We've been here almost 2 years and the best part is how quiet it is. I rarely hear any neighbors and have yet to hear a party. I love the open floor plan of our midtown. The office staff is friendly, always kind to me and my kiddo when we come by and maintenance is prompt and thorough. I hadn't lived in an apartment for 20 years and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

From the day that i walked into the office for the first time and got the tour of several floor plans all the way up until the other day when i went into the office the staff has been extremely helpful, courteous, and even social. All of my requests have been handled promptly and I am satisfied with all of the amenities that the complex has to offer.

The move in process was made very easy by the leasing staff. They were very friendly and helpful and have taken care of our convers throughout the stay. The maintenance team is so nice and very fast to meet our needs!

The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I also don't feel like I'm being robbed by them. The prices are very reasonable compared to other communities we looked at. Great place!

In all honesty when Michelle was the property owner. She was amazing, I don't think she can be replaced but she has be and ever since this place has gone down hill. I thought I was upgrading by moving into a bigger apartment but their are and still is so many issues with 6201. Good luck to the new tenants.

It has really been a great experience. The office staff is friendly and professional and the maintenance team is great. I love that it's also quiet! I've never had to call for any noise issues, which is a first for my wife and I. It's also a great location in SA. I'd gladly recommend this place.

Since I moved in I have found the apartment to very comfortable. It has been very comfortable The cleanliness and services are outstanding and I enjoy living here. The amenities are a welcome addition. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great complex. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Apartment has all amenities and is very spacious. Grounds are well kept along with all common areas. Great location close to shopping and restaurants.

We made a good choice choosing Elysian at Nobu Station. The apartments are very nice, the staff is nice, and maintenance is prompt. The biggest and only complaint I have at this time is noise level. Walls are thin [can hear neighbors talking/coughing/etc.], and the outside traffic [Fire station across the street]. Overall, it's still an A+ in our book.

This complex is great. It is close to everything and the staff are always available when you need them. The apartment is very classy and I love the porch. The unit has a washer and dryer which I need because I use it every day. The dishwasher is one of the most modern and does an excellent job of cleaning my dishes. I love the bookshelves the most. The pool is beautiful and the weight room is great.

Truly enjoy living here. Very quite. Folks are neighborly. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and courteous. Easy acces to major roadway arteries i.e. 1604, 281 I35 and I10. Great schools and and shopping.

Amazing. I love it here. Even though it's kind of far from my work, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in San Antonio. The area is nice, the apartments are pretty, and the staff is very kind to me.

The staff is amazing, very attentive and efficient. Each time I have had a maintenance issue, it is responded to within 24 hrs, and the maintenance team is always pleasant and inform me as to what the issue was. The apartments are clean, spacious and modern. Would highly recommend this complex to others.

Great place to live wouldn't second guess my decision. The people here are great and the location is also very continent to everything that I need. Definitely need to check out Nobu Station if you've never been by!

The staff is very friendly and has been helpful in most situations. In 1 and a half years of living hear I called maintanence out once to fix my dryer. The apartment staff let me know when maintanence would be arriving. They came the next day while I was at work and it was fixed when I got home. Very nice. Parking has been an issue. Not only having few regular spots but issues with my covered spot as well. Small issues like exterior light bulbs needing to be replaced for over a year and trash collecting under stairways that has not been picked up by maintanence are also a frustrating aspect of the apartments. Very convenient location and fun community activities.

The leasing consultants here at Elysian at Nobu Station were both excellent and knowledgeable. They were both genuine and helped us get the best deal that would be the best fit for me and my roommate.

Elysian at Nobu Station is a great place to live. The internal spaces between buildings are excellent and you can enjoy the greens with children and pets. The place is very quite and safe. Also, the support from the staff is exceptional.

Neighbors and management are very friendly. Normally peaceful area. Unfortunately, a lot of irresponsible dog owners also live here too. A constant issue to avoid stepping on dog droppings. It's a shame because it limits outdoor activities for us.

Elysian at Nobu Station is a great place to live. It is very peaceful , more importantly , it is safe, with a luxurious look and feel. I love it here, and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family !!!

Our first year was awesome. Our apartment was quiet. Dogs pooping around the complex has always been a problem. We are facing a courtyard but are unable to sit outside because of the smell of dog poop. The complex does send out emails but they don't seem to work. It does seem to have gotten a little better recently. Unfortunately about six months ago we purchased a brand new truck and the same night we bought it our tires were stolen off the truck. This complex seems to be a theft magnet. Lots of theft. We are parking our new truck at a family members house, bringing our old car to the apartment. Also within the last month new residents have moved in above us. They are extremely noisy, stomping around and dropping things that sound like weights being dropped. During the day it is tolerable, but for some reason their favorite time to make these noises is between 10:30pm and midnight. We are an older couple and being woken up every night is pretty unbearable. We are moving out when our lease is up. Between the theft and noise it has soured our experience. I do need to mention that the maintenance crew is awesome. Any needed repairs are completed quickly and professionally! If considering moving in don't pay extra for a courtyard view and if you can afford it get a garage. If not don't leave anything in your car!

Staff is very helpful and will take care of any situation you may have. Would recommend to friends. Everything is very clean and parking is easy to find. Great place to walk your dogs . Apt is close by HEB, Wal-mart and gyms.

Overall nice place to live. Pretty quiet and the staff is super friendly. The gym is a little small but the pool is huge and the community areas are very well kept. When it's close to the holidays, there are lots of vehicle break-ins. Dog park is decent. Lots of greenery around and throughout the apartment, makes a great place for animals. Some apartments on the first floor also have yards.
