Nice for the area. Love the trees that provide homes for birds. Maintenance staff were great. Very well build units ( even though close the the highway ) I cannot hear the highway noise. Great covered parking that is included in rent!

I enjoy living here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The community is well maintained. I have lived here for about 2 years and I have had no complaints about how the apartment complex is run. Repairs are always prompt and they do great work.

Good deal and large apartment. Staff worked well and were able to move in fast. Missing gate keys which is a bummer but manageable. A lot add leaves all around community that could be raked or blown away!

At first it was fine. However the management changed and so has the maintenance staff. Whoever is in charge doesn't really pay attention to the property or grounds. The landscape company mows dirt and throws dirt on your car which is really annoying. And many pet owners do not pick up after the dogs so you have to always watch where you are stepping.

I have only lived here for a few weeks, but I really like how attentive the maintenance and management staff are. Additionally, the amenities offered are really nice? I always see people at the basketball court and I really enjoy the pool. The other thing that's really nice is the amount of trees growing on the property? makes it so it doesn't feel like a concrete prison.

So far Palazzo has been such a great place to live! The staff is very friendly and professional. The property is so beautiful and feels luxurious even on a college student budget! Great location and great experiences so far! 10/10 would recommend.

Apartment is located in a convenient location. The setting has a very homey feel to it. The property is pleasant to go on walks. Patio space is pleasant, however, landscaping is not always well maintained (dead shrubs, gutters clogged, dirty side walks, debris not cleaned up, etc.) Amenities are okay?the pools are nice, however, the gym is small, and the dog park is not well maintained. The office staff is usually very polite and professional. Maintenance staff quality is poor and often takes several day's to follow up and address work order submissions.

The office staff here is incredible. They went above and beyond to help make this entire process a smooth transition for us. This is me and my roommates first adult, non student living, apartment. I wish my students knew the Palazzo existed. It is cheaper, nicer, safer and all around a better choice. I can't wait to recommend this complex to future prospect residents!

I've been with the palazzo for years now and it started off wonderful. Lately it's like they let anyone live here and the community is becoming trashy. The gates hardly ever work and it the gate works, your clicker won't. I've been to the office many times to resolve this issue and it's still not resolved.

So far, it has been great! I love the location of it and the apartment itself is perfect for me. Very clean and well kept, has a big dog park just overall a great community for my dog and I. And the staff are very helpful and so nice!

When moving into the Palazzo, we were very excited. Upon arrival, our dishwasher and dryer was broken. We had to wait two weeks to use the dishwasher and had the dryer fixed several times. It still doesn't turn off on its' own and gets extremely hot. There is mold on the outside of our apartment and it needs a power wash. The neighbor's car alarm has been going off all hours for the past six month later and now our bathroom ceiling has a leak in it when it rains. This just occurred so we are putting in the maintenance request to fix it today. The water pressure is also much lower than it was when we first moved in. Our air conditioner broke on three separate occasions and we had to have someone in our apartment all day fixing it. Our electric bill went up $20 due to having to constantly run it. Again, it is now starting to not work properly and will not keep the apartment at room temperature during the hottest part of the day. My overall experience has been subpar.

Very friendly staff, the apartment was very clean when I moved in. All appliances were working without any issues. There was an issue with my first payment due to my bank messing up a transfer and the apartment complex was understanding and patient about the situation while I called my bank to fix everything.

The good: The office staff members are kind and responsive and take concerns seriously. Parking is decent and there are minimal bugs, though I have seen a few roaches here and there. The bad: For the most part, maintenance has been great. But, some maintenance staff members are inexperienced and rude, so your experience will most likely depend on who responds to your request. One staff member broke something in our unit and then blamed us for it. As far as noise, in the couple years we have lived here there has been a problem with unattended kids running around screaming and playing, or dogs being left in their apartments to bark all night. People don't always clean up after their dogs so it smells like dog poop a lot of the time.

So far very quiet and clean environment. Safe environment for singles and couples. Nice covered parking area is a plus for protecting vehicles. Pet friendly is another plus I enjoy walking my dog and waking the grounds of the apartment. Very shady trees and nice green plants.

Great atmosphere. No huge parties, very quiet. Maintenance staff is very friendly along with the front desk. Any problems get taken care of within a day. I have not had any problems with management and they worked with me to make sure I got the apartment that I wanted. Highly suggested.

Nice people working here, not too authoritarian. Doesn't have as many college students as most other complexes in the city, which is a plus. Rent and monthly fees are higher than I would like, but it is worth it for the environment and location.

The office staff is great! Nubia and Nadine were/are very helpful. The problem here is with the maintenance staff. I've had a fridge leak issue and also a running water problem since my move in. The one and only maintenance staff member that I've seen came in, stood in front of my fridge for 10 minutes and said "Hmm, I don't know why this is happening?" THIS IS WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO. He also told us the reason why my toilet was constantly running is because my AC setting is too low... what? I get it, maybe you don't have all the answers but that is what your maintenance manager is for. I have yet to see or speak with the maintenance manager about my issues which really concerns me. I'm a Service Supervisor myself and I personally would at least email my resident to give them the comfort that I know of the issue.. it's very frustrating.

Overall for quick housing it's ok, they Are slow to fix things in your apartment. Not much areas for kids to play. Anybody can get in even tho it's a gated community. Had our car broken into and my sons bike was stolen.

This apartment is the nicest one that I've lived in. I chose it because it's very spacious and modern. The kitchen is lovely and so is the dining area. The restroom combined with the laundry room is a cool concept and they also have an Olive Garden type of tub. Definitely worth the rent!
