I've lived here for almost 2 years now and i'm happy to say that out with the old in with the new. There is new management and staff in the office and they are really trying to upgrade the property. I give the new staff credit but, they still have a ways to go. It's not the worst place to live but, it could be better. Just be reminded, where ever you live, you will have some problems. Even in a house. No place is free from crime. Just try to enjoy life.

It's an alright place to live but...

I have lived at the Vinings for 6 months now and we recently experienced new management. The new management is incredibly incompetent and inept to any problems. Maintenance is a joke. Any problem you have, be prepared to make more than one trip to the office to complain. The lighting in the parking lots is a joke, but they are remodeling everything right now and things may improve. It's not a bad place to live, but it's not the best. They do allow people with criminal records to live here. I know that because I talked to a guy who lives here who mentioned that to me. I don't feel unsafe here, but I am weary at some times.

TREATED UNFAIRLY

I have lived at The Vinings for a year and happy to say I am finally leaving. The Staff are very rude. You can not ask for anything to be fixed in your apartment because it will not happen! It seems like they let anyone rent there. The Police have been over there way too many times for me to count. If you can help it, do not move in!

Harsh attitude to residents.

The management staff doesn't believe in customer service or even treating the residents with reasonable respect. The maintenance requests related to plumbing or AC issues consistently took 2-6 weeks to complete, which is far from normal. They will make you feel horrible if you ever try to discuss about the delay in maintenance. Mangement employees need be tough, but not immature and insensitive like the ones employed in Vinings. The Senior manager was an exception to this, but you don't get to interract with her on maintenance issues.

Trailer Park Trash Staff

The apartments are ok but a lot of rif raf living here. DO they do criminal screenings ? I know of 1 sex offender listed here. The new staff is Pure Trailer Park Trash they are rude and do not know how to treat residents. Dont fall for the free two months rent once your here your treated like ----.
