My rent has gone up more and more and the office is fickle about when they can "negotiate lowering it" and when they can't. There has been a consistent water leak from the overhead a/c unit and when i come home the bathroom is soaking wet on the floor and carpet; maintenance cannot seem to fix this and IT'S BEEN ONGOING FOR ALMOST 6 MONTHS.

Just moved in, quiet, friendly, clean, excited to try the amenities, good community social interactions, good location for food, upgrades in apt prior to moving in, easy check-in process, easy to sign paperwork for lease agreement

Great and safe community to live in, been living at Nobu for 5 years. Office staff pleasant. Maintenance staff timely n pleasant. Enjoy the social events they have and the variety of food trucks they have coming to the community.

Great, besides the fact that my original unit was not ready in time. Causing me to have to move to a unit on the 3rd floor which was the one request I had, that I didn't want to be on the 3rd story. Also my balcony was not cleaned before my move in date

The apartments could be updated a bit more for the price that you pay but overall it's a nice place. The amenities are great and they have a ton of parking available as well at covered spots. The community events are nice too!

Just moved in so have not had time to evaluate. But, my husband got lost on his mobility scooter. A kind resident in building.29 found him and took care of contacting me. Security and office staff also helped.

So far the community has been nice and quiet. Staff is super nice, the apartments themselves are nice. I'm on the second floor and yes I can hear my upstair neighbors, but it's not super loud or inconvenient.

I really love sync at nobu station the grounds are always clean, always quiet, and I'm glad to call this home. Community activities are implemented every month and office is responsive. Communication is clear and very much appreciated.

Our move in had some issues like the washer and dryer were not hooked up and when using the washer, water was coming out and dryer vent was filled with lint - which is a huge fire hazard. Some areas had cobwebs while other areas had dust.

Apartments are spacious and very well laid out. They are just a little dated and expensive compared to alternatives. Maintenance and office team very helpful, quick to respond. The valet trash service is way too picky and stingy.

So far my experience in this community has been wonderful! We just moved in this week and love the location! We moved to be closer to my grandfather & the amenities of Sync completely blew us away! I love how spacious the interior of our apartment is as well as the spacious patio for all my plants. I am thrilled I do not have to give up my hobby to fit in this space. All the staff at Sync at Nobu have been absolutely stunning so far. For example, I mentioned my fear of wasps and how it was met with apathy at my previous place of residence. You know what Jessica & the maintenance team did? They sprayed an extra time just before my husband and I moved in to make sure there were no bugs. Their attention to detail is evident in the maintenance of the grounds, the fantastic resident events they host each month, and how well they treat their residents.

I just moved to the apartments and the move-in process was easy. The representatives from the front office are very helpful. They have helped me so much with some issues after I submitted my inventory form. So far, it is going pretty well.

It's been great! Plenty of safety and courtesy from other tenants. Staff and Maintenance have been very helpful, on time and kind. A very nice place to leave at especially if it's your first apartment.

The neighbors are nice, the staff is great, always having events for the community. The maintenance service it fast like seriously fast by the time i got off the phone with an issue they were there to fix it within 15 minutes.

This community has been perfect for me! The staff is amazing and very genuine. They are quick to respond to any requests I have made. The value of the apartment itself is superb! I would recommend this community time and time again!

It's a nice community to live in. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the highway. SAFD, coffee, and daycare super close. Wish security was 24/7 and gates weren't broken. Staff is very nice. Pool is OK.

Initial contact and review very good. Move in revealed 4-5 missed issues that should have been handled prior to move in. Entrance gat to community was inoperable for several days after move in then worked for 2 days and was broken again.

Very safe here should have new appliances upgraded because other apartments are doing than makes it more appealing when showing apts for the price overall love it other people here say it is a safe surrounding a few Police officer's live here

This complex is very pretty, easily the nicest complex I have ever lived in. The walls are pretty thin, I can hear the neighbors a bit in their homes and can hear people walking up stairs from my living room. I've seen 1 roach here but nothing else which is great. Community events are cool especially when free food and drink is involved. Mail is awkward because it's either delivered to the front door, package locker, mail box, or a key in the mail box for the larger mail boxes. Full sized washer, dryer and dishwasher are great. Apartments layout is great. Patios are huge.Closets are great. There's good lighting in everyroom and that is lighting fixtures and natural lighting. Especially considering how nice this place is, i wish they did DNA testing for dogs because there is always dog poop in the grass.

We just moved into this complex 2 months ago. The leasing agents were very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of before move in. The move in process went very easy. There have been a few maintenance concerns but most of them have been taken care of within 24 hours. Our AC has been broken for weeks now and communication with maintenance has not been ideal. Other than that it's a very clean and nice complex

Management and staff are very professional and always go above and beyond. The communication from their team is a five star. They are always very helpful with my needs on every request I make. They have hired an excellent support team, especially with the maintenance team.

This place is Awesome!
My friend lives here and I come to visit. I like how clean and well maintained this place is (inside and out). My friend and I would like to give a shout out to the maintenance supervisor for always being attentive. Once my lease is up, I plan to move here. AWESOME place!

Mediocre. At first great but has consistently declined since. I've stayed out of convenience and proximity to my friends and grocery/gym. Otherwise I'd have moved long ago. Also, rent continues to escalate while service and community has not
