    I got this apartment at a steal of a price. Overall the community is great. It is disappointing to have moved in slightly before Covid-19 and agreeing to the price on assumption I would be able to use the amenities to my satisfaction. However I understand this was not able to happen during this time. I did expect more from Venterra for the situation. As a resident who agreed to a price before shutting amenities down, I believe there should had been some sort of compensation. Aside from that, the management and staff are the best. I wish that residents would be a little more respectful of their noise levels, some of the neighbors rev their engines at absurd times and. I also wish the residents would clean up after their pets. Other than that I think this is a great community.

      I love my community, the property managers are always on top maintenance in all areas. They're extremely polite and definitely care about the residents. In terms of my home itself, I love it. It meets all my needs in terms of space and luxury especially for the price we pay. The extras likely the pool and dog park are great my service dog/fur baby loves his space at the pro and appreciates the dog pick up areas.

        I have been living here for 2 months now and I'm going to give you the real scoop. By far the best complex I have lived at so far. It's super quiet, a little too quiet at times. The staff is great, really laid back, and always available. This complex has, legit the fastest maintenance team I have seen, I put in a request for my ice maker and that day it was fixed. You can definitely tell the staff puts in outstanding effort to make sure the residents are comfortable. The trash concierge service is CLUTCH!!!! The grounds are well kept and I kid you not they cut the grass like every other day so it looks clean. I definitely will be resigning next year!!

          I enjoy the friendliness of the neighbors and staff member Emily, theyre awesome. Neighbors welcomed me with opened arms and Emily made sure I had a proper welcoming to my new home and communicated efficiently. Parking availability for the center buildings, raccoons at the dumpsters and people feeding cats are my only negatives about the community. Very quiet community which I love.

              Not really good experience so far . We Asked for the bathroom bowl to be replaced but refused and almost everything is demaged and its barely been 4 days we living here . Nothing was replaced after the previous resident moved out .

                I moved in Jan, 2019, have had 100% on time rent payments and at time of renewal my rental prices went up a significant amount. The electric circuit that my bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen microwave are all on is 15A and trips if I'm watching tv in my room with the lights on while warming something up in the microwave. The only reason I'm still here is because i had not intended to move until May 2020. At that time, i will definitely not renew. If i were given an economical option to leave now, i would take it.

                  I love living at the Vinings. From day one, the staff have been very welcoming, friendly, professional and are always helpful. The maintenance staff are also very helpful and work efficiently to solve the problem. The surroundings and community around these apartments are clean, quiet and well kept. Also, there is everything I need around me, restaurants, the mall, gas stations and stores. Overall, I am very pleased with a resident at these apartments.

                    When I first walked into Vinings the welcome was different, more open, more accepting. I felt at home as soon as I stepped through the doors. I checked out some of the other apartments nearby and Vinings was the most welcoming and was definitely the most clean. The staff is very attractive and give you the felling that whatever you need is the most important thing to them in that moment.

                      I've lived here for 2.5 years and I'm completely satisfied with my experience. The complex is quiet and conveniently located to everything Sugarland has to offer. Location provides quick and easy access to the freeway. Complex has excellent amenities. Highly recommend considering this complex.

                          Been horrible since I moved in . Maintenance is so lazy they never do they job right, they alway half way do they job. We pay too much money to just have them come and halfway do their job which is lazy.

                            This is my home. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff have always been quick to respond and fix any problems i may have had, not once have i ever had to call back about a preexisting problem .

                                Compaired to my prior residence, this place is great! Don't hear gunshots every day like I used to, none at all! The staff is very friendly, and I noticed they actually are recording on multiple TVs for security, so they actually care about their residents!

                                  Maintenance staff is great and timely. Everything else is pretty terrible. Ive had water in my apartment 3 times and each time its been a huge pain to repair things. I came home on one occasion with everything in my bedroom moved including my mattress and no one let me know they would be leaving things that way. I had to move everything by myself the next day.

                                    Just moved in a month ago and i cant complain. The parking is great no matter what time of night or day. The apartments are nice and any concerns are addressed from all the staff in a timely manner. The only downside is the noise i can hear my neighbors and people walking outside. Nothing too dramatic that makes me hate my experience here so i do recommend the apartments to any new family interested.

                                      AVOID MOVING INTO THESE APARTMENTS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR CRAZY "REASONS" AT MOVE OUT. THEY REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE SLOW AND NOT CATCH ON THINGS. I LIVED IN MY APARTMENT FOR 1 YEAR. THEY DECIDE TO CHARGE $80 FOR PAINT. THEIR REASON WAS BECAUSE I DIDNT LIVE IN MY APARTMENT FOR 2 YEARS. NOT LISTED ON THE CONTRACT. I DIDNT KNOW I HAD TO PAINT THE WALLS BEFORE MOVING OUT. I WOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A CAN OF PAINT FOR $10 and PAINTED IT MYSELF. I ASKED NICELY ABOUT HAVING THE CHARGE REMOVED BECAUSE IT WASNT ON THE CONTRACT. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE OF THE "EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF NAILS ON THE WALL". STUPID REASON AFTER THE FIRST REASON FAILED. YES I HUNG UP PICTURE FRAMES BUT I DIDNT KNOW I COULDN'T EITHER. THEY ARE RIDICULOUS. YES YOU GIVE A DEPOSIT AT MOVE IN AND A PET DEPOSIT IF YOU HAVE ONE, AND YOUR SUPPOSE TO GET IT AT MOVE OUT. DO NOT COUNT ON IT. YOU WILL LITERALLY GET NOTHING BUT EXTRA CHARGES. AVOID THEM. YOU'LL GET HEADACHES DEALING WITH THIS PEOPLE.

                                        this is my first experience renting an apartment and it s been great so far except for the few complaints that there is residents that will not walk further down to use an empty dumpster they will rather throw it on the ground, and the bats I experienced this morning by my unit as I was feeling ill and could not run to my vehicle they were swarming around my vehicle.
