for the community.

Ann-Marie is positive and knowledgeable. The apartment community is clean. The amenities are good. The size of the apartments are good. The apartment community is close to stores, highway and my employment.

It's a great place to live. Sync at Nobu station is very close to HEB, 1604 and 281. Very kind staff. Cool apartments. Also, affordable rental prices. I highly recommend this place. Hope this helps newcomers.

I like it. It is quiet for the most part, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Very professional and makes sure you get what you need. I like the events they hold and food trucks they have. I always feel taken care of.

It has not been great. Landscaping not improved since snow 5yrs ago an it's like pulling teeth to get anything repaired. Neighbors don't observe quiet hours and there is never a response from courtesy pattol

Complete work orders in accordance with request. Don't do nothing and submit orders hoping for good survey from tenants. I submitted work orders just to have them closed out and this happened both at Tradehouse and sync at nobu station. Maintenance needs to do better work to support our rent prices.

My partner and I have been at SYNC for a little less than a month and thus far we have no complaints. We have had once maintenance work order put in and it was completed easily and the staff was very friendly.

Great overall area is really good have no issues satisfaction is excellent in the area complex really is quite here no problems with neighbors most of them are friendly will probably renew lease quite place to live

Living here has been great, friendly neighbors, great location. Pretty nice amenities and Valet Trash is certainly a plus. I highly recommend living here very little if anything negative to share. Great floor plans and staff here too!

I have lived in this apartment complex since 2018. The office staff has always been friendly. The maintenance staff has always completed work orders on time. Recently there has been a mistake in one of the work orders and I called the office. They promptly reopened the work order and are working towards completing it. In spite of the mistake, I would still recommend this apartment complex.

I love it here, the facilities are well maintained and the units are great. The staff is always friendly and the gates actually work here. Anytime we have put in a maintenance request they have been quick to answer and get it fixed. Lastly, the staff here remember me by name which is not only impressive but also makes it feel more personable.

Been living here for 2 weeks, it has been great so far, the community is great and the maintenance team is quick at response and explains the issues well. The community amenities are also clean and easy to use.

Property was poorly taken care of and stinky. The outside of the buildings need a pressure wash bad. Want expensive rent for poor apartments that need to be updated. Smelly apartment to and cheap looking

It is comfortable living here. The neighbors are nice and courteous. The management team actual care and try to help as much as they can. I have been at several apartments. This is the first time that I don't want to move out when my lease ends.

I love it here, for the price I pay my apartment is large. The animals that come on to the property gives me the feel of living more in the country than in the city and I love it. 12/10 would recommend living here.

My family and I have had the support we need to obtain all the information on specs and throughout the application process. Ann-Marie was had a "willing to help" attitude and we all really appreciate that. The one note I have, not all all having to do with the employee is I'd appreciate absolute transparency in the pricing. The $73.00 "resident service fee" isn't included in the rent price figure & the fine print is so small that it's easy to miss til you get to the lease documentation. I had planned to pay $1250-$1300 MAX, but I'll be paying $1384. Ultimately, I decided it was worth it for this 13 month lease, given the location for my personal and work life, and the square footage. But, it felt a little underhanded & I'd have more respect with the $73.00 fee being included in the rent price given to prospective residents upfront ??

I've been living here since the very end of June. Overall the apartments are quiet, the leasing agents are nice and welcoming, we often get food trucks in the front! I've had a few things that were super glued upon moving in but no big issue! Very chill apartments

Have enjoyed living here. Don't really have any complaints personally. My best friend lives at a nearby complex and SYNC at Nobu is much better! Maintenance gets things done pretty quickly. No complaints.

The apartments and amenities and fantastic. The entire staff are always ready to assist with all your needs. The grounds are manicured often which are esthetically pleasing. It's just a nice quiet, and safe place to live.

So far I have enjoyed the community. I moved here because it came recommended by a friend. She lived there for four years and loved the community and the people who work there. I enjoy all the events that go on and can't wait to participate in more.

Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, they comminicated throughout the process, answered questions. This made the moving process much easier than expected. The location is quite, I expected more noise but its nice and quite.

Community is great. Easy access to highway, heb, and many local food restaurants. They have monthly events. Neighbors and staff very friendly. I've never had any issues. If I need something fixed they usually come out and fix it in a timely manner.

Have been very happy here. Great location to get what u need. Staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate you .have not had any real problems that couldn't be taken care of. Very quiet and the grounds are kept up very well. Very satisfied

Community is very clean, office personnel is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew is quick to respond to any issues and communication from office personnel is great. Compared to other places I have lived, this has to be top on my list. Highly recommend.
