I feel completely at home here and the staff is a great reason for it! I recently had a service repair request and it was taken care of above and beyond what I expected. The service repairman even provided me with a small portion of paint for a project I was working on to match the walls. I am very pleased with the quick and professional response and his extreme attention to detail!

YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ARE A JOKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY TAKE THE CHEAP WAY OUT OF FIXING EVERYTHING AND THEN LEAVE YOU CLEANING UP THE MESS LITERALLY. Generally okay. Neighbors aren't very sociable but for the most part the community is okay. I had hoped the community activities would allow tenants to be more involved. Additionally the management team /office is okay and fast to act in most circumstances. I'm still observing so it's hard to say.

I love our new apartment. Its very spacious perfect for my mom because she is disable. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pool was great I like the style that it separate from the Grilling area with a nice covered place.

This is a great place to live. The staff take care of you and care for their residents. The grounds are clean and i feel safe. The apartments are nice and clean. I got a great deal on my apartment and i love the storage in the bathroom.

Our experience in this apartment was good. The staff and maintenance team are really nice and friendly. We also made great use of the apartment's ammenities. Despite good things about this apartment, there were some misses. In our unit, there are a lot of cockroaches that still stayed even after numerous visits from pest control. In our case, disruptive neighbors also impacted our experience here badly. I hope the apartment will take more actions such as awareness in the neighborhood of all the units coexisting; hence, all residences of the community should be conscious of others.

In one word horrible, very dissappointing. Jack of communication by office staff. Management only available weekdays at best. Electronic system in place is buggy. Many mistakes no fault of residents or staff, but breeds a very unsettling and very frustrating atmosphere. Resident - The Vinings

Leasing experience was horrible. Community and place over all are above average but not excellent. Parking is not a headache. Only the distance to walk to your appartment can be the headchace but that could be normal.

The staff are wonderful here. It's normally very quiet and feels safe in the section where I live. Living on the first floor you might be prone to hearing foot steps, but I'm guessing that's at any apartments.

Wonderful!! I feel very safe. It is always clean and even though this is a high pet friendly community, the owners are very responsible for picking up after their pets (furry family members). I would definitely want all of my friends and family to move here. But not too close. LOL.

The office staff is beyond wonderful. They are friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are taken care of so quickly! I love the text message and email communication to notify us of any scheduled maintenance or community events in the office. I really appreciate that the management communicates so clearly and keeps renters informed. The grounds are maintained very well and the apartment itself is wonderful. I love the style and the layout. Overall, it's a very quiet and safe community that I absolutely love so far. I am very happy living here.

The staff is excellent, the units are outdated and not worth the money charged. The bath tubs, cabinets were tub is peeling and the dirt painted over on the cabinets has seeped through. I cannot use space beneath sinks because they are warped and patched together. It really is a shame what’s being charged for substandard living. The staff however is personable and professional!

I m satisfied but i think rent is quiet expensive. And i like the appartment as my kids go to dulles school so its really convenient for them to go alone. And environment is also very good. I m happy that i chose these appartment.

I love the community. Naudia was extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. She showed us a large two bedroom apartment which was ideal for me and my family. This place would definitely be top on my list for places to have a home.

When i first moved in i was in love with everything, then pipes started bursting, upstairs neighbors very disturbing, and now the issues that ive already addresses, so right now im not sure if its been a good experience in the last 6months
