Lisa Pickup has been wonderful during the entire move! So kind and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about moving here. The apartment is spacious and overlooks the woods, so we're enjoying the birds, deer, and rabbits?it's incredibly peaceful. We're so happy to call The Elms home! Thank you to the staff here for all the hard work you do we truly appreciate it!!! ??

I've had a very positive experience living at The Elms at Kingstowne. The community is well maintained, and the management and service teams are excellent. They are responsive, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to address any issues. Overall, it has been a comfortable and well managed place to live, and I would recommend it to others looking in the Alexandria area.

The Elms at Kingstown is Really comfortable place and safe. Services will responded as promptly and professionally. Office staffs always are patient and friendly, I have recommended for anyone who looking from suitable place for apartment rent, coming at Elms at Kingstown.

This is a great community. I feel very safe here and there are multiple community events throughtout the year that make living here more enjoyable. The leasing office staff is very nice and attentive as well.

The apartment complex is maintained well. The staff are very responsive to any service requests. They host several events throughout the year and during the warm summer months has food truck Wednesdays.

The Elms at Kingstowne stands out as the premier community in Kingstowne. The staff and maintenance team are exceptional, consistently providing excellent service and support. The neighborhood is safe, vibrant, and full of engaging activities that enhance the overall living experience. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

We love it here. The amenities and events held at this community are great! My sister and I really enjoy living here. A huge factor in why we stayed is the feeling of safety in the community and the staff's warmness.

The apartments are well maintained. The location is also convenient since it's at the bottom of the beltway, has a metro station nearby and lots of activities, restaurants, grocery stores and soon a government center and hospital.

Rent has consistently gone up by 15% per year. Moved in around covid for $2000 a month, and now to renew the lease for 2026 it will be over $2750. This does not include any utilities, and management may even remove the dumpster closest to you so they can save money on a garbage contract (with none of those savings trickling down to you?just a quarter mile walk to dispose of trash) That being said, the community is great and neighbors have never ever been any trouble. Fitness center is decent, but would expect WAY more for close to $3,000 per month not including any utilities. It's a corporate outfit, so a lot of policies are being handed down from on high, so there is no real recourse if there are any issues. At the end of the day, whatever point of contact you have in the community is just following orders. I'd still rather live here than most other places in the Kingstowne area though. So there's that!

The Elms at Kingstowne is a great Community. Staff is very helpful. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Plenty of activities for residents and their families, including children. Living here is peaceful.

I just moved in. It has been a great experience. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They have maintained constant communication on ever step of the process and have made it a great experience. It is quiet and a beautiful area, conveniently located to both the local area and DC.

I appreciate that there is regular maintenance of the grounds to keep areas clean and safe for young kids. Every interaction I've had with the leasing office has been wonderful and that is so rare, so I really appreciate it!

So far, so good! I really wish there were more grills available throughout the community, or the option to use a small one on our balcony. I do understand why we can't though. Overall, I can't complain, and it's a really nice place to live.

Absolutely love it. It is in such a convenient location and I've met so many kind people in my community here. The facilities are of quality and substance and the events the office puts on are so much fun. I love the painting and pickleball ones in particular. The food trucks are nice too :)

Me and my wife have lived here for a year now and renewed our lease for another year. We love the cleanliness of the community, the quick response of the maintenance and professional staff that keeps this community safe and beautiful. We also enjoy the various community events that are hosted and how a community sense is fostered. We enjoy living here and would recommend 100%.

I have lived at The Elms for just under a year and I love it here. It is clean, there are community activities, and the Staff is very welcoming. As a dog owner I really appreciate the maintenence and care to the dog park as well as the conveniently located poop bags throughout the neighborhood. I would recommend the community to anyone interested in joining.

This is a Well maintained community. I feel safe here. People are very nice and helpful. The office staff stays on top of things and always follows up after a maintenance request. I would recommend the Elms to anyone looking for a great place to live.
