I have lived at several different apartment complexes and have also owned my own home a couple of times... I must say that this has been the BEST complex and the staff is truly top notch and so helpful! It's maintained well and they are so welcoming and know you on a first name basis! I truly love living here!!!

Decent so far but have an obnoxious neighbor that is vary loud( dogs barking, loud music) already had to complain. Rent is pretty pricy and no utilitys included in the rent. However the aparments are nice, good sizes. I really like the location so far.

My wife and I have lived in apartments before, and this community is at the top. The staff are friendly and attentive, the grounds are clean, and the units are very nice. The gym is actually useful for me (stepper/bicycle mainly), and the (weekly?) onsite food trucks are nice and convenient.

There are a few attempts at community events, not including the food trucks every week which is nice. More social events would have been nice (like bbqs, fitness groups/meetings, ) to bring more fun and to better socialize. I often asked myself what I'm really paying for (where is my money going) besides valet trash, water, and location I can't feel but a little robbed. There is a lack of available parking if you show up later than 8pm, and even less covered parking which is always in demand. I'd have to say my biggest issue was up keep of the stairwells and hallways, not once was my building power washed which is desperately needed thanks to the messy work from the valet trash pickup. One time there was notice that it was going to be done but never happened. I've also called about wasp nests accumulating in the stairwell and nothing was done for a month until I wrote a digital concern in their online system. Some nests were handled, some were missed and the shells were left hanging. I will say I've enjoyed the layout of the apartment, but I know many people who pay a hundred dollars or more cheaper for a bedroom and office (or another bedroom). I really hope Elysian will expand and make use of the vacant land next to it. I'd also like to suggest utilizing cps's programs to save money and be more energy efficient, like solar panels and digital thermostats at no cost. This would make your community more unique by being environmentally friendly.

We looked at several properties before deciding to go with NoBu and we couldn't be any happier with our decision. The front office staff is very responsive and always quick to give you a friendly hi and a smile.

Great experience! Nobu is a perfect place to live with a nice luxury pool & beautiful landscaping. The place is maintained very well and everyone is welcoming. The walls aren't super thin so you rarely hear your neighbors. No complaints

Thus far it has been good... any issues are taken care of and staff very friendly. It's a nice property inside and out. And it's close to a good amount of stores. Only thing is you can't rent out the club house which I really needed to do.

Please get a better control on the pool area. Way too many non resident quests in the pool area. One resident had 9 guests and total of 12 children! Not good. The on site police rarely does his job of closing the pool at the designated time. For these reasons we might renew our lease. The pool area is a huge perk/amenity that tipped us to move here. Please fix this.

Nice community well kept up; adequately spaced from other neighbors; friendly helpful staff. The best feature I have noticed is the ability to request work/service thru the online portal, the maintenance staff promptly and efficiently address all concerns; great job :)

The community is very convenient and appealing. The design and appearance inside is what we were looking for. The pool and common areas are very pretty and kept up very well. We looked at others and could not find a better value.

I'm new to the San Antonio area and I was immediately attracted to the apartments because of my commute to work and the overall community, everything is near. The staff are really friendly and accommodating to my needs, however a couple mistakes were made with my welcome letter and lease, however, since I'm new to the community it did raise a couple flags because I got a sense that some people did not know what they were doing. I raised my concerns with them about the issues I had with my paperwork and they were able to resolve it promptly. With the friendliness of the staff members I was able to overlook the issues.

Great community, great location, well kept grounds, great school district, close to Highway 281 and 1604. New grocery store 5 minutes away as well as outdoor shopping area. Convenient; centrally located and within 20 minutes of everything

Love this community! Staff is so friendly and helped the move in process go quickly. The inside of the apartment is beautiful with great finishes. The outside is clean and has great scenery! Overall a great experience!

The 1 bedroom YORK floorplan is great. I love the cabinets and fixtures - a very nice, modern and clean feel. It was easy working with the staff to first see and checkout the apartment; and then conclude the lease agreement. Very pleasurable experience so far.

The office staff is amazing and helpful. Our unit had several problems on move in but the staff is working to assist us. The location is great and the community has a great appeal. There are a few minor things that could improve.

It's been over 20 years since living in an apartment and I must say things have greatly changed for the better. The staff here is extremely professional and customer service oriented. Work orders are resolved within 24 hours and having onsite crew is especially convenient if you get locked out! They are extremely accommodating.

Most of our time here has been pleasant. Except for a very few irresponsible dog owners that will not pickup after their dogs. Also lately some smokers are leaving their cigarette butts in the outside hallways. They also do not enforce the rule of bringing in garbage cans in the morning. When the wind blows hard enough we get other apartments cans laying by our front door.

The staff were excellent throughout the whole process and the online leasing process made applying efficient and very easy. The grounds are immaculate and my apartment was in excellent condition at move-in. I am completely satisfied so far!

I like living at NOBU Station. I have been here six years. I feel the office staff cares and the service people have always been prompt and courteous. I do not hear excess noise and have never encountered anyone that was unpleasant. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Beautiful pool and facility. Resort living. Great neighbors. The dogs are so fun to watch. Great closet space. Abundant parking. Restaurant, dry cleaner, and mailbox shop in walking distance. The food truck nights are delicious.
