We love it so far. Everyone is so welcoming and the community is amazing. All of the amenities are clean and ready for use. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Haven't had any issues so far, we've been here for 2 weeks. I don't expect anything to come up in the future. These are the nicest apartments I've lived in. They also didn't give me any issues regarding my service dogs which was nice because every other place I have lived in gave us such a hard time about them.

Love it so farstaff very friendly and helpful. Grounds are neat and clean and access to the pool is great. Feel safe in my apt as well. Would have liked a little more help with the substantial amount of noise above us.

Great experience so far! I have lived in this community for a week and have already recommended it to a friend. The staff was very helpful during the leasing process and went above and beyond to get me into the apartment I desired. Very pleased with the apartment!!

Very clean, spacious floor plans, safe, convenient location, helpful staff, very accommodating, beautiful property inside and out, exterior property is large, nice pool and gym, the mail box locations are convenient, and the email notifications are great.

Just move in and I have no complaints or issues. The property is well maintained and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Any work orders that are put in are taken care of immediately with professionalism. No complaints at all.

Just move in?so far so good. I do like the staff here. They are really here to help and they are sweet?It is quiet?clean and convenient. I look forward to living here. Hope everything still goes well when I live here longer. I'm positive in that though.

So far so good. We just moved here and it has been fantastic. The apartment staff are very helpful and friendly. This entire area is so spacious and safe . We will definitely be staying here for the long run

NoBu is clean, safe, and well located. The pool is nice, the people are nice, and maintenance is always taken care of promptly. The office staff, although relatively new, is professional and helpful as well.

Great location, nice scenery. Close access to a lot of places...gym, Starbucks and HEB. Great pool/hangout area, kept clean. Friendly staff, willing to answer any questions you have. Not noisy, overall great place to live.

Our experience with Sync @ Nobu Station has been a great one. They had what were looking for (2 bedroom, 1st floor) with short term rental available for immediate move in. Their staff helped us with our application/paperwork processing and we were moved in right away. Great community!!

Wonderful community with great amenities. Perfect location with great access to local grocery and local gyms etc. Pool area has that resort feeling to it with plenty of room. Thankfully does not feel like a college apartment complex like some of the other local complexes.

The community and location is good but there is just to many bugs coming in. We had the pest control come and it work for a couple of days but then you see these little bug in the living room, bedroom, bathroom. Waking up with bite marks and pimples - just annoying to deal with and not wroth the price in my opinion

Nice apartments for a great price. Rooms are spacious and appliances are modern. Compared to other apartments in the area Sync has by far the best price point for the provided amenities. 10/10 would rent again.

From the first experience with SYNC, I have had nothing but awesome experiences.The office staff always went out of their way to help and make me feel welcome. The pool is super, the apt. was clean and even the a/c was on. Everyone should think of this place when looking.

I been at this community for over a year and like it enough that renew my least and move in to a bigger. I have no major complain aside for a recently maintenance request that I personally went to the main office to placed due to the urgency of a smoke detector going off every minute. My request took almost a week for a repairman to show up to my apt.

Fast move in, great management, very helpful with required paper; excellent location with convenient store so close as well as restaurants and gas stations; apartments are very secure and their amenities are clean and family oriented.

Orlando did a great job with our maintence issue. He resolved the problem in a timely manner and made sure we didn't have further issues. He is very professional and always willing to help. Happy with services

I've lived at nobu station for four years. I like where i live and feel safe. The staff is great and is willing to help you in anyway they can. I can truly say i call this apartment my home which no where i lived ever felt so homey.

Nice clean friendly staff. Good amenities and dog park and clean apartments and granite tops and spacious room. It is over priced but that would be my only complaint. I think we pay too much. But I love that they allow pets too.

This community is located in a great area, however there are also other rentals with better qualities available. The price, amenities, service, and overall quality leaves something to be desired. I have lived here for 4 years and don't plan on renewing. The office staff is constantly changing, the grounds look unkept, and the units need upgrading. My recommendation would be look elsewhere.

The front office is great, however, when it comes to maintence do not plan on anything being completed or within a timely manner. Maintence requests have been open for months. Trying to have your ac repaired during summer will not happen with this maintence staff.

This is a great place to stay the community is friendly the staff is great it's a safe place for children, the grounds are always clean. The pool is the best part and we love to come on a hot day with family after work to enjoy the pool and also on the weeeknds

My upstairs neighbor is super loud. It's 1 am and they are stomping which woke me up, so I am doing this survey. If you could send a reminder to them about noise level that would be great. I love to get some sleep.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I have yet to run into any problems with the management, and have been very pleased with the way that my accommodations have turned out. Overall, this apartment has exceeded my expectations thus far, and I look forward to continued pleasant surprises.
