dissatisfaction with several aspects of my current living situation in the apartment. Upon moving in, I anticipated a comfortable and well-maintained environment; however, I have encountered numerous issues that have significantly impacted my experience. These concerns include uncleanliness, incomplete maintenance tasks, and pest-related problems, all of which have made my living conditions less than satisfactory

I loved it but they have failed to get back to me about my apartment application. It's pretty frustrating cause I was looking forward to living there. The apartment complex is beautiful and secure. Just needs better communication

i enjoyed the ease of renting with the palazzo. valarie was very helpful in informing me and helping me make the leasing process as easy as possible. The deals and specials are really helpful for someone that lives alone.

Apts are well maintained with age considered. Ample room to accommodate wheelchair. Very quiet community.. I highly recommend it. There is a grade school down the street . And shopping in close proximity.

Amazing location for school! Quiet yet still alive community with a large complex containing 2 pools! Easy to get in the complex with all the gates in different routes! Even a TXST stop just a small walk away!

Caitlyn was really helpful and the maintenance team was also really helpful they came and fix my problem right away. The place is a bit old and you can tell but for the size and price it's not bad. The staff really make it work will.

the front office staff was pleasant but the apartment had a ton of things wrong with it upon move in. the a/c doesn't work well (it gets into the high 70s to 80) and I was pretty much told to suck it up.

Was great value for money at first, especially to get away from campus area, but rising rent prices with each renewal is making it harder and harder to stay here. At the highest, we were quoted an 11% increase in rent to renew. I would love to stay here long term if my renewal price was more stable and similar to other, newer apartments in the area (which have remained low due to increasing inventory over the last few years).

Perfect great staff it has been clean great space and faculty has been very professional and attentive to everything. Apartment has not had any issues and it has been a breath of fresh air and i look forward to many years to come.

Don't move here!! Roaches run the place no matter how clean you are. You get double charged for some utilities. Neighbors are scary. People are revving up their motors at the end of the night. What is the point of a gated community if the gates don't work half of the time. maintenance men are creepy and one talked for 2 hours while hanging a single blind (I could have done it in 10min). The office staff girls are great.

It's a wonderful experience and love the leasing office, smelled good and looked good. The person that give me the tour was super nice and very good with answering my questions plus, she made me feel welcomed.

Outstanding customer service at this property. Top-notch from the first inquiry to the move-in. When apartment shopping, it is important to look for amenities and quality in the apartment, but moreso, the people you will be in contact with daily.

Everything is good, except for the disgusting dog park.customer service is good , everyone is nice and friendly. The downside is the loud scooters and the stinky dog park and the flooding in the parking spots

A/C maintenance requests aren't taken seriously and problems continue to be a problem for many months after. Maintenance are good, but I feel like the apartment owners don't want to spend money on getting newer equipment for apartments.

I have loved living at the palazzo. Office staff as well as maintenance staff are always kind and quick to resolve issues. I would love to continue living here. The apartments are well kept and up to date.

Too many roach issues, no one cleans up after their dogs, trash area is appalling, smell of marijuana is insane. Gates don't work regularly. Office staff is phenomenal though and really do try and keep tenants happy.

Super great staff and great neighbors!!! Very clean and organized.. They respond with urgency and professionalism...Love these guy's!!!When I enter the office I am greeted by name[Eddie] and the cool thing is they all have a great sense of humor and make me feel swell!!!

The community is beautiful and well taken care of, also very good location with stores and restaurants near by. I love the different amenities available and how well kept they were. The staff was also very kind and always super helpful when I needed help with something or just a minor thing like a printer or some tape. Huge thanks to the staff for all they do.

Very professional, kept clean, maintained and well lit at night , I feel safe walking my dog late at night . We love the apartment, it has lots of windows and lots of closets which we also use for storage.

I enjoy living at this community, however, maintenance issues continue to be an issue. My apartment seems to have a lot of foundational issues and I know those aren't easily fixed, and that the complex is doing the best they can. However, it seems like they are really struggling keeping a stable maintenance team, which makes it even harder to keep up with the maintenance requests.
