Good first impression. Cant wait to use the gym and the pool. Excited for the self storage on the property and will eventually get one. I like the walking paths throughout the land and the car wash station is a nice touch.

The environment is good snd clean. Office staffs are friendly and knowledgable. Maintenance people are hard woking and friendly, just in our building some of them (6234) go and come much in the basement and this cause little inconvenience for residences. Parking lot security is also a worrying issue for us, because not safe for our vehicles, though recently there has not been car theft.

Great complex of building Near to shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants Is a very safe and tranquil area for kids. Rose hills complex has great amenities like pool , tennis courts, gyms and parties room. A win win

Only get a top floor unit. If you have people above you, pray they have decency because your rental experience will be unpleasant. The community is clean and safe but the apartments are average at best. Small closets and low water pressure are issues in my unit. Parking isn't really an issue and the pool is nice in the summer months. Mailboxes are scattered all over the property in inconvenient locations.

I enjoyed living here for the first 5 days. It was quiet. Today, renovations in the apartment right beside mine and above started. I did not receive any notice of this, was not given an ETA as to when this would end. I work from home and have a dog. Constant loud banging, drilling, loud talking etc is what I've been subjected to all day. After numerous attempts to contact management I have received nothing in return. I was tricked into this lease and told this would be a quiet community, which outside of my apartment, it is! I do not recommend this community, you will be blindsided by management.

Since moving in everything has gone smoothly and the management team is always very helpful. The grounds are always looking and kept clean and welcoming. The community also handles fun community events that have a great turnout. Highly recommend Rose Hill Apartments.

Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is efficient. Good amenities. I really like my apartment. It has great size rooms and washer & dryer in the unit. The apartment community is conveniently located very near a small shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, conveniently stores, as well as other types of retail shopping and food places.

Best maintenance team so far among all the apartments I lived. Maintenance comes extremely quick. Very kind and nice. Explains with detail. Work is always completed. They see any other problem, they recognizes and comes to fix additional issues. Great team.

I've had a great experience living in this apartment community so far. One of the biggest highlights for me is how dog-friendly the property is?there are plenty of pet stations, green spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere for pet owners. The neighbors are also very friendly, which adds to the overall sense of community here. The location is incredibly convenient. It's close to a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and everyday essentials, which makes errands quick and easy. Plus, having the metro nearby is a huge bonus for commuting or getting around the city without needing to drive. The front office staff is always helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. They make you feel valued as a resident and are quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Maintenance is equally impressive?every time I've submitted a request, they've responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently.

Clean community with a great staff who are highly responsive! I am always happy with my correspondence with them on the few occasions I've needed assistance or have had questions. Though I'm typically not able to attend due to my schedule, they are diligent in planning community events as well.

All good. Parking no problem. Use stairs in front but being older and using a cane, the welcome patio door is welcome. Movers love it too. Mail and package seervice good; forces one to get some exercise.

The location is perfect, close to everything. Rent is a bit too much and it's not even a glamorous place. The neighborhood is quiet very peaceful. The staff is not very friendly or sometimes I think I expect everyone to be like me.

We picked this community based on the reasonable rent for all of the amenities they offered. The community is clean and very secure with key fob needed to access all doors to enter spaces. The staff was helpful the apartment was spacious and beautiful. Would definitely recommend moving to Rosehill!
