Very nice kept apartments. Quiet apartment complex, but you can here the people in your building very well. No problem with rodents or bugs. Very clean. A cleaning person comes weekly to make sure the stairwell is kept too.

Wonderful staff, lovely well-maintained grounds and very convenient to shopping & Metro subway. Public schools are nearby. Maintenance staff is very responsive. There is plenty of parking. I'm very pleased.

Neighborhood is nice and clean everything is close by office staff are friendly and professional the landscaping is kept nice the pool is small but has a deep section to it about eight feet deep the parking is also abundant

I have moved into a beautiful home here at Rose Hill Apartments. It's very spacious and comfortable, what makes it even more admirable are the color combinations which exude an air of relaxation and calmness.

Love this community! It's quiet, the property is well-maintained with lots of green space, and has some great amenities. The location is perfect for what we needed, too. Right where there's less traffic and we get a better value for our budget, but not so far out that we lose the convenience of being a short walk or drive away from everything we need. I highly recommend!

It is amazing here. The community is very safe and the staff is always there for us when we need them. The maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. They are always outstanding in anything they do. I have a lot of love and respect for them. Thank you all so much

I've had nothing but a great experience since the first day of moving in. For once I've felt welcomed by not only the staff but the community as well. After years of hopping from place to place, I can easily say I've found a place I enjoy living in.

Very reliable, respectful, dependable, customer service personal is very courtesy I like when you enter the office staff greet you with a smile ask you how we may help you, I had some spiders in my apartment I reported it to the staff they had an exterminator out there within 1 day exterminator left a note indicating he had been there.

Good service. staff friendly and clean areas. It could be better control with pool area. Extra Fees should be reduced for people who have more time in the community. More control Noise at playground at night.

Paper work pretty fast and easy. Staff are super helpful. The apartment are clean and fresh smell, i love the balcony with large space than most of all surrounding area. Well taking care of landscapes.

I have felt very welcomed in my new community and have received the best assistance when moving in and throughout me living here. Maintenance requests are followed up quickly and efficiently and have not faced any problems as of so far.

Just moved in the place is nice and quiet. Landscaping is beautiful and the birds that I see flying are so beautiful in the morning. Office staff is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Love the windows and patio door.

Apartment community is located in a pretty quiet, yet convenient location, which makes it a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the staff are incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests have been quick and efficient. I have really enjoyed my time at this apartment and would highly recommend to anyone.

It's been a great community so far and I'm really enjoying the community. I feel safe in the community and it's peaceful. The neighbors are quiet which allows quietness. The buildings are clean and they ensure the community is clean as well.

I've lived here for a while now. It's a pretty nice area. I love that the office staff (Charnee and Megan) really try their best to make everyone feel included and build a community atmosphere. The package room can be a bit problematic but I've never experienced anything going missing.

Since day one we move into the community everything was super clean and quiet while we lived there, I love the staff office they were super nice and professional while we did our paperwork and I can't not thank them so much

This community cares about its residents. It's peaceful, quiet, and feels safe. There are enough shops and businesses nearby. I'm happy with where I'm living and wouldn't pick anywhere else for the value in this area.

Newly renovated apartments nestled in an established neighborhood. Great for walking dog and close to shopping. My commute won't require getting on the beltway. Grounds are well maintained. Plenty of parking in a spacious lot.
