Great. Everything is great minus the maintenance team. They left my apartment disgustingly gross and trash everywhere. Not too sure what they were thinking when they left but it's apparent they don't care because it's not their living space.

We've lived here for almost 5 years and we absolutely love this community, from the location, value, quality and the spread out feel of this complex is unbeatable. The staff here are so friendly and always so helpful. It's a quiet and family friendly place we love to call home! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking!

I just moved into the community not even a month ago, so far It has exceeded my expectations! I love the fact that the office/management have events Throughout the month like wine down Wednesday and grab and go breakfast .. iv never herd Of a community doing that before and I've lived in good amount of different places and in different states. The apartment is perfect for me in every way ! I'm excited to call this place my home !!

I haven't lived here long enough to offer an opinion, I moved in last week Thursday, but so far it has not been going well my biggest problem right now is I don't have a working bathtub and I can't access the internet to complete my school work

Super quiet, clean and everyone in the complex seems super respectful of others. I love how quickly the work orders get finished. The maintenance crew are super nice! The leasing agents are super kind and welcoming. I'm very satisfied with the service here!

The office staff was very helpful and polite, and the maintenance crew were prompt and polite as well! I look forward to living here and becoming part of the community. My wife and I are already thinking about a second lease.

I just renewed my lease after being here 2 years. The staff in the office are very professional and pleasant to deal with, maintenance staff are very prompt and well skilled in fixing any problems that may arise.

I have only just moved in and everyone from the leasing agent to the manager to the maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible. The apartment is roomy with lots of extras like a security system. I am looking forward to living here.

Apartment is great! People are great too! Only thing is the ac problem. But maintenance takes our ac problems seriously. We do live on the bottom floor so our upstair neighbor is loud but I guess that's what happens when you live in an apartment.

Great Vibes always able to get service done on time plus the food trucks here are the best! The pool is always clean and my packages are always safe. I want to live here longer in a bigger unit hopefully next year

I have had multiple apartments and have always found the staff very not helpful. SYNC has definitely changed my perspective on that. Every time I call, they are so nice and helpful. I truly feel like my opinion is validated and like they care about their residents. I moved in from out of town and had never seen the property, when arriving I was blown away by the property as well as the effort of the staff. Thank you tons for making this stressful situation so EASY.

Great apartments. Usually quiet. Nice residents. Could use some maintenance on exterior: repainting needed. Maintenance quick to respond and are courteous. Only problems experienced was AC issues which took to long to fix, especially in the summer. The other issue was not talking out moldy drywall. This also took too long. Otherwise, I have enjoyed my time here.

I had a really good move in. My apartment was really nice and clean and the paint job was done well for the most part. I love the spot that I'm in. It's pretty clean and the amenities are kept up with. I feel safe here.

So far so good. I'm very happy with my location and the complex. Very convenient to the freeway. Most of all very convenient to restaurants gas stations car wash and medical facilities area my neighbors are very quiet and friendly

The pool was great the gas grille was ever better! The people in my building are very nice other then the guys upstairs who stop the yard it's pretty quite I like my apartment it's very home feeling I can definitely call it home

Beautiful landscape, and most importantly a very clean complex. Plenty of parking spots all around which leads to more peace at mind with 24/7 security on the lot. Move in was easy and staff is super friendly!

Without having a place of my own prior I was very nevous about moving into any kind of community, but after seeing the apartment complex online I decided to look into the possibility of moving here. After being shown around the complex and hearing that rent was in my price range. I moved in, and couldn't be happier.

The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. The complex is very well maintained, the residents are friendly, parking is not a concern, and the amenities are amazing.

Nice and well kept community with a friendly office staff and a handy maintenance crew. Haven't had many problems and any issues are typically address fairly swiftly. Nice views and pool, overall great complex.

Enjoyable, safe community with great amenities. My favorite surprise treat of living here is the deer that live in the woods behind the property that roam by. They are so calm and a blessing to see.

It has been a nice place to live . Until recent challenges with the maintenance staff I have no complaints. The maintenance person was rude and very unprofessional. He showed no respect for me or my apartment. I requested that he never be in my unit again.

nice and clean place to live. with so many things to do here it's fun. With pool and events, they have most people go to them and enjoy their self after work. a lot of space for parking even into the late hours.
