My experience has been good since I’ve moved in. The community seems nice, it’s pretty quiet. The staff is very helpful with my request. I’ve had to do a couple of maintenance request and Monica has helped me out a lot. The work gets done very fast and I don’t have any complaints and I hope I never do.

It's been great. All staff are helpful. Maintenance comes on time. Had to call maintenance for multiple instances though. Each time new issues seems to be occurring in the apartment. Also it has been hard to get in the apartment as the sensor has not been working. Otherwise the area is quiet and feels safe. Gates are usually closed which assures that no outsiders can enter the apartment.

Great place to stay staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! The apartment was clean and they made my move from another city very easy. The staff was quick to show us the apartment and very clear on what we were getting and what to expect.

When I moved in the unit was so infested with roaches I couldn’t even stay fr the first week or two before having a team come out and spray and lay traps. By then the move in questionnaire was late. There were roaches painted over on the walls in every single room. The overlay on the kitchen counters is peeling off on every corner and wasn’t wrapped to the bottom. There was clearly no attention to detail or pride in the work. The constant stream of messages about food trucks and events is beyond annoying. We do not need a text, email, and push notification to know a taco truck will be parked outside. The trash valet leaves trash all over the place and there are constantly dozens of dead bugs along the stairways.

Managers are sometimes resistant to help solve the problems. Always push back. When we rented the apartment it was in poor condition. Wanted to raise the rent 100 dollars in spite of not providing a clean apartment without constant maintenance problems. Poor bathroom faucets, leaking water from ceiling in bathroom, sewage leaking from floor in bathroom, air conditioner not working properly from first day of renting. Did not repair until the lease renewal was up. Dish washer not working, etc.

Living at The Vinings apartments has been an incredible experience. Over the years, I've lived in many apartments across various states, but none have matched the level of professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, attention to detail and elegant aesthetics, and efficiency displayed by the staff here. I want to give a special shout-out to Property Manager Tamara, Assistant Manager Cory, and Monica for their outstanding service to me and my family. Additionally, the maintenance professionals, Salvador and Mario, have been exceptional—resourceful, knowledgeable, and remarkably efficient. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

It really good experience love the area . The maintenance people come ASAP for any concerns. Don’t like how it’s mandatory to have internet in your home. It’s an additional $135.00 for that service and it’s included in your rent. Most of the time it’s quiet .

Come pay a lot to live in a trashy apartment complex.

Paying almost $1700 a month to live in a trashy place. we are living in a one bedroom apartment and we have complained about a man running his business out of one of the garages. We complain and he cleans up the mess for a couple of days and then it’s back. Can’t wait for our lease to end.

My experience at this community has been highly disappointing. With neighbors who have little to no respect for others, an apartment that is extremely difficult to maintain because of cheap remodeling and poor access to maintenance, and so many other issues, I will never live here again. I wish I could move out today.

Community is good, friendly but now a days facing water supply interrupted lot of time. If you can keep a water tank for emergency purposes it will be so helpful for residents. At least we can take water if city services interrupted.
