The Palazzo is a very friendly and quiet community! The management in the office is so understanding with their residents! We love it here! Any request needed they are quick to make sure it gets done!

Beautiful apartments and community however some residents are rude as staff over all very nice would recommend to friends staff could be more polite I pay a premium to live there and should be treated with respect

From the moment I walked in I was amazed at the appearance. The tour Kaitlyn took me on was very nice. I was impressed by the grounds being so well kept, the pools looking so good, and the apartment I was shown. All very ice.

The office staff is rude and never follow up without being prompted. When it rains there are pools of mud everywhere. There are roaches in my apartment. Rent is to high for what you get considering you can get a 2 bedroom in Austin for the same price. The only plus I would give this place is the maintenance team and proximity to I35.

San Marcos is away from the Big City and good are for Me to rest. I'm looking forward to live in this community that has a lot if landscapes and places to relax, location has a good restaurants and pretty inclusive.

Community is okay, everyone is nice and quiet and keeps to themselves but would like more opportunities to meet people within it and have a stronger sense of community through events or maybe something that can be planned monthly like a potluck/volunteer session, etc.

I am now going into my 3rd year at this complex. From the beginning I have been very satisfied with the community atmosphere. The few times that I have needed to contact the maintenance department the response has been very fast, even on a Sunday morning. The staff has always been very courteous and shows that they care about their property.

Good overall. But could use some repairs. Property was better taken care of before Covid. After the beauty of this apartment complex and declined. Still have hope that they will improve. Office staff is great thought. And still overall a great place to live

Avoid this apartment if you can. This place has no regard to their tenant's quality of life and only care about money. Lots of issues from the neighbors, to units, to the amenities needs lots of work.

Overall we really love our apartment. It's a nice, quiet, community. But there is still an energy of fun. Our neighbors are kind and courteous. The amenities are always clean and available. We feel like we've made a home here.

Excellent maintenance staff and issues are handled promptly. Office Staff is rarely accessible. Gates are frequently damaged or not operational. Pool maintenance is minimal and the BBQs are never clean and usable.

This is a quiet, well-kept apartment complex near to shopping and medical care. Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are responsive to requests in a timely manner. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The palazzo community so far has been really great. Not only are the apartments affordable and cute but the staff here is wonderful. They have helped me and my roommate for the weeks leading up to our move in when we have had several issues pop up from our other apartments companies. We are very excited to be living here.

I moved in to the Palazzo in 2021. It has been a great experience! The staff is very friendly and make sure that they take care of anything that you need. The apartments are also spacious and it is in a good location in San Marcos.

Great office staff. Anytime we needed something serviced or worked on in our unit they were quick to respond and the personnel were experienced enough to handle any task. The office staff ensures that all service requests are handled and all issues are resolved.

Just moved in but my fianc? and I love it here. It is quiet, cozy, they have very friendly staff and an overall great atmosphere. I feel like I'm on vacation when I come home and sit on my patio. We are happy we chose the Palazzo Apartments to call home.

The staff at Palazzo is like family. The buildings, configuration, and beautiful trees, and quietude, make you feel that you live in a private resort. The apartments are spacious and a great value. The location is perfect and convenient for shopping, yet far enough away from traffic noise. it is quit, quit, quiet!!

When I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned. The last tenant left a tooth brush with toothpaste on it in the restroom. The bath had dirt and hair in it. The bedroom carpet had ---- stains all over it. Not one person walked this apartment before my move in date. The office said they would send a cleaning crew the next morning. A woman showed up at noon with her child and little to no cleaning supplies. They said they would replace the carpets that Saturday. I waited all day. No one showed. They came Monday morning. This was unacceptable. The only person doing their job is Caitlyn at the front office.
