Me and my wife moved here in 2022. We kinda settled, due to It being convenient for work. I personally thing rent is too high for what you get. Also, my neighbors (multiple) were sketchy. But overall it was ok.

Staff is friendly and helpful which is rare for rental properties. Place is pretty quiet with the exception of stomping upstair neighbors. Pools are beautiful. Only complaint is due to other residents who do not pick up after their dogs so there is dog poop everywhere.

Overall, my experience has been very decent. The community is very quiet, and we haven't had many issues at all. The biggest issue I have had over the past year and a half I have lived here has been with maintenance. They are bit of a hit or miss when it comes to completing their work. Sometimes the work orders are completed perfectly, but other times it's almost like they didn't even show up at all. But whenever I bring up the issues with the office, the problem gets resolved relatively quickly. If you need a decent place to live, I do recommend this community.

Absolutely love it here. It's 5 minutes from a large shopping center, the wonder world park, and less than 10 minutes to the river and the square by tsu. The apartments are spacious and affordable and the palazzo offers a lot of amenities like the dog park, basketball court, yoga studio, gym and beautiful pools. It's quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are super nice. The office staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need and the on-site maintenance crew is very respectful and helpful.

I enjoy living here with my husband and pets. The first thing we look for a community is safety and we feel safe here. Management always feels welcoming and they do events to bring the apartment community closer so we know each other. In my opinion I believe the architecture of the inside of my apartment is beautiful. We will be only here for about another more year but I am sad just thinking about leaving this apartment. Great size and great color.

The Palazzo is a very homely community which is located near to shops, medical facilities, schools, playgrounds and the I-35. Housing apartments are well furnished and the exterior looks great. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful

This apartment has many accommodations, including Jim's swimming pool a dog park beautiful landscaping and truly a good place to live in. The community is very friendly and the staff is as well. I really love living here.

Great community, front office doesnt communicate with each other that well though or respond to pending administrative needs. Rent does increase year by year. The fitness room is in shambles. multiple police living in community make it feel safe.

So far it's been an amazing experience, from the prices,staff and even the location. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful which is amazing considering it being close to the highway. If you're looking for an nice affordable place I'll call The Pallazzo.

They are unprofessional and have issues with roaches. The property manager is extremely unprofessional, does not show concern or empathy for residents and puts no effort into actually managing residential problems They attack you and try to intimidate you when you communicating with their office. They break state codes and health regulations by failing to complete repairs and provide habitable living conditions. They report and mark maintenance requests for pest control under false statuses of "complete" before the issues submitted are actually resolved. They attempted to violate my rights to an ESA and when I corrected them on state laws and definitions of assistance vs service animals, they were proven wrong and granted me my rights under FHA, DIDNT apologize for treating me unethically and invading on my privacy rights. The list goes on

It worth the money you pay. You can easily get a house that is way nice then the spy for the same price none of the "amenities" offered here are worth you time even looking at. Over priced apartments that raise the rent year after year

I hardly see anyone, and the ones I do see have their heads in their cellphones or are busy walking their dogs. I don't see it as a community. I don't even see the 2 people who live just across the entryway from me.

The maintenance staff (specifically Robert) will laugh at you when you make a work order for something they have already tried to come fix before but didn't actually fix it. He will then bring up office hours and that you should've made the work order during that timeframe so he doesn't have to come out after hours when on call.

I absolutely love everyone who works at the Palazzo. The staff and maintenance team are so incredible and have made living here such a joy! Me and my roommates would stay here as long as we could if we were able to maintain affording it. Truly feel safe here and truly adore everyone in the front office/this community.

The Palazzo is a great apartment complex. I had lived here before but decided to come back as this community is so underrated. It is quiet and everyone minds their business. I say this simply because I have lived in an apartment complex right after the Palazzo that did not allow us to do much without always having to send out a passive aggressive email limiting our amenities. If you want peace and quiet and don't mind living a simple life, this is the spot for you.

The office staff are very helpful and friendly. The community is very quiet and to themselves. The maintenance crew are rude and gave attitude when my husband was trying to explain our issues with the toilet. They kept unlocking my door and trying to walk in unannounced. They ended up not working on our toilet and told us they didn't see a problem and that we wasted their time.

I love this apartment complex. I love how quiet it is. I love all the trees surrounding property. This is the first apt that has felt like home. All the office reps are kind and informative. I have yet to have any maintenance issues be unresolved and they are fast! Thank you.
