Our experience with Nobu station wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. The parking is great. plenty of parking for residents and guests in front of their buildings. parking lot is well lit and feels safe. The gate has a few issues here and there but they are usually resolved within a few days. At first we found the maintenance staff to be rude, lazy and reluctant to fix anything. However, since turning over to new ownership it looks like they've hired a new maintenance manager- this awesome brown guy. He is very friendly, helpful and always smiles and waves at you. Maintenance has improved a lot since he came on board! And it's helped bring a warmer sense of community. Our apartment was new when we moved in. Looked great, very few problems. The paint chips easily, but that's an easy fix. The walls are pretty thin and you hear your neighbors often- but that's just a part of apartment living. The only downside is the assistant manager in the office. (Short haired woman) I'm always surprised by how rude, short and unhelpful she is towards tenants. I really hope ownership remedies the poor service in the office because if it weren't for her we would have renewed our lease and recommended NOBU Station to others. The rest of the office staff is very nice, cheerful and willing to help you. However, the other woman is the one you'll have to be dealing with most of the time and it isn't worth it if you're going to be treated so rudely. Ownership really ought to intervene.

I do not recommend living here because of the management. The assistant "manager", -----, needs to get kicked to the curb. She is the most ignorant and unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with who likes to speak over you, she thinks she is knows it all. I'm surprised she has made it this far. Please consider the newer apts down the street, Bulverde Oaks.

My Fiance and I lived at this Apartment Complex (NOBU Station aka Elysian at NOBU Station) for a year... I have a family member that is Bipolar and that is exactly what the leasing office including Management are like. They can be nice and polite, or most recently selfish and just plain mean (------Assistant Manager). Expressing a cold attitude and impolite tones with me, completely unprofessional attitude and hostility. I don't know if it has anything to do with our lease being up at the end of the month or what. Regardless, we deserve a more professional behavior from the leasing staff regardless if we are in our last month of our lease. Especially, since we've had excellent payment history (never missed or had any late payments). Stay away from here if you want excellent Customer Service... Because you wont get that here at Nobu Station. Good luck.
