Living at Rose Hills Apartment has been a great experience. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the large windows bring in plenty of natural light. I really appreciated the well-maintained common areas and the quiet, friendly community atmosphere. The management team has been responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests quickly. I also love the convenience of the nearby parks and shops, which makes the location perfect. Overall, I'd highly recommend Rose Hills Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I've been here since 2004. At first in a two bedroom with a balcony with my son. After he got his own apt I moved into a one bedroom. I love it here. It's quiet, off the beaten path, beautiful grounds that are kept up constantly, great location, open areas, no dark or hidden area so I feel very safe. The staff are wonderful. Not just the office staff but also the cleaning ladies who take care of our stairwells, the maintenance custodians are always ready to help.

I love living here! It's so clean, quiet, and peaceful. All my neighbors are great and the staff is so friendly. Also, the staff and maintenance staff are always very responsive and helpful. I've lived here for almost 8 years and have enjoyed it.

I don't wish to leave a comment at this time. Decent community. Responsive maintenance staff. Not overly crazy in terms of rental prices. The grounds are kept nice and clean. Reaching the word count is difficult.

I like it and really enjoy the space and community. The bedrooms are spacious with great closet space. Only 2 cons for me is there is no big laundry room and it's all carpet. Overall would renew my lease and recommend to others

So far, my experience has been adequate. However, the move in process was problematic for several reasons: one being that my car was towed while I was moving into my new apartment, and I had to personally pay to get it back. The Leasing Office was no help, and it soured my taste regarding the apartment. Would be cautious.

Management has issues. I can not recommend this community in all honesty. Please keep looking if you are considering moving here. I am biding my time. I think the community is outdated and the leasing staff are unprofessional.

Overall, this is a great neigborhood and community to live in! The area is well lit and its great for seniors as well as families with young children. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm, even with the dogs

The Apartments are renovated and spacious. The Staff is very friendly and quick to answer answer any questions you may have. I had a couple of minor maintenance issues at move in, but we're quickly resolved by the maintenance Staff.

My family and I felt heard when we moved here. Anytime we had a question or concern, the office was speedy to respond. We especially liked how quick and polite maintenance was to meet our needs. I'd live here again if we ever move back.

I love the community, and I have not had any issues. I wish storage was in my building, but it's not. They keep the grounds very clean. I have only seen the police at the complex 2-3 times. I do not feel fearful when walking from my car at night, when it's dark.

The leasing process was smooth. Very friendly. I felt the best touring this community, however, I find the rent to be high, bathroom small, and materials used to renovate cheap. Nearly $2400 for a 2 bed/1 bath (940~sq ft)? that's going to be on top of your utilities/amenities fee. I will write the pros of this community to include a gym facility, cyber cafe, free parking, and a quiet/respectful community. The cons would include the price of rent (no specials/deals), a small bathroom, galley kitchen, and some of the locations require you to walk down a pathway meaning some may need a dolly/wagon to move in/carry groceries or other items. If the rent was more reasonable- I would give this experience an 7/10.

Living at Rose Hill is been an amazing experience. I'm able to commute to work , I'm able to relax and sit in my patio . Everything is so accessible and close to home . I recommend this place to everyone in a heart beat !

I returned to Rosehill after living here for 2 years. I only left because it got out of budget for me. I love the apartment, community and staff. My only wish is it would be more affordable but it's the best in Alexandria, for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable housing facility with excellent staff members concerned with your well-being.

Feels like home, very clean and safe, family friendly,there is plenty of parking, staff knows your first name!!!! The gym is clean. The mail room is safe and clean. Building are very clean and secure. I love living in this community.

I like that we have In unit laundry and they allow pets. The apartment is spacious. We are close to stores for food and shopping. I grew up in the area and love that I'm still close to work and family.

My recent renovated apartment was the smallest one out of the many styles they offered. It has plenty of space as the layout works well and is open concept. My bedroom is huge with 2 walk in closets. The main closet in the bedroom is massive and the other is your standard size. Plenty of storage rack systems in both of all your clothes and house hold amenities. I was shocked at how nice the space was after only seeing pictures online.

Clean and updated units, great amenities, leasing office is not hard to reach. They work hard to keep common areas clean and tidy, including landscaping. Only complain would be soundproofing within units but sometimes neighbors aren't considerate
