I chose the apartment complex over 3 years ago because of its good ratings and competitive pricing and I am very happy I did. It is very conveniently located, has a great gym and its maintenance team is top-notch.

I've had a wonderful experience living here. The staff is friendly and my apartment is nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance responds quickly.

I'm new to the area so I don't know how other places are but I really like Rose Hill. It hit all my basic criteria (allows pets, easy to get to Wegmans, close to metro, and had washer/dryer) and then some. It's a VERY quiet area. The neighborhood itself has a few dedicated trails between the wooded areas that are great for walking, running, or getting to the shopping plazas safely if you don't have a car. There's also a library literally across the street. The staff have been amazing during the pandemic, they started early and continue good procedures to help keep everyone safe. The grounds and common areas are always clean, I'm constantly seeing staff maintaining everything. This was happening before the pandemic as well. Neighbors are nice and overall everyone is very chill.

Perfect community to live in for couples specially. Perfect location, excellent maintenance, spacious apartments, lots of amenities , access to public transportation, excellent security are some of the key factors which make Rose Hill Apartments the perfect community to live in.

We are enjoying here. We feel safe and comfortable. I have recommended my friends to live here. Staff members and maintenance team are very supportive. We feel like it like our home. We are happy with our decision we made to live here.

I've enjoyed our time here at Rose Hill and we feel safe and secure and can relay on maintenance. I've also enjoyed the outdoor social events out together by the office staff before covid-19. I'd recommend this property to a family/friend.

It has been very good--the management team is courteous and professional and they make effective use of time. They are quick to respond to issues. The grounds are clean and the noise level is very low.

I'm glad to live here, everyone is friendly. Great community and great apartments. I have no complaints. Parking is controlled, trashed is regularly picked up and no critters running around. We're happy to be here

Great apartment overall! We've been here for well over a year and we love it. Planty of parking space in front of our building, halls are cleaned on a regular basis and the grounds are always kept clean as well. Management makes an effort to respond to tenants and their requests, can't say that for anywhere else. Amenities are great, neighbors are great. My wife loves the monthly activities (pre-covid) organized by management. We are enjoying every day spent here.

First impressions may make the community look boxed in and dorm-like, however, living here has many benefits. The apartments are spacious, the exteriors are very well kept and manicured, and residents and staff are all very friendly. What really drew me here was the doggy community. There are many paths and trails, a dog park, and tons of residents with their own pups who, in my experience, have all been very amiable when out and about with their fur babies.

RoseHill Apartment is the right place for me and my family. I always want to leave in a quiet area and RoseHill qualify that. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and resolve our issue as soon as possible.

It's a nice and friendly community. Uts very safe and well managed. Requests are a priority and that is great! There are many pets which can cause some noise but other than that, the renovations are very nice and worth every cent.

My experience with this community has been extremely positive. My apartment is newly renovated and I haven't had any issues with loud neighbors. There's always parking around my building and there are always available visitors spots for my guests. If/when I have any maintenance issues they respond immediately and someone is there to fix it within the next day. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to the area.

It's a wonderful community with a very responsible service team who cares the value of living standards a lot. Community is amazing. Staff is amazing and always helpful. The new update to the apartment are amazing. The location is great we are so close to everything. The update to the gym and party room are great.

Love this place feel like a haven , The community and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful my son have enough space to play and sometimes we can do bbq with community friends and more plus points we do have a grocery and shopping mall near by us.

Generally pretty good given the rental cost. The neighborhood is good with shopping and a library nearby. More needs to be done on the existing buildings, however the maintenance overall good. Noise transference is an issue, especially from top to the bottom.

Great community for adults and pets! I consider it a traditional but quiet community. Leasing staff and management are courteous, professional, supportive, and attentive. Good handful of amenities that make it worthwhile to stay here.

The neighbors are fairly kind the area is stunning the main problem for my family is the maintenance me and my neighbors are fairly upset with there laziness they never work on time and it's very annoying to be honest there the only problem the rest of the staff and everything else is great

When I originally came to Rose Hill Apartments, it was because my friends lived near by and I thought it'd be funny. However, when I saw the apartments and the community, it wasn't just a joke to me anymore. They're a fantastic price, they have in-unit laundry, loads of storage space, and best of all a great community. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. I love living here and I'm so happy I chose Rose Hill.

I love living in Rose Hill Apartments. The community is full of fun young families and middle-aged active persons. I like that everyone says hi to you and waves. I also like that the people don't seem to rotate too often - you really get a chance to know your neighbors. All apartments rented now have been updated. The windows in these apartments are great too; so much natural lighting! The office staff is friendly and fast, easy to work with. Maintenance too. The pool and tennis courts are great recreation activities, and the dog park is a nice perk. Aside from all that, the location is pretty fantastic too - mere minutes from the beltway, a shuttle to the metro, bus lines plentiful, walking trails to Kingstowne, and the surrounding neighborhood is perfect for jogging.
