Good community but nobody really picks up after their dogs so the waste builds up in areas and makes it unclear to walk your animals. Lights are motion detected at night so it can be dark in areas when walking my dog.

I enjoyed living at this apartment the community is nice and the staff has always been very helpful and professional. I enjoy the way the apartment is laid out the amenities are nice and people around in the community are friendly.

So far my experience has been great. The location is perfect for me and the property is very well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and has a great layout.

The appliances are constantly breaking and the washer and dryer are very old. I've not had good experiences with the maintenance people. The walls are very thin, I live on the first floor and I can hear every neighbor around and above me at all times. The complex is not very pretty and although it may be a gated community, there hasn't been a time in the past few years that all the gates have worked at once and have not been broken. There also needs to be more lighting at night for when people want to take their dog out to use the restroom and feel safe, especially since I am a female that lives alone.

I have had an amazing experience at Palazzo! I absolutely love my one bedroom apartment, and I would highly recommend living here to anyone considering this apartment community. The staff is wonderful.

Staff is nice and professional but work order request take weeks sometimes mths to complete. The grounds upkeep is not consistent. Always grass on my patio from the lawn being cut. Lots of inconsiderate college kids.

I have loved every minute of living here in this community. Everyone is very friendly, the complex is nice and clean. There is a shuttle that picks up and drops off right out front of the complex for Texas State that is very useful. Great location.

The community is quiet and most of the neighbors are lovely. During the summer, two pools are a great amenity. However I have had countless issues with silverfish and other insects in my apartment. This is likely due to the poor seal around the windows and doors. I would say the apartment complex needs some work but overall is nice.

Not perfect (well ... nothing is perfect) but good enough for me to be with them for many years. Trust that they will make it even sweeter by better tackling errant behavior of some (at the pool and parking) and bird-droppings mess during warm months.

management people are nice but few things are not managed very well. some of dog owners don't clean their dog's waste but management doesn't stop them. so dog poops are everywhere and doggie park is useless. the grass is not managed well, so my dogs always step on the mud and puddle. there are waste bag dispensers but in front of there no grass but mud.

I love living here. Every time I have any sort of problem, they come and fix it super quickly. I have never had to wait a long time for any issue to be fixed, even if it is just a new lightbulb. They always respond promptly and fix everything perfectly. Big or small and they are super helpful with everything i need.

Feedback rating online was not favorable for the Palazzo, however I went ahead and rented after speaking with Nubia and seeing one of the display rooms. I love the view from my windows and the location of the apartment in relation to my job.

Was really good I don't have any problems with the apartment, the office is really nice and they help whenever I need, the apartments are better than I expected and there is no noise at all is really quiet, don't regret coming at all even tho most of the reviews say otherwise

Everything has been done so well. My consultant made my transition to moving extremely easy. Everything was ready when I moved in and the worked well with me on when I could actually move into the apartment. Very thankful for the smooth transition

Nice place but property owner very unprofessional. Have to badger office multiple times to get anything fixed. Very overpriced. Waited weeks for a working drier and working washing machine. Only reason I've lived here multiple years because it's too much a hassle to move.

Pretty good experience staff is awesome. The covered parking is great. They service to you well. The only problems have been pest management and the noise of traffic. It's been an awesome first apartment and I would recommend it.

The property is well kept, but the gates keep breaking. Staff is semi-respondent to requests but it took us weeks to get them to do anything. We had to basically beg and check every day to make sure things were on track.

Relevantly nice apartment. Lots of issues, and needs to be Renovated. Dog park could be better as it's just mulch, no grass. Upon move in we were told there were lots of community events but have heard of none in the last year. Not renewing as we've found many places that are considerably nicer in the same price range.

It's very nice and quiet community. Everyone seems to stay to themselves, very good atmosphere. The apartments are really nice, the pools are really nice. The view from the balcony is also really nice. Everything is really great.

The Palazzo is beautiful and the staff is always courteous and eager to provide the service you need. The amenities are also great. You get your own covered parking space, it is on the bus route to Texas State, there is a dog park, a basketball court, even a gym with a palatte room.

I have enjoyed my residence here at the PALAZZO. I am starting my 4th year and like it more everyday. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff is the best. The location is excellent and the amenities are quite nice.

Palazzo is a great place to live. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Maintenance issues are always fixed immediately. The property is well maintained and very quiet. There is great access to the freeway as well as restaurants and shopping nearby

I enjoy living in Palazzo at San Marcos. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part of this apartment complex is the convenient access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and I-35.
