Maintenance staff has been very friendly and helpful when I need them, even during emergencies. The property is kept pretty neat and poop bags for dogs are usually available so that helps. Gates being closed makes your home feel safer in a way, which is appreciated.

This complex has great amenities and the overall aesthetic is great, and the apartment itself has a great layout and design. The management was friendly and helpful throughout the process and move in was easy peasy.

So far it has been good. Small hiccups have happened in the course of our lease. Our refrigerator breaking down, and our fence not being cleaned before moving into our unit. I believe the rent is too high for what is going on in our country right now.

The community in the apartment is very nice and inviting. Apartments are kept in good condition. The maintenance staff is quick to fix issues and fix them thoroughly. The staff are very friendly and try to help you the best of their ability

I've experienced bad connection issues with WiFi and one power outage. The fitness center is terrible and badly outdated. The cost of rent is too high not to have everything upgraded and working properly.

It's a nice place; it's safe, and the apartments are very beautiful. The community is friendly, with plenty of green space and a clean pool. The fitness center is well-equipped, and it's truly a welcoming community with many furry friends.

The community is safe, grounds are well kept. Pets are welcome and staff is very accommodating. Maintenance issues are resolved relatively quickly and the apartment has a nice vibe ! Not too mention the rent is affordable.

Very good vibes and respect for others. Two pools make it feel like the pool is never over crowded. It's a great place for dogs, lots of paths to walk and trash for your poos. Lots of covered parking and regular parking.

I liked the look and feel of these apartments, i toured a 625sqft apartment and it was a good amount of space for me. The units available were slightly out of my price range but the associate who helped me was so kind and personable! Great tour experience!

Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, they get issues addressed when needed. Move in was smooth, changing unit and upgrading at the right time was smooth. Going on four years at this location. Gym, pool, and basketball court are a plus.

My experience has been relatively poor in terms of living at this apartment community. Management team, office staff, maintenance personnel, and ground keeping personnel are all sub-par. I initially moved here because I was needing a 2bd/2ba apartment for my fianc?e and step-daughters. I will only renew my lease out of necessity- certainly not out of want.

The Palazzo is the only apartment I toured that had a homey feel to it. I was able to easily schedule a tour time and the leasing agent informed me of a deal going on before the tour and how long it would last. I ended up submitting an application and that process was easy and only took about 30 minutes. I look forward to living here.

It's a nice community overall. Once you look closer there's a few kinks like crappy landscaping and bugs. However, I've lived at 3 different apartment complexes in San Marcos and this one has been the best so far.
