Nice quiet community with great staff and beautiful grounds! I have lived here 2 years and love it! The management is excellent and caring. Maintenance team is responsive and makes repairs timely. I highly recommend these apartments.

Peaceful nights. Small and quant I love that's it's not large property. Everything can be accessed a few yards from each unit. I like it but the cost to live is just expensive. Lowering the price renewal is recommended. Like insurance companies do when clients keep policy.

Very relax and chill community to live at while being very safe to be at. The workout area is nice, the pool is always clean with a relaxing hot tub. Package deliveries have their own area so it always arrive safe and secured.

Don’t move here

Absolutely horrible experience when I was there. Would recommend the tresles down the street over this place any day of the week. Poorly ran and dirty. Overpriced rent and utilities as well. Roaches and bugs.

There’s the guy who lives directly under me in the grey Honda with the paid parking spot comes in every day blasting his music other then that we’re having a blast, first office is second to none and maintenance team works hard and they’re very efficient.

The Vinings will continue to have more car thefts and burglaries until this community hires visible roving armed security guards. After speaking to other residents it is known that some other Venterra properties have security. Cameras would be great to to document & deter thieves from entering our property too.

Staff is very friendly, although the courtesy officer is lacking in response, especially with the most common issue of people being overly loud late at night. most calls are either ignored and or not addressed. Although the day staff is nice it took weeks to address the old and incredibly loud floor joists above our infants room. whenever our upstairs neighbor walked into the room it made a loud creaking and screeching noise. The staff ignored this and tried to dismiss our problems to avoid having the apartments pay for the issue to be fixed. We were even told at one point that the building would have to be demolished in order for the problem to be corrected. This was of course false, and the issued was addressed and the joists replaced after hounding staff and escalating the problem to upper management over the course of weeks. Also as mentioned elsewhere in this feedback, the increase in rent almost 100 dollars or more is ridiculous, as we pay for almost everything here, electric, water, internet (included in rent), etc. Soon this place and others will price out any renters as nobody is going to pay 2k+ for a 900 or so square foot apartment.

The ladies at the office are professional and friendly, they always take care of us. Maintenance stuff is pretty diligent in keeping the maintenance request within 48 hours window, most of the time they have came within the next 24 hours. The community is well taken care of. Neighbors are nice and friendly too.

I am new to Texas so It’s very quiet so far friendly. I can’t wait to get use to a new state. So far I love it hopefully the summer will bring us more events and entertainment, I would like to be more involved in special projects. Volunteer opportunities I am available.

Ive lived here for years and just recently got an apartment of my own here and ive always enjoyed it especially when i was in school it was very convenient to be this close. Theres also many great food spots very close to here and thats nice as well

I have been treated very kindly and staff has gone out of their way to help me. I have stayed her for so long because it feels like home. Another reason is that the complex has never flooded although the street in front has. I would recommend this complex to any senior.

Neighbor relationship is friendly, helpful and respectful social activities are good here because there are organized gathering where residents can short over all good community peaceful area too.neighborthood kept clean and well maintained. Unsafe. My car was broken into and the leasing office of the owners of this apartment complex didn’t care. That increased my car insurance because this area is now known as unsafe. My neighbors cars were broken into before my own and the management did nothing to warn us or provide additional security. Nobody wants to pay so much to live in a gated community that claims to have cameras and still be unsafe.

My experience has been good since I’ve moved in. The community seems nice, it’s pretty quiet. The staff is very helpful with my request. I’ve had to do a couple of maintenance request and Monica has helped me out a lot. The work gets done very fast and I don’t have any complaints and I hope I never do.
