Wonderful apartment community with updated and trendy designs. The apartment was clean and cool and moving in was very easy. I obtained my keys and was able to go to the apartment and start moving in immediately. The house was clean and I can't wait to live here for the next year!

The gates always work to get in/out of apartment. Gym, parcel, and mailrooms are clean. The stairwells on the first floor catch leaves and debris. If near stairs you can hear people coming up and down loudly.

Great employees but our apartment was filthy, it looked like someone fried food on the patio and didn't clean it. Looks like a big grease stain. Would've expected for that to be cleaned cause once we move out they will charge us.

They made the entire move it process so easy they made sure to have our keys ready early the day of move in and they left my dogs and I the cutest move in present in the apartment they really do care about all the residents on two and four legs and it shows I'm really happy that this is our new home

WE HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR A LONG TIME FROM THE TIME IT FIRST OPENED. WE ARE GOING TO MISS THIS PLACE WHEN WE MOVE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND WE HOPE THAT THE FUTURE TENANTS AND LANDLORDS OF THIS PLACE WILL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS WE DID AND TAKE CARE OF IT. IT'S BEEN LIKE A HOME. THIS PLACE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEARTS. WE WILL MISS IT

NOBU has been a great property to live at! The office staff has always been timely and courteous to me, the complex is very safe, the amenities are great and overall, having lived at other properties in the area, this is by far one of the best!

I’ve rented here several months. It has been a less than desirable experience. My apartment is close to Bulverde and the traffic noise is unbearable. I was unable to sleep the first couple nights and gave up and went to a hotel. Considering I had a 12 month lease I searched for a solution and after $800+ spent on soundproofing, I can sleep through the night. I strongly caution you not to rent a unit close to Bulverde You will regret it. In the parking lot you have the dumpster. It frequently has trash sitting around it and on it for days. The site and smell are terrible. Please note that you pay an extra fee each month for mandatory “valet” trash service but the trash is frequently outside of the dumpster. The carpet is very worn, at a minimum it needs stretched and the padding needs replaced. The appliances are cheap, the fridge is smaller than a typical fridge, The burners on the stove heat inconsistently. The washer and dryer that is provided (mandatory to keep) are cheap and are harsh on clothes. The air flow from the HVAC system is not balanced. Some rooms are cold, others are hot. They will not do any preventative treatments for pest control. You have to see and report a problem before they will spray around your property. They say these are luxury apartments and charge accordingly but they provide substandard living units and community. Research thoroughly and think twice before leasing here.

We moved in a week ago and love this community so far! The staff we have met, Austin, Coleen, and Jessica have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, even giving suggestions on local activities, and the moving in process has been seamless. The welcome bottle of wine was such a nice touch too! We have two little boys and appreciate the spacious green spaces for walks and bike rides. The child-friendly pool has been a big hit too! Our apartment is beautiful, bright and welcoming and our neighbors are friendly. We look forward to our time here!

This experience has not been a pleasant one. Constantly the gates are stuck open, broken, and theft has happened multiple times, and the only way the residents know about it is from other residents. Management doesn't seem to care or want to put up cameras, fix their gates, or offer alternatives to helping the community be safe. They also have not upgraded anything in their apartment homes in years, don't replace carpet when moving in, and offer "too good to be true" deals to get you in their hard-to-rent apartment homes. Let's not forget that they also try to fine their residents for every little thing when it comes to valet trash. DO NOT RENT HERE. It's seriously a trap. We couldn't wait to get out of our 15 month lease but refused to break it and pay them more money.

Horrible experience. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Too much theft and the management doesn't seem to care. They would rather spend money on community events than on the safety of their residents. Stay away!

The office staff is amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. They make sure you have everything you need for moving in and are quick to address any concerns you might have. I've had a great experience so far.

From even before the move in process, the staff has been nothing but awesome. It's only been a few days and I already feel like part of a community. I would definitely recommend this community anyone who is looking.

This is a great community to live in but not for a long period. I feel as though there are better complexes out there for around the same price. The location is great though. My problems are with the cleanliness of breezeways, paint not being maintained on iron fixtures around the complex, dead landscape.

Friendly staff and you can always get a hold of them, clean property, and you can see deer at the back, nice pool area, quiet, fast maintenance response, convenient location with great schools in the area

It's a good, quiet community. Definitely a staff that will not leave you hanging and try to address all needs. For a 1st time apartment, they helped me understand the language of the apartment world. I feel safe and really like the area we are at especially having an HEB down the road.

Beautiful apartment community, very clean for the most part (there are always a few who don't follow apartment policies/rules). Leasing staff is super helpful and friendly, particularly Austin. Nadene has been very helpful, as well!

Great community, well kept, great location. Love our patio view. Great layout of complex. Wish other dog owners would pick up after their dogs though. Ample parking with covered parking available. Very happy.

It's nice and quiet. I wish that when I renew my lease they can give me a discount. I was hoping that the drivers slow down driving through the complex. The staff\ managers at the office are very nice and courteous.

This place was amazing, the staff is great. I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment its self is amazing and the amenities offered are awesome. I love the area that these apartments are in there a ton of stuff around and still more stuff being built.

It's pretty much the perfect community. They are still apartments so there is some level of apartment life, but it's a quiet yet friendly community. It seems extremely safe. Lovely pool area and walking paths in the complex, and great community center (the lobby has free coffee!). The greenery is well-maintained. They have taken care of any issues very quickly for me.

Part II - today on 4-19-21 I emailed for an update on repairs and emailed this I was informed that your unit has sheetrock completed and painting completed. We are waiting on the custom baseboards to come in and be painted, but my rep said they should be in this week. I get here this evening and NOTHING has been done. My apartment looks the same as it has for the last few months. This is ridiculous. And yes I reached out to the office already and left a message. The area is ideal and cost per square feet is good for the area.My problem is the waiting for repairs that STILL need to be done on my home due to the February winter storm. The damages not done by me just a casualty of the snow and freezing temperatures. The management on this process has been HORRIBLE. It feels like you are being penalized because you don’t want to or need to transfer to another apartment. You want to rely on your apartment property management is being truthful when they give you a date of repairs to start and almost two weeks later NOTHING has been done, NOTHING, not one start of any repair. You email every day that no repairs have started just to be told it will the next day and still nothing. You email on April 14th and 15th just to no get an out of office reply that the property manager is out for a few days.Yet I should just transfer to another unit and be thankful for the 2 week credit as informed by the apartment property management and their executive management when the concern with them shares time and time again is I want to go back to my home, the one I have continued to pay for. And to be honest the two credit was not a two week credit since that credit had to be applied to the pro rated rent to a apartment I don’t really want to transfer to. This Apartment Company set this advertisement that you should make their complex your home but have shown no desire, urgency or effort to get me back into mine.

My experience in this community is has been 11/10 so far, it's a great and relaxing area to live in. The staff is always smooth to work with and help solve any issues or concerns if needed, which adds to the positive vibe of this apartment complex. Huge fan of the good trucks too...!

The apartment complex and the scenery in general are amazing. People here all seem to get along, and the stores and grocery store that surround us is amazing too. I have no complaints about them or the front desk. you just gotta be on top of the maintenance people. if you need something fixed you just may need to call a few times if they don't get to you in a decent amount of time. or at the very least have them reach back out letting you know an approximate timeline of when they think they can get to you.

It's nice, clean, friendly, lots of dogs. The only thi g I don't like is the dog park by the dumpster but overall it's great. Its a great experience here than my last place. I have no complaints other than the dog park
