Atrocious policies for strong-arming guests with predatory towing, and disregard for human life. A pair of at-risk for COVID individuals were threatened with eviction because of a vague report of "housekeeping concerns" by a contractor doing pest inspection, which when management did an independent inspection could not find any evidence of. I can understand wanting to verify, but the fact that in a pandemic where over half a million people in the US alone have been killed, they're still trying to threaten eviction to at-risk individuals.

Its been ok. The office staff are not very friendly. I have family that lives in the community as well and they state the office staff is not very responsive and if they do respond they have a rude demeanor. The amenities are good. I wish there wasn't a dog breed restriction. No dog is bad - it is the owners responsibility to train the dog well.

Overall Rose Hill is a great community and place to live. The price, location, and amenities are above par. Communication with the office/leasing staff is an area of improvement. If you are consistent and reach out repeatedly you will eventually get an answer/.

Clean modern apts, very well kept grounds, responsive maintenance. Courteous staff. Many dog owners in the complex, sometimes noisy dog owners in early a.m., and sometimes noisy dogs. Convenient to Beltway, DC and shopping.

I live with my mother to help her out. The place is quiet and secure. Never had a security issue. A definite peace of mind. The area is accessible. It's not far from either metro stations and the mall and shopping center is pretty close.

Great place to live at. Its secure, safe, and has lots of great amenities to offer. The kids love it here. You have everything at driving distance including groceries, sold, parks, restaurants, and highways. Location, location, location is fabulous.

Very nice complex with a lot of great amenities and everything is extremely clean and good looking. Even with 2 other roommates there's still enough space for everyone not to feel cramped and have there own space that isn't there bedroom. The only thing is that rent is a bit high in my opinion but at the same time you are about 10 minutes from Old Town Alexandria and maybe 20 from D. C. so it's a good location which is why the rent as I said in my opinion is a bit high. Other tenants have been very nice and management replies to questions typically within 1-2 days. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking!

I have lived at Rose Hill for 3 years now. Rose Hill Apartments is a place where you can be proud to be a resident. Living in this area for many years now I am convinced that Rose Hill Apartments are the best value and layout. There is so much green space, beautiful amenities, and overall great layouts in the apartment. If you are moving to the area I would highly recommend checking Rose Hill out!

I have had a great experience living in this community. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. They are extremely friendly, helpful and get the job done. I am only considering leaving to have newer features like hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and especially garage or covered parking.

Move-in process was a little rocky, but everything after that has been a joy. Pet policy is great, free parking (uncovered) availability very close to your residence door. Dog park, swimming pool, large gym, and other nice amenities available. Make sure you are looking at the exact apartment when they give you a tour, we were surprised when our actual apartment was completely different from our tour. No EV charging.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew respond usually within 24 hours. The apartments are very nice and are being updated when possible. There is plenty of parking for residents. The visitor parking is kind of small and sometimes gets taken up by residents. Overall, it's a great place to live for the prices they offer!

Rose Hill Apartments are thoughtfully designed with good space utilization and features. The community is fairly quiet and kept very clean and well landscaped. Buildings are "stick-built" wooden frame construction so there is typical amount of noise between floors but wall-to-wall noise isolation is better than normal. The electronic locks on the building doors prevent any solicitors but do require that you use your fob for access. The Luxor One package room works fairly well although it was probably not designed to support the huge increase in online shopping during a pandemic. Occasionally I have to wait a half-day to a day for staff to catch up on filing package deliveries. It is commendable that so far not one single package of mine has been lost which is amazing considering that I average several deliveries every week. I have a unit facing beautiful trees with birds and squirrels to keep me entertained while I eat on the balcony every chance I get. I can walk to two different Safeway grocery stores and Kingstowne Lake and there is a nice paved trail along the transmission right-of-way that I walk a few miles on daily. I am very happy I moved here. My neighbor has been living here over 17 years!

Management has gradually gotten horrible over the years. They're rude and make you wait forever to answer your questions and concerns. Will not be renewing my lease again. Horrible upkeep of apartment.

Maintainence crew is amazing and prompt. They deliver satisfactory service. My biggest complaint is the lack of guest parking coupled with the method residents use to reserve guest parking. Some residents will park their cars in guest parking for days to hold a spot for their guests. There are 15 spaces for the entire community. Unacceptable.

It has been excellent! The ambiance is everything and the staff are always ready to help. I have not had a problem since moving it. Also haven't had a problem with parking. I love it and I don't think I am moving anytime soon
