This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

Wonderful community, and excellent office staff. My significant other was looking for a safe, clean, and up-to-date community close to both our families. Rose Hill checked off all 3 of those boxes. Our residency here has been smooth sailing, & have no intention of changing anytime soon.

Rose Hill Apartments is a great place to live at a decent price for the area. We've been in the same apartment for over 6 years and haven't had many issues. The only negative part was having our rent increased by almost $300. However, this is probably the case for most cases since the housing market is insane right now.

The apartment complex is a stellar community and has many amenities that makes the residentd feel content and safe. It is right next to several schools, near the metro station, and has a pool, tennis court, and playgrounds.

Clean, well kept grounds, ample parking and great location. The maintenance team is top notch. Problems get fixed fast and the first time. Great place to live. You'll love it here! I dont know what else to say but there is a character minimum

People have been friendly but would like more chances to meet more people. My granddaughter loves going to the pool with me. I feel safe walking my dog at night with all the lights. The flowers are pretty

When I went to Rose Hill to check out the apartments they were nice and clean the people that work in a rental office they was very respectful they helped out the leasing consultants she was very nice she held me out with my paperwork and other stuff I needed help with

It's better than other apartments around for the price. No bugs, no mice and the walls aren't paper thin. The floors are definitely thin and I hear everything below me. Wish the rent would go down but as long as it doesn't go up it's fine.

Nice community that takes care of the common areas and grounds. The rent went up drastically last year (about $350+) from the prior year. The security door is wonderful when it works. The maintenance staff is the best part. They are quick to respond and thorough at fixing issues.

I moved here in June. I chose this place due to location and the community aspect. I never have issues with any of my neighbors or issues with security while living here. I feel really safe in this community. However, I do have issues with bugs, mainly spiders, and somehow, crickets maybe because I live on the first floor. Another improvement I would suggest is to take up most of the carpet and replace with hardwood floors just to give it a more luxury look for the price.

A lovely place to live, though I'm sad that rent has gone up consistently since we moved here. All of the office and maintenance staff are easy to communicate with and respond in a timely manner. Overall happy to live here.

So far is been great, but when I asked multiple time to replace my carpet. I am always on time with my payments, they increase our rent to 2'700 or so on last year, and they could at least replace the appliance and the carpet.

I really enjoy living here. The apartment has more than enough room and also features a washer and dryer, which is a big plus. I'm also able to have my cat with me because of the pet policy. There are big windows which bring in a lot of natural light. Generally, I enjoy living here a lot!

My experience at Rosehill has been great. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and the in-house laundry facilities are a great bonus. Although the galley-style kitchen is on the smaller side, I appreciate the new appliances and the granite countertops. The apartment has a ton of natural light and the gym amenities are a huge perk. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my apartment!

The maintenance staff is lovely and extremely responsive. Any time I've had an issue, big or small they always respond promptly. The gym is also really fantastic and I very rarely run into issues of it being crowded/busy. There could be better communications about community events other than posting in apartment stairwells.

Decent value, though this area is becoming increasingly more expensive as time goes on. The secure doors through Kastle are a pain to deal with when the Bluetooth readers "go down" which happens pretty often when it rains.

My experience at Rose Hill has been mostly positive. I'd like lower rent, of course. Also: it would be nice if we would have individual water bills. I don't use much water and don't like being charged for other peoples' water.

I'm highly satisfied with the apartment that I live in currently. It's so clean, safe, excellent neighborhood to raise your kids. I love the convenience around my area, shopping centers and schools are nearby. The office members are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall it's a beautiful place to live, and I recommend it to anyone.

Well kept community with a lot of county amenities. Safe neighborhood. Everything you need nearby,groceries , fastfood, shopping. Commuting choices from metro to airports to for hire. Highly recommend Rosehill Apartments

This community is great whether you are alone or along with family and kids. Very safe and secure. Elementary school is just across the street! The high school is walkable as well! The shopping center is walkable as well! I'm happy and lucky to be part of this community

The community is safe and very well maintained. There's lights and cameras and I feel safe walking my dog. My patio was power washed, the hallways are cleaned regularly and the dumpsters are well kept. Maintenance comes quickly to handle issues. I'm very happy with my apartment.

This community has great staff and maintenance. The property is kept in good condition and has a great pool and workout center! Their events are also fun to attend! My friend loves coming to visit and go to events.

We love that the community communicates and the staff office is very good at communicating. Everything so far has been great including Maintenance request responses we couldn't be happier at Rose Hill. The quiet calm respectful community is wonderful to call home.

Convenient location, a pretty good apartment, affordable price, shopping center within a walking distance. Staff is usually polite and responsive. I have dogs and I would like to use the dog park, but the access code didn't work and when I wrote an email about that, I never got any response.

I love the apartments, the staff is very friendly and the grounds are well Kept. Maint always respond within the same day, sometimes I had them come out within the same hour. Would def be renewing, not to mention it's extremely quiet and safe also.
