This community is in an ideal location for me. Easy access to anywhere in town. Great restaurants and shopping nearby, but also a fantastic grocery store only about a half mile away. I'm amazed at how quiet the community is. It is very peaceful here. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Moving on my third year of leasing. I love the complex and the layout. I feel super safe here. Convenient to all thoroughfares. Pool gets really crowded in the summer but I have not seen any problems occur.

Really great complex. Clean, good amenities, and they have great floor plans. Maintenance is extremely quick, even for things like changing a light bulb. Neighbors below me are very noisy, and you can hear them even from above, which is my only complaint. However, that is apartment living and will vary from apt to apt. Very safe complex, I am never worried about safety. Pool area is quite busy during the summer, but I have never seen it trashed, nor does the noise level bother me. Overall, best apartment complex I have lived in and is worth the price.

Great moving in experience, enjoy living here. We loved the appreciation gift of tiffs treats they were delicious and special. Also like the food trucks, great alternative to dinner for convenience since it's just right in the front.

These are my favorite apartments! They have very nice customer service, prompt to fix any maintanance issues and everyone is friendly. I'm happy to call elysian at nobu station my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice high quality place to stay

You would never know that the hustle and bustle of Bulverde and 1604 is right outside your door. Staff goes above and beyond for its residents! The pool and gym are always clean and inviting. They also ensure that residents follow the pool rules when it comes to guests.

Love this apartment community. Very Quiet. VERY clean. Office staff is great and always willing to get issues resolved immediately. This is the best community I've lived in over the past 10 years. I recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the North Central San Antonio area.

I have lived on the property for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel always resolve my issues properly and efficiently. I don't have to worry if they will complain about a service request or say they can't do something. I'm very happy living here.

Apartments were amazing when we moved in but grounds are not as well kept as they used to be. Night security officer is slow to respond and we have teenagers running amok and racing. Dog policies are not strictly enforced. Looking forward to moving out.

I had some move out charges that i agreed to pay to the previous owners but during transition to the new owners, nobody got back to me in MONTHS via email and they wont agree to take it off my credit report. VERY unprofessional of the management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I also always had a bug problem in my apt and the cheap laminate floors and countertops were already lifting up because it was bad quality! Save your money, move elsewhere!

Great place to live! Clean community and great friendly people! When I'm home I never hear people and it's so quiet and calm. If I have any issues the office takes care of it right away! The parking is good for the most part

Complex is very safe, and offers several great amenities (like the pool, and the gym). Very clean complex. Office staff is professional, and friendly; always willing to help. Apartments are near shopping centers, schools and restaurants.

Noisy neighbors, poor appearance of the grounds due to neglectful and lazy pet owners, office staff rarely assists, curtesy patrol is lazy and too lenient with community disruptions and the office does nothing about residents who are said by the patrol officers to have drugs in their unit. Not family friendly. Rent too high for the lack of quality received. Would not recommend

The office staff were extremely helpful during the leasing and move in process and were ultimately what made my choice to select Elysian. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and property.

Its a beautiful community. The first thing that attracted me was how well maintained the grounds were and how the units were designed. Parking is spread out very well so you don't ever feel crowded. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

It is an okay place to reside, generally quiet and friendly neighbors. My issues are in two areas; quality of drinking water and quality of appliances/HVAC in the unit. Its ridiciculous the number of water safety sprinklers in the unit.

Moving from out of state is challenging but the staff at Elysian made it easy and gave me all the information I needed to make my move pleasant. The online application services and the concierge service to establish your utility accounts is an outstanding idea.

The staff here are excellent to work with. Management and maintenance are very responsive. I have a personal problem with the sprinkler systems? watering the sidewalk and parking lot. There are rivers of excess water flowing from the sprinklers to the drains.

Before today, I would have recommended to anyone I know to live at my apartment complex Elysian At Nobu Station. But that has changed. When we signed our new lease four months ago, our leasing agent told us that we would get $1200 off a months rent whenever we want, or prorate the $1200 over the course of our 15 month lease, and get $80 off per month. We decided to go with the former, and save the $1200 for either Christmas or a rainy month. I recently called the office to inquire whether or not we needed to give notice to use the discount, or if we can just use it whenever. The first 2 times I called, the leasing agent I spoke to told me that he'd give my info to the property manager. I never got a call. The 3rd week I called again, and he admitted to forgetting to pass my info along. I finally spoke to the Assistant Prop. Mgr, who told me she would talk to the leasing agent we originally worked with after she got back from maternity leave and ask her about it because they have no record of ever running a special like that. Today I spoke to the Asst. Property Mgr again, and she told me that the leasing agent has no recollection of ever telling us that, and the paper that she wrote down the info for the $1200 (and signed) never existed. We are basically being called liars in a nice way. Anybody that knows me, knows that I would NEVER try to scam money like this from anybody. I've been screwed over way too many times, and I would never wish that on somebody. I don't know if the leasing agent made up this fake special to get a nice bonus before she had her baby, or what exactly happened. But it's major BS that they are doing this to us. I would rather them tell us "yeah she offered you an unauthorized discount that we can't actually give you, but here is a dozen cookies for the misunderstanding". Or anything like that. But nope. We are being called liars. I shall now write them bad reviews until we are either given the $1200, or they let us leave.

I have always been treated like one of the family here. They make you feel safe and that is so Important in our Society today.They care about you ! :-) They call me by name when I come in the office,that are Wonderful! :-)

Haven't completely moved in yet, but the two work requests have been taken care of satisfactorily, and we have filled out several surveys concerning our experience so far. That is all the feedback I have for now. Not a big fan of a required level of response.
