Excellent!! Safety & Serenity best described my living at The Vinings. The entire staff are professionals. Both Management and Maintenance. It takes me 20 min. to get to work. The complex is conveniently located to both Hwy.59 & Hwy. 6. You also have access to Colony Mall or to go to The Galleria. If you can't find what you want to purchase, it probably hasn't been manufactured yet.

I have made several friends since living here at the Vinings, and while the staff changes every so often, the old staff is always replaced by an even friendlier and more efficient staff. This is truly one of the best apartment communities in which I have ever lived. It is both safe and well-maintained with activities to engage the community. It is truly a five-star community.

I believe the management company had changed the same month I applied and the old company was completely disorganized. I found out there was some issues with my application AFTER I had been told I was accepted. The team with Venterra quickly corrected the issues and made sure we were moved in by the date agreed upon. When I first moved in, I noticed some issues with the property, it had not been well maintained. A few months later, things were being taken care of. The pool was being cleaned every week, the work out room and office were updated, the property was starting to be taken care of again. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I lived in 3 different apartments. All 3 were very well maintained. I love the pool and the puppy park. I can honestly say that Venterra has really turned the property around. Having a nice property to live at is great. I work in hotel management and it was also important to me to live somewhere I knew I would be taken care of. Some leasing offices just treat you as a transaction and nothing more. If there was any issue in my apartment, the maintenance team handled it quickly. I had a few difficult personal issues going on and Mohammed (and his team) have ALWAYS treated my situation with care and were always so friendly. I felt that I could go to them about anything. I can not express how much that meant to me. I loved living at this complex and would definitely recommend others to live here.

Grounds are not well maintained. The staff tries, but they run behind on schedules maintenance and cleaning. Lots of fun activities are hosted for family living here and the turnout is usually nice. I have not seen an actual manager in about 9 months so I'm sure some of the maintenance and inconsistencies are a reflection of that. The staff is always new and that diminishes the level of customer service you get. Overall its ok.

STOP! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for 2 years against my better judgement. This place has a serious bat infestation. I was told for months the issue would be taken care, but until they day I moved out 6.29.16 there was still an issue. This place has had shooting, robberies and drug deals issues as well. Also, now that I am gone they want to nickel and dime me so that I get the least amount of my deposit back including charging me to repaint my apartment. Christina the manager told me I was lucky I was even getting a deposit back! I totally recommend finding a different place to live.

Great service in timely fashion! They came first thing in the AM they didn't keep us waiting on the heat. It took them no time to repair out A.C. I appreciate their efficiency and repairing things in a timely fashion!

Love this community! The office staff is amazing and truly is there for their tenants. Mohammed, in particular, has been wonderful throughout my stay here. Their maintenance staff is equally amazing. They always respond in a timely manner and handle any issue you may have quickly and efficiently. They are all good people and I trust them in my apartment anytime. Also, their community events are a great way to meet your neighbors and are always a lot of fun. I don't have any pets but they even offer a dog park. I have 3 children that often utilized the community pool and playground. The neighborhood is safe and I never felt the need to worry about our safety. And if you're a parent, you know you can't put a price on "peace of mind". You definitely get more for your money at The Vinings. My lease recently ended and I am sad to go but will definitely keep in touch with my friends here (we are moving because we recently purchased our first home). I would recommend this property to anyone I know. Two thumbs up!

My family and I have lived here for a year and hands down its the best! The staff is so friendly and literary treats everyone like family. Mohammed Mitha is awesome! There's nothing better knowing that the staff is willing to do anything nessary to make this a lovely home for you and your family. This place is so family oriented, the staff put so much time and effor to make your time at the Vinings unforgettable. The apartment complex is kept up well, any maintance that needs attention they are very quite to resolve the issue, which there's not many issues or complains. They are a dog friendly community with a great dog park. The pool area is gorgeous. Inside of the apartment are just as beautiful,very spacious perfect size. "You get more bang for you buck," very affordable. When visiting the Vinings ask for Mohammed he's made our whole experience unbelievable! Apartment living is great only at the Vinings! I rate the Vinings 5 starts plus!

I wanted to wait until I lived at this community for over a year to really get a feel for it before writing a review.. I can honestly say that I really enjoy living at The Vinings. From my first interactions with Mohammed and Cindy, they have been nothing but genuine, accommodating and professional. I appreciate the monthly newsletters, the events they put on for the residents (shop and see, barbeques, ugly sweater Christmas parties, breakfast at the gate, etc) and the care they take in keeping our community clean. There have been a couple issues with my apartment like the dryer and heat not working properly, but the maintenance is usually really good about coming out the same night, if needed, to fix the problem. The kitchen cabinets could use a bit of updating, and the floors are like hardwood stickers. Also, I dread taking my trash out to the dumpster in the evening because there's always a pack of raccoon in/around the bins! It's gross, so I try to take it out during the day to avoid it altogether.. Overall, I would recommend this community to my friends and family members, and look forward to being here for a while.

I was recommended this community by a co-worker and found the property to be well kept and the staff is friendly, helpful and always prepared to handle anything you throw their way. Management and property staff are always courteous and take care of any issues quickly when they arise with satisfactory results. I highly recommend the Vinings community to everybody. They have recently upgraded the dog park and added a doggie shower. When I go to work in the morning (5am) I see property staff already busy cleaning and tidying up the parking areas and common areas. I will most definitely renew my lease here for another period of time.

I love living here, and can't wait until sign my next lease here. The community is so quiet and so clean, I love living here. The property is beautiful and all the renevations are making it that much more comfortable. The staff keeps me smiling and Cindy is an amazing manager. I've loved living here. There have been situations in the past that I have not felt comfortable but with complaints and a few officers living on the property nothing causes alarm anymore. Any maintenance request is done within 24 hours and the crew and staff are some of the best people I know. All of them bend over backwards to help you with an issue and to make your living there the best experience. I unfortunately have to move but I am moving to a sister property because I trust their management and know I will be taken care of. This property is in the midst of renovation but I know it will be the best one out there soon!

This place has really done a complete turn around and I highly recommend this place to anyone. It came as such a huge relief to me because when I first moved here back in Dec 2013, my experience was far from perfect. The old (GreyStar) staff was rude and the apartment we got was dirty and had a rice weavel infestation and we got a shrug from them when we complained about it, so yeah we were appalled and not happy. BUT the good thing is just a few months into my lease, the property was bought out by Venterra and the difference was like Night and Day! They got to work right away, fixing and remodeling different parts of the property, including updating all the smoke alarms and providing us with fire extinguishers. They have community events periodically like a cookout or "breakfast at the gate" in which they handed us a bag of goodies on our way out the gate on a FREEZING day, the whole staff was out there bundled up but with smiles. We were so impressed with their hard-work and diligence in transforming this place that we decided to sign another lease and upgrade to a bigger apt. It was the right choice, because our new apartment was Spectacular. It was the way you expect your newly rented apartment to be: Clean and painted professionally, plus it had just been upgraded so appliances were new if not almost new. The staff is awesome, everyone of them. I mostly speak with Mohammed and he is so helpful and down to earth, he makes you feel like a neighbor and not just a unit number. I am highly satisfied with this place and I look forward to living here for the rest of my 13 month lease.

I have been a resident for the past 5 years and have loved it here. Venterra Management took over recently and have been nothing short of excellent by renovating, provided up to date technologies and having an extremely courteous office and maintenance staff. Very quiet area to live. Highly recommend!
