I like the convience The Vinings provides. I would definitely refer friends to stay at the complex. I feel safe and at ease when I come home. The monthly events at the complex are so much fun and I don't have to leave the property.

The property is very presentable and the office staff are helpful and responsive when needed. All access points from this location is convenient for personal luxury. As an overall experience, the walls are thin and the make ready isn’t idea.

The vinings apartment complex is a very warm and conducive place to be. The members of staff are very nice, polite and accommodating. Kudos to the maintenance team who are readily available whenever I call on them.

Management and the rest of the staff nred to communicate better with residents. We shouldn't have to constantly go to the office to check on service requests. Each time you go you get a different answer as if no one has a clue.

This place has the best staff I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. The manager Mohammed is so organized and responds to questions or issues as soon as possible. The community events are very well planned out and enjoyable for the residents.

I have been here for almost a year. It has been a very enjoyable stay. I did have issues with my upstairs neighbor having a few parties very late at night. The security officer was prompt in responding and took care of the issue. When he is not available, the Stafford police are very responsive. The staff in the office did take measure to ensure I would not be disturbed by that type of event again. Over all it is a nice place to live. Parking is very limited. I pay for 2 spots to ensure that I have a place to park. They have added plenty of lighting so I do feel safe walking my dog late at night. Maintenance is very responsive when a request is submitted.

Great Management staff, good environment, close proximity to schools and restaurants, (walking distance). Upgraded fitness room, and business center for those needing to complete projects on computers. Enjoy monthly activities and cookouts from the management staff....overall it has been a great experience living at the Vinings, would recommend to anyone needing an apt.

I love it here. Walking distance to my job, and very friendly staff. Love the upkeep on the grounds, pool and jacuzzi are very clean and inviting. Fitness room is always clean so is the computer room. Really nice dog park too.

not good at all i am not happy there very bad service, they need a lkt work nothing been done i hate it , beeling paint , roaches everywhere, they told going to spray but nothing happen , , bathtub clogged in for three day , handle broken in master bed rooms i call in talked to mohmaed many times, nothoing happen for three days we can not get a shower , its real bad i hate it i am looking for new apartment to move out, dishshower broken for two month no body fixed promise many time to change it or fixed but nothing happen , its really bad

Overall its a good place to live. Very central with highway access. Great schools and eating nearby. Fairly safe area. Very pet friendly with plenty of sidewalks and paved paths to walk your dog(s). Staff is very friendly and responsive.

I loved the location of my apartment and the inside amenities are some of the best I have come across in apartment hunting. I definitely favor a small community with 300 or less units.The area is very quite with a low to crime rate.

I wouldn't recommend the property. Maintenance staff that I've had have bad attitudes and smart mouths. Unpleasant experiences. Unfulfilled maintenance request. Serious problems with pest. Maintenance and office staff park in resident parking and take up at least five spots throughout the week. Take your money elsewhere.

Residents now don't seem to care for the property. The property could do better with clean up especially after dumpster pick up and on weekends. Residents can do better in picking up poo after their animals also. It's not as clean and quiet as it was when we first moved in.

Thank you so much for your observations and comments. It is my experience that the majority of our residents are very responsible and really care for our community. Unfortunately, there are a few who are not as responsible and this makes it disappointing and challenging for others like you. We do have one of our personnel who works six days a week picking up trash and poo. His only day off is on Sunday and that is probably when you observe most of the trash. We also have recently added two more pet waste stations and have noticed an encouraging increase in their use. We are continually working at keeping out community looking clean and beautiful and appreciate residents like you who not only care but also help us by pointing out areas in which we can improve. The apartments are a little old, but upgrades make them look alot nicer. The neighbors are good, a few incidents have happened over the years with law enforcement but nothing that personally affected my family. Grounds are kept nicely. -------- is great, until you find out his real motives. He has helped me out in tremendous ways and went above and beyond to make me a happy resident. He and I got to know each other on a more personal level. Over time, I have come to believe I am not the only one he does this with. He finds pleasure in seeking sexual favors from residents. He is a nice guy, but this is highly unprofessional. He uses his power wrongfully and even told me if I told anyone about our relationship, he would evict me. I am not sure who to speak to, but hopefully someone will read this and take it seriously.

One of the advantages of being an older property is that the landscaping has had an opportunity to develop and grow. Quite nice apartment bit expensive though I recommend this apartment to those who have children studying in Dulles High School. I do not have any major issues since I am staying here. Only the matter I dislike is the termination policy to pay three months rent in addition to 80 percent of one month rent.

I appreciate your thoughts and comments about our property. Yes, our residents do find that our location is ideal for their children attending the Dulles School complex directly across the street. They also find that our proximity to US 59, that takes you to the Galleria area, and Highway 90, leading to NRG Stadium and the Medical Center, are also positive factors that contribute to their decision to make The Vinings their apartment home. The lease breakage fees are never popular with residents who are breaking their lease, but we do make every effort to lease their apartment again as soon as possible to minimize the fees. A new resident at The Vining Apartments. So far so good. Staff is amazing and apartment was clean when we moved in. Also a great Price as well I recommend this place for sure. Only thing was the gate wasn't working properly but it got fixed .

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has still not fixed issue with dishwasher. Very disappointing. Grounds are nice. Feel very safe. Pool is well kept. I would like the work out area to be larger.Maybe offer some classes, like water aerobics or outside exercise.

The Vinings is our first home since our move from New Jersey and we are very pleased and happy with our stay so far. The staff at the Vinings make it easy to live here, they are approachable, friendly, efficient and give the best community events. I must say that Mohammed has been fantastic to work with from the beginning, he is professional, kind and competent in his position at the Vinings. He works very hard to make sure we are satisfied. Of course there has been a few incidents of theft but if you don't lock up your cars and leave belongings in there then of course someone will steal it! it happens everywhere and it doesn't matter what kind of community or if it is the safest. It is inevitable. Just be cautious everywhere you go, We have never been a victim of any incidents since our move in and we feel comfortable and happy living here. Maintenance crew has been fast in responding, neighbors are quiet in our building. We plan to renew our lease for the new year.
