The community cleanines is very very poor. Many years ago management staff use to round and check but not anymore. The maintenance staffs are great , the office staff are helpful , I wish they can come out and do round to see each bulding whole way how clean it is . Wish they can see how some people dispose the trash according to the company policy .

I wish my apartment was in better move in ready condition. The apartments are comfortable and compare to other rentals, affordable. The up keep on inside and out just need improvement. As well as commutation.

Great Experience

I went on a tour and the manager Melissa and staff were really knowledgeable and kind to me. They were very welcoming as well and the community was clean. I have not decided where I will rent but The Vinings are still at the top of my list just based on my one encounter with Melissa and the staff.

I enjoyed living here until my rims and tires were stolen off my truck and my son’s work van was broken into and all his tools stolen, then maybe a month or two later the catalytic converter was stolen off the same van. I thought the parcel lockers were a great idea but the delivery drivers always input the wrong apartment number so numerous times I didn’t receive my package until management audited the lockers. My son and I are still missing packages that show delivered to the lockers. That is not the property’s fault but that happens while I’m living there so just a heads up if you get a lot of packages like I do.

I’ve only been here for 1 month and since day one it’s been problems. The day I moved in I seen the front door entrance right outside my house was dirty, my kitchen was also dirty (I have pictures). I never complained b/c I was just ready to move but then three days later I noticed my sink was clogged and my HUB didn’t work. I contacted the office and it took me many calls and three days later before someone showed up! Maintenance fixed my sink and had the nerve to tell me “rice is clogging your sink, dont put rice down the garbage disposal. I would charge you but I’ll let it be a warning this time” I NEVER used the sink so that means that’s rice from the previous tenant! I’m now here for a month and my hub still hasn’t been replaced or fixed although I’ve been calling the office this whole time. So my first month here I’ve had a dirty kitchen, dirty front door entrance, broken hub and clogged sink from previous tenants. While paying way over 1,000 for rent. I’ll never recommend this apartments again.

Experience has been great apart from the safety concerns. There has been break ins with cars and robberies in the apartment. The only other concerns I would have is the outside of the complex. It’s caked with dust and there are trash stains all over the concrete a lot of the times.

My family has been a resident here since 2017 and have received excellent care since then. Jo has been able to always help me or finds a way and she is very nice. The front staff is also very helpful and nice. The maintenance staff has always been kind and prompt especially Mario. Thank you for making us feel at home here.

The Vinings is a great place to live from my experience. The office staff is always there to help and resolve any problem. Joe, Marissa, and Catherine are always welcoming with sweet smiles. The maintenance is doing an excellent job at everything especially maintenance manager Tanner, and Mario is doing excellent teamwork. If I have any maintenance issues, they are always there to help. I would recommend the Vinings Apartments to anybody who would want to move into an apartment living.

So far there have been very little issues in the community since I've been here. It's quiet and clean and the neighbors are nice and helpful when needed. Only complaint is the appearance of the garages. For the price they cost in this community, they definitely need to be updated and cleaned up to match the building itself.

It's a great place to live My only concern is the back gate where the visitors park the trees that hang over the fence you have spiders critters like raccoons overall it's okay besides that. I enjoy the quietness the cleanliness of the property the swimming pool area is great to have a family and gathering the office staff is excellent I would recommend this property to any one of my family's friends associates anybody perfect place to live.

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.

The office staff is great. Walls and windows are thin and there are a lot of kids. It is a family community which is great for me but be aware if thats not your vibe. Its close to everything so location is a plus. Right across from Dulles which is a plus.

So far everything with the vining apartments has been horrible. maintenance takes forever and they never actually fix anything. they are quick to charge for things, if u have to many visitors they want you to add them to your lease plus pay a additional $75 dollars per person. a lot of cars have been broken into. Garage is to expensive for it being so small, old and dirty. if I could leave now I would but they want me to pay for the last 2 months plus the 2 months I have left incase it doesn't get rented out they claim they are here to help but they never do anything trash collectors never pick up the trash when they do its always something on to why they couldn't take it I just wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I already did but hey lets repeat. There is no such thing as disability access here in the apartment. They dont take your complaints into consideration. When you speak with the manager she is condescending. Your allowed to just have your dog bark all day long. My neighbor upstairs left dog ---- on my front porch and they did nothing about it. Im on my 3rd washer that doesnt work. They just keep bringing us washers that dont cycle. They come in without notice. Overall not good and its 1200 plus for a 1 bedroom. When we moved in there was cat vomit in between my washer and dryer. Pretty sweet right.
