We have lived here for about 2 years now. It has been pretty good living here. A great value for rent paid, the community is safe and quite. Maintenance is swift, Office staff is pleasant, no pest issues. We have no complaints!

The Rosehill community is great. The people are very friendly and I have yet to witness any drama. Neighbors are polite and stay to them self's. I love how everything is kept clean and nice around the neighborhood. There is always cleaning staff with the stairs and on the outside of the buildings as well.

The Rose Hill apartments are located in a prime location near an elementary school, library, various stores, and restaurants. Repairs are made in a timely manner. The office staff is courteous and professional. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here. I just wish that it would be more difficult to hear loud neighbors and cigarette smoke would not enter my apartment. I do plan on renewing my lease if my rent isn't raised significantly.

One of the best communities in the area. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well lit and inviting. Management is very responsive, and the maintenance is above average for the region. Very close to everything.

Any issues I've had have been promptly addressed by staff (and the only real issue so fat has been with Amazon delivery drivers and less on the community). Other than that, I have no complaints. It's quiet and feels very safe.

I do not like that there is someone in my building who smokes weed on the stoop. I am not someone who can inhale second hand smoke. I don't think he should smoke weed there. And I can smell it inside my own apartment because of where the door is. I wish he would stop.

It has been very pleasant since the day I moved in until now. The staff and the maintenance men have been amazing. The grounds are neat and clean. We have awesome amenities here as well. Overall a great place to live.

This apartment complex is nice and quiet compared to apartments deeper into the city and closer to DC. It has a nice feel and is affordable and has greater value for what you pay than other options. I would recommend Rose Hill.

This apartment is very nice. The updates are clean and modern and there are many windows. The surface parking is great and neighbors are friendly. There is great walking trail nearby. The office staff and maintenance men are very responsive and do great work fixing whatever the issues are.

I was initially drawn to this apartment complex because they have guaranteed in-unit washer/dryers. But I've stayed for 4+ years because I love the neighborhood, maintenance is always prompt and helpful, and so far the cost has been decent.

The community was very welcoming. A friend of mine referred me to Rose Hill Apartments and I got approved very quickly. The staff responded in a timely manner, they were respectful and provided all of the information that I would need. I had no issues moving in and when some of my packages arrived sooner than my move in date, they assured me my packages were safe. They even brought my bigger packages inside the apartment for me with my permission. I would highly recommend these apartments to someone else.

Quick easy move in process. John Smith made it very pleasant and took the time to show us around and all of the questions we had. I came at a time when the rent was very high everywhere but they kept the pricing reasonable compared to their places.

The community is really quiet, neighbors are very respectful and helpfull. When we moved we had 4 young man helped us with our dinning table and our next door neighbor also helped us with our couch, we thanked God for their help. Everyone in the office treated us with respect and are very friendly. We moved in in July 2022 and so far we haven't had any problems with parking space. We do hope they reinstate the metro shuttle. It was the main reason that made us decide to move here but we didn't ask about it through the process since it is advertised in the website, so we never knew it was no longer existing. They canceled the service when covid started but it was still being advertised in their webpage at the time we applied for the apartment and it is still there today. The gym and business area is really nice, super clean and quiet. Every building has control access which is awesome. Since we moved we have had a few maintenance issues but they got taken care of so fast we were amazed. Most of the issues were solved within the hour or few hours. Never seen maintenance work so fast and efficiently in any of the apartments we have rented before. Overall I give them 4.9 stars because we were really counting on the metro shuttle but everything else is great!!!

Rose Hill is a mostly quiet and very pleasant place to live in Alexandria. Lots of amenities are close and so are the schools. They have a fairly big pool and really nice community gym with high quality gym equipment. Checks all the boxes for my family.

Overall my experience at Rosehill so far has been wonderful. Wish I knew about this community earlier when I first entered the area. The property staff is often prompt and courteous as well as the maintenance team. COVID-19 had made a handful of things a bit complicated but that is to be expected, and the staff really seems to have done their best to maintain a high standard of themselves as well as the community residents. I do hope that some of the community amenities eventually come back such as picnic tables and the Metro shuttle. However, I believe one of the best things about this complex is that it has Verizon FiOS (Fiber). I take my Internet connectivity seriously, and I was extremely happy to find they had something besides just Cox or 'cable'. They should definitely make sure this feature is advertised more honestly. The package room is also amazing when the shipping services use it properly. Rarely had any issues receiving packages when they are directed there. My only major issue with the complex is that there aren't any individual call boxes at each of the buildings. There is a centrally located one at the club house/community center and the one time I used it was extremely rough. I needed to contact emergency maintenance due to a lockout and I couldn't access my cell phone. Luckily I was able to catch a neighbor who allowed me to borrow their phone to contact maintenance. If they could fix that and maybe add a few benches or picnic tables around, this place would be even better.

It's a nice and safe community to live in. I've lived here for close to 16 months. So far the only issue I've had was the A/C unit going out, but maintenance was quick to respond and solve the problem. I would recommend to anybody Rosehill apartments is a nice place to live.

Fast, good quality and friendly maintenance. Safe. Common area very well maintained. With leasing agents, it's a bit of a luck game. Some agents are very nice and knowledgeable, some aren't and they would lie to you to stop you from asking questions. If they incorrectly charged you some fees, even though it's their fault, don't bother trying to get back. You'd end up wasting your time and frustration and nothing gets resolved. If we don't count the fee/unhelpful staff problems (again not all of them are unhelpful), overall, it's a good community to live in.

Clean and newly renovated unit with new appliances and carpet including high efficiency washer/dryer. Modern and stylish design make it feel bright and homey. Plenty of amenities available including gym, business center, community center, tennis courts and dog run. Friendly and helpful staff.
